Stumbled across website for Nova Vacuums when I was searching for someone to repair my Kirby. It was my mom’s so it had sentimental value along with the fact it’s an awesome vacuum. Warrenton is about an hour away from where I live but lucky for me a very nice young man, who works for Lou, lives close to me and offered to transport my vacuum to and from the store. Exceptional customer service!!! Lou called me and told me the problem, fixed my Kirby and threw in a 3 year warranty! I’ve got my mom’s Kirby back

We recently moved to Gainesville from Massachusetts and I had a problem getting the fine dust filter out of the cannister of our Miele vacuum. Fortunately I found Nova Vacuums and Charles was able to solve my problem. He not only removed the filter from the cannister and cleaned it but also showed me the technique to remove it in the future. In this age of everything being done on line it was very refreshing to find someone who still provides personal customer service. I truly appreciate the fine service that Charles provided to me and I am now a fan. Nova Vacuums in Manassas is my go to place for service on my vacuums.

NOVA Vacuums is the place to go if you need help with a central vacuum system. We had a 10 year old system that just wasn't working well and wanted to upgrade to something with stronger suction and that was quieter. Lou took great care of us. He sold us a new system at a reasonable price. It was installed quickly and his installer Alberto was fantastic too. He made sure the system was working properly before he left. He did a great job of making the piping look nice when he installed the new units. The new system is fantastic!! If I had known how bad the system was that was in the house when we bought it 2 years ago, I would have upgraded with NOVA Vacuums sooner. He also does repairs on regular vacuums.

We bought our vacuum in 2013 from NOVA Vacuums and the motor burned out we took it to Lou he showed us other vacuum and offered if money for a trade in but because it is in good condition he told us he could fix it he also gave it a good cleaning and now it’s running great. Amazing customer service we will always take it to him for repairs

I’ve have always bought my vacuum cleaners from this owner. He has also been courteous and helpful, until two recent transactions. Once, he was extremely rude when I called “to clarify” what time a vacuum repair would be ready. He literally hung up on me. Then, when bringing my new $900 vacuum in to see why it was causing black streaks on my carpet, he said it was something on my rug causing the problem and not the vacuum, without any other explanation or willingness to help. All of that would have been okay, but I was shocked at how extremely rude this guy was. Would not recommend this store. His personality is explosive if you question anything about him or the products he sells.

Great service. Owner, Lou, was extremely knowledgeable and showed/explained multiple vacuums to us so we could make an informed decision. And gave us a good deal with our trade in of a beat up Oreck. Highly recommend to anyone in need of service or looking to purchase a new vacuum.

I previously loved this company. As a small business myself I chose to support fellow small business owners. I have never questioned his rates and been very appreciative of his services. As he repaired a very expensive piece of equipment for a great rate.I'm incredibly upset with my recent transaction. Almost a year ago(if not over) I dropped off a dog hair dryer (it is a vacuum in reverse, same motor) to have its brushes replaced. Months went by and I received no contact. When I was finally able to speak with a staff member I was informed Lou had a family emergency and had not been able to look at it. I said to take your time and to just keep me in the loop. Again months went by with ZERO contact. I reached back out to check in and was again paitent as I know they must have been dealing with something serious. Was then informed that the brushes the manufacturer sent me were incorrect BUT NO ONE HAD SAID ANYTHING FOR MONTHS! We then discussed options and he said he may be able to find a motor to work instead of the outdated one in the system. I said great and to let me know what he finds out.Here we are again. Zero communication and I'm now being told they "can't find my machine" or they "may have desposed of it". I asked how we handle if they disposed of it and was old that it was broken and useless. No.... it needed brushes. And I CHOSE to support a small business and not send it out to the manufacturer. And now I am out a $300 piece of equipment. Wether it was running or not it was not up to them to "dispose" of.

My wife and I purchased a Miele C3 cat and dog vacuum recently from the Warrenton store. Lou completely sold us on it after he demonstrated the vacuum in the store. Definitely the best vacuum we’ve ever had. Having a Yellow Labrador definitely puts this vacuum through its paces and Lou assured us it would work the best with our hardwood floors. His expertise and sincerity made us feel we were making the correct purchase. I would not hesitate from buying from this company again. We are very pleased.

