Pet House Suites was one of the only places in the area that I didn’t have to put in a form and wait to hear back fromthem to schedule an appointment. I called them up and schedule for later in the week. They did a beautiful and speedy job on our 100+lb Great Pyrenees. We dropped him off and picked him up 2.5 hours later. We have red clay in our yard and after the rain it’s pretty tough to get the red tint out of his coat. They brought him back to white and added a cute little bow on his collar We also have an Australian Shepherd that is very high energy. They did a great job with her also.

We were so excited to come here for the second time. Unfortunately we will not be coming back after this experience. First I was told a bath would be included if I wanted. I said yes to one of my German Shepards because I knew she would love a bath by others. When I checked out they charged me 55.00 for a bath, when I asked if they trimmed her nails ( I could see they weren’t cut) they stated we tried but couldn’t. Still charging me $55 even they advised when I dropped them off it was included. When I questioned the charges they stated we didn’t say that and the contact says after the 10th day the bath is free.. according to my emergency contact they called her on the second day due to my males anxiety. My emergency contact stated if it continues or any other issues she would come and get them. They never called. Instead when I came and picked him up they said he is no longer welcomed back due to his anxiety and barking . Staff was rude and uneducated and scared of German shepherds. I have not been more disappointed. I do not recommend this facility at all to anyone. They also charged me a early drop off fee and charged me for the same day. They also charged me $30. For an all natural anxiety medication for my dog when I told them do not give him anything when I dropped him off. The medication did not even work they stated.. my male dog also had a large cut on his nose at pick up and they didnt say anything about that.

As always, our dogs were well taken care of. We appreciate the way you treat our fur babies. And the groomer was great.

If I could give negative stars…I WOULD!! This place is run by a HACK doctor and his kennel manager. I got my dog back and he was a walking skeleton! There was zero excuse for the condition I got my dog back in, especially since there’s a veterinarian office which is owned by the same HACK doctor right across the parking lot!! My dog died a month after he left the care of this facility! I called to see about getting a resolution to this matter and Tom Roehr….the owner and veterinarian blamed me for my dogs death. He also completely shirked responsibility…rather than taking responsibility and trying to resolve my complaints and concerns. If you even remotely love your dog…DO NOT Use their services.

The staff is great! Belle goes to doggy day care and absolutely loves it and looks forward to going. She is always treated like a princess. She recently spent 2 weeks boarding there and I could not ask for a better group of people to care for her while we were gone. I highly recommend.

My pup has been coming here for day care and she loves it. The staff is welcoming and they really seem to care. They also will groom your dog while they are in daycare, which really came in handy a few weeks ago.

My little doggy girl stayed for 1 week. She's 12 years old and they took good care of her. She got her medicine twice daily. And they gave her a bath before she left. Big kudos for staying open 10 minutes late to wait for us. We were in traffic.

Would give negative stars if I could. As others have shared, I boarded two dogs here a couple year ago as they were patients of Dr Roehr. Both were Labradors and incredibly friendly. They came home and were not the same dogs. The older male actually had puncture wounds/bite marks on more than one place on his body which was absolutely devastating. Both dogs had sores on their elbows as well as the kennel manager did not provide them with any bedding; they were laying on concrete for a week. We immediately switched doctors. It’s a shame this kennel is still up and running. To this day, I refuse to board my pets anywhere again. My dogs were never the same after returning from this facility. I will never forget what happened to them.

Have worked at this place and seen how the dogs are handled and how the place is kept. They rarely change water buckets leading to a gross smell in the buckets similar to mold. The manager is lazy and barely gets up during her shifts. There are many places that have higher quality standards. I did inform the veterinarian/owner on the conditions of the kennel and was told that it is not a concern of his. If your dog is a part of your family and you truly value that pet, find another place.

My dog loves coming here for daycare during the week!! He's a senior dog and I was so worried about how he would do but they have been more caring then I ever could have hoped. He's been going here for daycare since I adopted him in April and is always happy to see everyone in the morning. The staff are fantastic, especially the manager Etta. She has many, many years of experience with handling dogs and cats and is very knowledgeable. She's helped me with a few situations I've had with my guys and is always willing to discuss your pet.The facility is clean and well kept, their prices are reasonable and I appreciate the peace of mind it gives me knowing my boy is safe and happy. The staff organize activities depending on your dog's personal preferences - group play or hanging with the quiet crowd (my guy) and their accommodations when they are resting are nice. Even better, they have a groomer onsite - so convenient to drop off a dirty dog for daycare and pick up a clean one! You can ignore those negative reviews - this place is great!!!

