Came in initially to have my brakes, tires, and oil done because I needed my car to pass inspection. The previous place I went to failed me, put the failure sticker on my car, and couldn’t get my breaks or tires in for two-three weeks. I work pretty far away and NEED my car. They saw me the same day, ordered my brakes, and told me that the place I’ve been paying extra for tire rotation with my oil change haven’t been rotating my tires. I was so upset because my tires that were supposed to last me 70,000 miles, started showing the cords at 30,000. They taught me a couple life lessons and physically showed me and explained to me everything that needed done. Honest patient staff and genuinely felt like I was talking with my dad. All in all, super quick work, very flexible, and completed every job thoroughly.

Bottom line is he cost me 400 dollars and wouldn't acknowledge his shop caused the damages to my tires during a tire rotation and safety inspection.I came in for a Safety inspection and a tire rotation. The owner was very nice and talkative. His team noticed a fog light out and was able to fix it. The owner did not charge me for the tire rotation and fog light repair and only the safety inspection and said it was a military discount. He mentioned I needed to get my oil changes done through them and that he doesn't make any money on them, he makes his money tires, shocks and bigger repair items.When I got in my vehicle I had 13psi in my tire. I went in to let him know that my tire is completely flat. He immediately said that his guys don't touch the air on tire when they rotate them and that it wasn't their fault. I asked him if he could have his guys look at my tire since it was flat and not drivable. He said no, that his guys were busy and then handed me an air pressure gage and said I could go down the road to the WAWA or Sheetz for air. His guys were not going to look at it.I was taken back by this and was angry. I drove my flat tire down the road to the wawa and filled my tire up. You could hear the air screaming out of the tire as soon as you aired it up. It was very clear that he "gave me a military discount" for tire rotations so he wouldn't have to show on a piece of paper that his show was at fault. On top of that, he didn't reset my tire sensors and said that I would have to pay to have that service done. WHICH IS WHAT I WENT IN THERE FOR! I had to change my tire in the parking lot in my only suit and ruined it. I also had to pay for two new rear tires because they put a hole in the sidewall of my old tire.I would highly recommend NOT going to this establishment. It is very clear that they don't care about anything except making a dollar. The owner has also stated that any complaints to Corporate go to him and since he owns the store, nothing will be done.

These guys were fantastic. Honest and helpful with such short notice. I was in the area for my dog to get surgery when suddenly my car started hollering at me in pain. I thought it was maybe the front left wheel bearing and was concerned to drive it any further. So I called these guys up to see if they could diagnose me quickly in order for me to get to my dog's surgery within the hour. Thankfully, they took me immediately, checked out the vehicle in 20 min or less and I was on my way to the surgery. The vehicle needs attention, but I was able to get it home to work on it. My car has gotten an ample amount of work done with Mike and his staff at Midas. I have found Mike to be extremely honest and I appreciate his staff members, such as Rick, who have brought me out to the bay so I can learn and understand why each repair was needed.I also have appreciated their honesty. They genuinely have my best interest in mind and are not trying to up-sell me a service. More so, they have willing and freely shared their expert advice on what future repairs I may expect down the road. Every issue they have brought to my attention has saved me a a lot of headache and money in the long run.I recognize, the prices and what feels like list of endless repairs may feel unfair or that you are being cheated. However, I would challenge that sentiment and argue that what I have paid and found for in Mike's and his team, are people who care about you, your safety and that you have a reliable car that will last you for years. If I could put 0 stars I would. Scammers, liars and unprofessional… called this guy named Mike about a week ago to check on my car I asked him questions about it and he wouldn’t give me a straight answer and kept snapping at me on the phone then told me he had to hang up soon that he has customers waiting on him in person . Told me my wires were crushing together but he didn’t fix them because I told him no that I had a weird feeling about it so I went to a different mechanic they told me my wires were fine not crushing together etc and last year the same guy Mike told me that my fuel pump had a crack in it that I would need to get it fixed asap but couple months later I went to get that fixed with him and he was like “You can’t assume that there’s a crack in the fuel pump!there isn’t one!! I don’t know who told you but they’re wrong!!” I was so shocked I didn’t say anything because he’s the one who told me months before that there was a crack… scammers liars and unprofessional I repeat !! They raise up prices also for no reason just go get your car checked somewhere else ask what you need and go buy it yourself for cheaper then just pay for labor….