I took my Oreck product in for service - first time trying this business. I was NOT disappointed!! Lou was GREAT in explaining what he would do, gave me pricing up front (VERY reasonable) and did exactly what he said he would - had it ready and humming like brand new again in 24 hours!! He was very professional, but very friendly as well and was thorough in explaining everything. You will NOT do wrong by taking your business here!!

I have a Riccar vacuum I bought in the 80's that needed some TLC. I took it in to NOVA Vacuum & the gentleman there looked it over with me, pointed out the needed repairs; some mechanical, some cosmetic. Some I knew about, most I didn't. He told me he'd have it ready in a couple days. On the day it was scheduled to be ready for pick up, I called before leaving & the gentleman said he ended up having to order a new part (he had previously told me he might have a used one that he could use but if not would need to order it) & it didn't come in but was due the next day. Next day comes, he calls to tell me my vacuum is ready & that he'd be more than happy to drop it by my house to save me the trouble. Wow! How nice! Since I was heading into town anyway, I declined & stopped in the store to pick it up. He went over all repairs/revamped items. He had even cleaned the entire exterior off & glued down a rubber bumper that kept coming off. And, even though I did not mention or ask, when I got home and turned it on...the light bulb had been replaced...I hadn't seen that on for at least the last 10 years! I'd recommend this establishment to all my friends and family. NOVA Vacuum EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS! A++++

I had a wonderful experience with Saif and his associate. I typically make purchases like this on Amazon but something told me to give this local shop a try, and I'm so glad I did. The customer service was wonderful, and I know I bought a product that is going to last our family a long time. When you shop online so much you forget how nice a face-to-face experience can be. I needed my Dyson serviced and called Nova vacuum's before ordering a bunch of replacement parts online. They had all the parts in stock and quickly took care of the issue (worn / stretched bands). The staff was prompt, professional, and even though Dyson vacuums were by far the majority in the grave yard, they didn't pressure me into switching brands. I'm happy to say my next vacuum a MIELE after doing some research and I'll be supporting the local business at Warrenton location. Give these guys a look before buying your next vacuum from any of the big box stores.

I have had the pleasure of buying vacuums and commericial products from Nova Vacuums for many years. I have never received as much courteous and outstanding service. I have been with them for the past 8 years and they have always taken care of me and the needs that I have requested since day one. As a commercial cleaning service that doesn't have time to play around they have been a valuable asset to me for years. I remember one time of going in the store because my vacuum had went out and I had to get to the next job and the gentleman actually took care of the problem at hand within a matter of minutes to help me continue with the process of making my money. Purchased a Sebo from this store a year and a half ago. Excellent service. I recently brought Ke a plastic clip off the machine. I called. They said bring it over. Within 5 minutes it was replaced fixed at zero charge. Great store! Highly recommend Sebo vacuums too.

I highly recommend Nova Vacuums to anyone that wants to service their vacuum instead of throwing it away and getting a new one like I usually do. I inherited my grandmother's very old Oreck XL. It is so light that I just didn't want to part with it after it started smoking and smelling like rubber the other day!!! I took it here and learned that it was a quick fix and that the bearings that turn the brush can go bad. After a good cleaning and some minor repairs, it feels like I have a brand new Oreck and it was only about $70! I am so glad I did not put it in the trash can.I didn't know someone could be passionate about a vacuum store but those in the Haymarket location were fantastic and I will go back again and again.

My experience with Lui (the store owner) was so aggressively rude today. I was yelled at and he hung up on me because I asked him a question about his prices. Was he having a bad day? Well.. I called back to make sure it was a mistake, but to my surprise he told me to take my business else where.

Great customer service. Went in to purchase some bags and they were out. A new batch were coming in in a few days. The offered a discount for when I come back. As I was leaving they found a single bag and gave it to me for free. Service can't be much better than that.
