the store was disorganized, dirty, and the tags/prices weren't accurate. Went to check out and had "mandatory" warranty and service fees added. Talked to the manager(apparently) who said "ok" and walked away. Other staff member was polite but not helpful.

Not a bad place for a small store. Wide variety of office supplies with really excellent sales. Customer service here is usually excellent. My first go to over the W box office store.. service is much more personal!

I used the online service to submit a photo to be printed on a poster. Team has a very busy day and was running a little behind. They worked great on completing the last order of the day but unfortunately had a tech mishap. I did offer to come back the next day but they wanted to deliver on the promise. Working together as a team they did great. Helped with all questions very professionally and friendly even though it was past closing time on a very busy day. That is a team any manager and business should be proud of.

Switched over to Office Depot.I used to like shopping here in person. They don’t seem to care to help any more. Guy in there this past Sunday was rude …. As he adjusted prices where I was trying to shop.

Started with waiting in line while employees were texting on their phones. Then a man came in who spoke exclusively Spanish. He was served first in front of everyone else while they translated. Translation could’ve happened after everyone else in line was served (he was at the back of the line).Waited on a hard drive they said they had in stock, they said they were out. Update the inventory or don’t advertise you have something in stock.

I went in at the store today and was disgusted by the way a manager was treating an employee. It looked the employee was a new hire, and the manager kept pulling the employee aside to verbally berate the person in front of everyone. This clearly unprofessional to treat your employees this way, which caused me to leave the store and write this review. The manager was a male. The date was June 17, 2023 at around 11:30am.

Went to Staples to get birthday party invitations. Service was superb, shout out to Phyllis who was a huge help figuring out best size, type of paper, and completing the entire project in about 5 hours. All staff members were outgoing and helpful. This’ll be my go to office supply store.

If you can get what you need somewhere else, do it. The service is slow and unfriendly. Wish there was another office supply store in town!

Was at the store today and was appalled by the way a manager was treating his employee, "Shon". He was clearly a new hire, and was very polite and courteous and helping me his best, but the manager kept pulling him aside to verbally berate him in front of me for the most minor things. Totally unprofessional to treat your employees this way, especially right in front of a customer. Do better.

I was in your store today since the Culpeper store closed down, and a young man named Josh helped me. I had several family posters to laminate. He was so professional and patient, I couldn't help but be impressed. I rarely write reviews (lack of time and forgetfulness), but when I got home, I made a point of mentioning this young man. He was very insightful, and offered me great ideas for a few more projects. Thank you Josh. To the store manager-----this one's a keeper!

When I see Comments written by others who have nothing good to say,also NEVER say what was lacking or wrong.I have never been in the Warrenton, Va. Store to find many competent people.I am in a power wheel chair and even find it easy to get around isles and betweenisle ads.Their printing and Copy personnel are is fantastic and have always completed my jobs correctly, within a reasonable cost and on time.I will say, it would be better to have more associates in the store at busy times, but all businesses are fighting the Dollar crunch.If the commenters were talking about the store before the present Manager, then I would agree, as that manager was rude and cared little about the customer, which shifts down to the employee.Deidra (sp) the Manager now is super! - keep up the great work! - you will always have my business for Office and Copy needs.

Staff is so nice and always provide excellent service. Especially, Nicole, in the printing area, is dedicated and hard working. Thank you. I frequently order business cards or copies and always I am satisfied. Excellent products.

Went in this morning March 19 2021 at about 9:40 am , all I needed was a card laminated, three people behind the counter without any customers needing assistance I asked if I could please get a card laminated, the response was can you come back later , I said your kidding, no , you need to come back later today , I said why , you can’t run the machine, yes we can’t , come back later . Never again will I go there .

I am a customer for while I do over 500 pages of copies there every month and every time I see just one girl she does not want to help is so upsetting because I am costumer this month she was sitting on floor complain how hot the store was and want to get out I spoke to her she look at me like I am crazy to ask for help she told me to go help my self self service copie machine I told her is too many copies never work there she told “ you Must make work “ is that way staples help customers ? I am super upset about the way she act ! I want to speak with manager because she called a person there (girl with glasses ) she walked away like you my friend not customer ! What horrible place to go !

Staff was cooperative and courteous, but service was INCOMPETENT!Staples diagnosed that the motherboard of my Dell laptop fried. They said the data on the hard drive was safe and could be transferred to another computer.They sold me a Lenovo u310 Ideapad and transferred that data from my old hard drive to the new computer. However, they missed a lot (more than half) of the data when they did the transfer. I went back twice more and each time they found more data to transfer, I have no idea at this point if I got it all.The WiFi card in the Lenovo is defective: I went back to them to complain that the internet connection was slower than my five year old Dell as well as slower than anyone else in my home with older equipment that connected to my home network. They ran it in their store (they did not test it using any online speed tests) and said it looked fine to them. I complained about speed again and they said it was my network not the computer.Because of that I got rid of my internet service and bought an ATT Hotspot from Staples only slightly improving my connection speed and thought I was going to have to live with that slow connection speed.Lenovo has since identified that my computer WiFi card is defective and must be replaced, but Staples had input the wrong sales date (5/23/2012 instead of 5/23/2013) when registering the sale with Lenovo and so it appears that my warranty has expired. So now I have to produce the receipt with the correct sales date to establish that the WiFi replacement should be done under warranty.When I explained all of the problems that their mistakes have caused me and asked them to save all of the data on my computer so that I could safely send it in to Lenovo for repair, they actually wanted to charge me money to do that job.I have wasted many hours of troubleshooting connection problems; canceled an acceptable internet service on their say so to buy an ATT hotspot from them; have had to jump through hoops to assure Lenovo that the sales date was wrong and prove that the computer is still under warranty; and have worked with a disabled WiFi card for four months because they did not test the connection speed.Staples remains unconcerned regarding their significant role in this debacle. Think twice before using their service in Warrenton.

I am giving google a one star. The hours listed are 8-8. So took an hour to drive hear only to find out it’s 9-7. Had to sit in the parking lot for an hour to pick up something.