I took my vehicle to WARRENTON MIDAS (1/2022) for tire replacement and an alignment. I asked that the 2 new tires I had be put on the front of my vehicle. I asked them to use 2 of the best older tires and put them on the rear until my other 2 new tires come in. I advise them the drivers rear tire had a slow leak and to DISCARD it. I was later called and informed the alignment could not be done due to a mechanical issue they do not work on. I was advised the tires could still be mounted and balanced. I picked up my vehicle after they closed (Saturday). The next day (Sunday) I noticed the driver’s rear tire was low again. In my opinion they obviously had not discarded the tire as I had requested. I took the vehicle in Monday as they had to reimburse me for the alignment that I paid for ahead of time. I explained about the drivers rear tire still losing air but I was assured by the mechanic he had disposed of it. I chose not to push the issue. I went home and pulled the tire off. I found it to be the same tire I asked them to discard. I knew it was the same tire as I had recently marked it. BEWARE of Warrenton Midas.Service: Tires

These guys are great. I've never had any problems passing inspections. I always get my cars taken care of here. They ever helped me get advice on what type of new vehicle I should get when my old car was totalled. I've been going here for 2 years and the whole team is excellent. Everyone is allowed to have opinions however we all know car maintenance is one of the most emotional and expensive areas of customer service. Take care of your car. These guys have never suggested anything outrageous to me and I trust them with my cards.

To be perfectly clear to all people reading this review. I am an individual that consults on best practices and customer communication and retention in the auto industry. So I have clear understandings on how this can be accomplished and how a customer experience can be improved but most importantly i am very well aware of the complexities of vehicles and the inability to make a commitment to when a vehicle will be completed.So with that understanding my experience and expectations were not set accurately or even closely met for any customer due to lack of communication and inaccurate information provided.I would not trust any expectation set by the facility to be accurate and or communicated in a way that a customer could have confidence in the repair process.I called at approx 8:15AM asking about availability to bring my older Land Cruiser in for maintenance and exhaust repair. I was pleasantly surprised to be advised by that he had a cancelation/delay on another vehicle and his A-Tech was currently kind of looking at the ceiling with nothing to do. He inquired how quickly I could arrive and I met that time and pulled in at 8:45AM.We had a great conversation as the ticket was written. I attempted all that I could to provide information on the order of priorities since most was maintenance. Exhaust, Oil Change with OEM filter that I provided, Bleed and flush brakes adjusting the parking brake to pass inspection. Then possible to flush the coolant. I also provided the Factory Repair manuals since brakes can be a concern to get an accurate bleed on that model year.He made a joke actually to the tech/foreman that be done by noon, then I asked if walk to the vehicle so that i could show him the vehicles current exhaust.He asked about time to completion I said that I was walking to work and was very much under the impression that It would be completed today since I was told his tech had nothing else to do and each operation flat time would not match up to a full day.No communication until 3:35 when I happened to drive by in my other vehicle that was in town and see that my truck had not moved. I went in and was told that they might get it in today and then see what it looked like with excuse that needed to have the vehicle on the alignment rack to ensure clearance for the exhaust.Well that is not really the case for brakes to bleed where normally be on the lift and per the repair procedures need to have the wheels in the air unsupported to set parking brake clearance.So nothing that could have been done was done and the vehicle was never looked at when I was told that A tech had nothing to do for the day and bring the car in .I was told that even though I was in the industry I should have listened more closely since he never told me be done today or even tomorrow would be completed. Since he did not know what was actually needed.Well telling the customer to come in since his tech had nothing to do most customers would think that it would at least get looked at in 6 hours to prepare an accurate Repair Plan and confirm part availability for the work.I am removing my vehicle from the shop since if I cannot trust that when I drop off my car being told they have a tech needing work for the day and it not get looked at in 6 hours. What trust do I have that the repairs will get accomplished accurately, or I will be told what is really needed.So me a consumer thinking I would have an active inspection, have exhaust fixed by the exhaust specialist and have my parking brake working none was accomplishedI now have none and a waste of a day, other than I got my walk in.Services: Exhaust, Brakes, Oil change
