I had no problems with this location until today. I ordered the new Mexican corn chowder (vegetarian) opened it up and found shredded chicken had been added to the soup. When we went to exchange it we were told they could not guarantee a new bowl would not have chicken in it. This is not a safe restaurant for people with dietary restrictions or allergies.

The assistant manager really made my visit so special. They don't offer the warm grain bowls anymore, which upset me because those were my favorite. But she recommended the Mediterranean chicken salad. I got mine without chicken and it was delicious. She was so nice and she even wished me a happy birthday!! I will definitely be coming back!!

So it’s not everyday I feel like I need to review a Panera (we all know and love this place for many years now) but when 3 different people go above and beyond, it’s absolutely necessary to shout them out!! First off thank you Marissa who took our order was absolutely a pleasant greeter. I was with my grandmother who was wanting to pay for lunch and a bit slow in fumbling through her wallet for money and Marissa was incredibly patient and kind even wishing us a very happy Easter as we were finished! Then my son who is only 2 started having a fit because he wanted to touch everything and pulled all the sugar packets down from the drink bar (please forgive us) but he really was upset when we wouldn’t let him continue this behavior and want to Thank a very nice associate brought over some stickers to our table for him and said hope this helps and it totally distracted him long enough for us to grab our food! Again a very nice man who was kind and friendly when passing our food and told me to take my time when making multiple trips for all our food. Just all left a happy and very good impression on my family and I! Absolutely appreciate the service of your team! Great all around! Definitely recommend!!Kid-friendliness: High chairs and stickers!

Panera is above all else; consistent. The food is good. It’s a great place to get a sandwich and soup. I don’t eat here a lot but I’ve always enjoyed it. They also have a bakery with lots of tasty cookies, etc.The folks that take your order are friendly. This is NOT a table service place. You stand in line to give your order then you go pick it up from the counter when it’s ready.Parking at this location is ample and there are a lot of other businesses collocated off you are running errands.

Ordered a chicken salad sandwich the same one I’ve been eating for years just to be told they don’t have it anymore! Need I say how disappointed I was, so I ordered the chicken bacon ranch sandwich one of the sandwich’s replacing my favorite and it was awful! They stopped serving vegetable soup also my wife’s favorite, needless to say I won’t be patronizing Panera Bread anymore ‼️🤮

We love their sandwich/soup combos and their salads. Panera is always clean, nice cashier, food is ready quickly, comfortable booth seating, something for everyone including picky eaters,Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly!

I have been craving a broccoli and cheese bread bowl for the 2 years I spent away from any Panera. Finally got to get one today and they wait until my food is ready for pick up to tell me they are out of bread bowls! 2 years and a half hour wait in the restaurant only to overpay and be disappointed. Not a very good fresh start Panera! Lucky to get 3 stars!

I haven’t bought food from Panera for probably a year now or longer because of how much they have gone downhill. The quality and quantity of majority restaurants out here has gone downhill bad in the last 3 years or so. I thought I’d order me a Steak & White Cheddar sandwich to try, it was a mistake. I’d be embarrassed if I had a restaurant that was making food that looked like this, then trying to charge them $13 for this sandwich.

Have you tried Panera Bread's chicken wild Rice with Plastic in it for no extra charge. If not just pay them visit they will serve you one. This Panera in Warrenton Va restaurant negligently allowed the plastic to contaminate your food without any apology.What that piece of Plastic which was pretty big I thought it's chicken but try to chew it come to find out it's hard Plastic 😡. I need some answers, what if I swallow that hard piece of plastic

The food is fair, just like all Panera locations. They never give you enough food, especially for the cost. Some of the food tastes like it was reheated. The problem with this location is that it isn't very clean. It just looks dingy. The staff is nice, but tables are dirty, trash locations are over flowing, and I usually see flies flying around the pastries.