Highly recommend you check this place out and ask lots of questions before boarding your dog here. They tell you that your pup is let out 3-4 times daily for bathroom breaks and "play time" in a gravel fenced in yard with piles of other dogs poop. We were told the reason they do not have the dogs go out or play on the grass is because it is not sanitary and they clean (bleach) the rocks daily so that any diseases or viruses does not spread between dogs. It was also explained to us that this is the reason your dog will ONLY be let out by itself. That should have been our first clue when we observed the gravel dumping area which was occupied by a very small dog and there were very large piles of poop which obviously did not belong to the small dog. In addition, the small dog was roaming around the gravel area by himself and was obviously not receiving any play time. Every thing also has a $10 charge. We wanted our dog to go out on the grass - $10. We wanted our dog to have time with other dogs - $10. We were told we could drop off our dog early or pick him up late $10....BUT...when we actually asked to pick up an hour late it became $50 and an ear full on how the women had been their since 6:30 am. We basically paid $60/day for our dog to be put in an 8x8 cell and only fed once daily. We gave specific instructions to feed 2 times daily and the amount which our pup should be fed and we were told that is no problem since they keep specific records for each dog. He came back with OVER half of his food. It is obvious our dogs basic needs were not taken care of properly. We also sent bedding with our dog which was not returned and we were told the towel could not be found. That is a little concerning since our dog was only there for 4 days. Were could the bedding have gone since he was stuck in his cell only but 4 times a day for potty breaks?! We wondered if they even gave our dog the bedding from home so that he had a familiar scent as recommended by their staff! We have never been told by other boarding establishments to provide a scent from home. It makes me wonder if the animals there experience stress. Luckily we found a friend to pick our dog in time to take him to a more attentive and caring facility and did not have to pay another $60 for a few bathroom breaks a day or someone to forget to feed our pup. If you want your dog let out a few times a day for bathroom breaks this may be the place for you. We should have realized it wasn't the best place when they had availability over the holiday. The customer service also lacks luster - they are very kind and accommodating before your drop your dog off but after that buyer beware.....

Based on the continued excitement from my love bugs, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Pet House Suites! My two fur babies have been in DayCare for FOUR+ years and they cannot get enough of this place. The staff are kind, sweet and affectionate and love on both of my sweeties. My boys wag, bark and whine on our drive each morning and run to the Office Manager (Etta Cantrell) when pick them up in the evening. Etta spoils them with additional loving before they leave to come home. I would HIGHLY recommend the DayCare but NOT (the office staff at) the Vet next door. The Vets are great but their office staff are not.

Etta and the staff are AMAZING. They take such good care of our Lakota and Adira every time, whether it be to stay the night or just a bath. I feel like its hard to find a place you can trust with your fur babies, but I can assure you that my husband and I trust these folks wholeheartedly.

Been getting the dogs groomed and boarded here for years. Through any staff changes, they have always gone above and beyond to take care of our pets and make sure that they are safe and comfortable.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! In July, we boarded our two dogs at Pet House Suites which is affiliated with the Animal Care Center. We dropped them off on a Thursday and picked them up on a Monday afternoon. My dogs are playful, loving, and spoiled! My husband went to pick them up on Monday afternoon, at which time he noticed that my older dog had a swollen neck and puncture wound that was seriously infected. Not only did the Pet House Suites not notice this, they proceeded to say we brought her in like that and it just flared up or that my other dog attacked her. They never took responsibility or apologized for the condition that we found our dog in while under their care. The comments were that they didn't know my dogs or how they are suppose to look so they were unaware she was not feeling well or that she had puss/blood down the front of her neck or even a puncture wound. My older dog’s tail was tucked under, and her neck was swollen nearly to the size of a softball. Not only that, her mouth was dropping and she was drooling. HOW COULD YOU NOT NOTICE!?! What’s more, my male dog was acting odd and just not himself but luckily otherwise okay. We took the female to the vet that is associated with Pet House Suites and pretty much next store. After a wait, they looked at her but didn't clean the wound. They proceeded to shave the area which made it bleed even more. They gave her shots of steroids and antibiotics. The veterinarian went on to say this had to have occurred at home and was a possible snake bite. INCORRECT! The constant blame on us as "doggy parents" was very upsetting and inappropriate. The vet tech even went on to ask us if my male dog was the canine that came in and snipped at everyone the day he had to have heart worm testing, implying that my male dog inflicted the wounds on my older female dog. Unbelievable! The male has NEVER snipped at anyone! We are very fortunate that we got our female dog before her condition had even worsened. We called Animal Control and they were unable to get the facts from Pet House Suites either. Obviously, the by us witnessed disregard for my dog’s wellbeing is very upsetting to my husband and me, and I want to share our negative experience so that others may be spared a similar one. Based on our experience, we do not recommend this business!!!

This was the second time our dog has stayed here. He is a puppy and does not do well with the transition. They were great at trying to help him feel comfortable.

My dog loves going here and always comes home tired. Friendly, accommodating, and the convenience of her vet being there is a nice factor as well! Recommend!