This place never has the baguettes as a side They literally run out of them every day Now you would THINK the manager would be smart enough to realize this and, I dunno, maybe make MORE so they don’t run out? But they never seem to get it IDIOTS! Never trying to order here again

I came here because I typically enjoy both the Baja Bowl and the Mediterranean Bowl as a quick nutrient dense lunch. However, I came in on a Saturday ordered both a Mediterranean Bowl without chicken and a Mediterranean Bowl with chicken and recieved two bowls with chicken. The "bowls" I received were in tall soup cups and prepared with little care. The arugula greens were put at the bottom of the cup and warm rice was placed on top of the greens which made for soggy greens. I also had ask for both the tahini and greek yogurt on the side and the greek yogurt was also sloppily put on top. My "bowl" was a sloppy inedible mess.

I expect the same service and quality of food that someone is given an hour after opening at an hour before closing. Definitely not impressed. Dirty dishes and flatware. Staff zombies. I get it...working all day sucks..but I dont want to have to beg for a drink while you've already check out for the day mentally. Chairs and tables ALL dirty...get it together. Food disgusting. Not editable...and at nearly $40 for microwaved food..no thanks.

There's was younger female employee who didn't change her gloves after touching her face. You're handling food, what was the point in even wearing gloves?The food took forever and the kiosk wasn't working. Items out of stockIf this was my first experience, I wouldn't go back. Will not be back to this one for sure.

Very clean, organized, fresh, healthy, food choices. Took my whole family here on the way home.. the strawberry 🍓 salad was the best, strawberry frozen lemonade yum-yum!!!😘😋Vegetarian options: Soo many choices, it's up on the menu. They have a strawberry chicken salad, just omit the chicken. They will do anything for you, if you specify it👍

Wife and I each had the "Pick 2" for lunch. Soup bowl was about 1/2 full and the sandwich was rather anemic. Cost was $27.00... Not a great value.

Always great food! The customer service at this location is excellent. The cashier got me a sample of soup to try and was very patient with us as we ordered. Both the manager and the person working expo were very kind and ensured we had a great experience. Just an overall 5 star experience and shout out to the team working with masks on and still smiling through them! Keep being awesome! 👏 😎 🤩

I ordered a delivery through their app. Although the delivery was good and on time, the food was very bad. The pizza was cold and the cheese was not even melted. It was so hard I could barely bite into it. The turkey sandwich was fine but didn’t seem fresh to me.

Waiting in line...first Lady walks away from register and about after a few minutes she says she will be right with me. Then a lady walks over to another couple talks to them about their order gives them a coffee cup and ignores me and walks back over to her work station again ignoring that I was standing there. Then when I tell the first lady I want a manager she comes over telling me she is not a cashier with the manager standing there. This is the worst customer experience I've ever had at Panera. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!! I didn't wanna think race was involved but I do...just terrible..

Do not use delivery!I love the food at Panera. Honestly I have never had a bad experience until I tried out their delivery. I placed an online order and put the delivery time as 11:45-12:00. It arrived at 11:20 (what if I wasn't home yet, or just not ready for lunch?). That wasn't the big problem though. The delivery lady had no personality or customer service skills. She handed me a board with the receipt on it when I opened the door. She said absolutely nothing. So I asked if I needed to sign the receipt. She replied "I don't have a pen". So I went and grabbed a pen so I could sign. What delivery driver doesn't carry a pen, or have a personality?

Place was cleaned. It was a bit busy but service was fast. Staff was friendly. Food was nice and warm. The new chicken sandwich is not as expected, small sandwich definitely not worth the 10.99

Received awesome service. Asked for vegetarian options and guy came with a list I guess he was a manager, he made sure we felt comfortable, even though we ordered wrong sandwich and they made another one without any cost. Thank you for the great experience 👍🏻

On 4/22/23 I purchased a danish tea ring. Today I cut it and it was very stale. It had to be at least a week old. I will not purchase this again. Very dissatisfied

I'm not a huge fan of this chain. It's not worth the price and the hype in my opinion. The drink selection is good. I love the bagels in the morning. Not much else appeals to me though. We had soup and sandwiches here. They were mediocre as far as quality goes. I wouldn't drive out of my way to make it here.
