I like the store very congested. I think that it is not handicap friendly. The isles are all too close. I think it is a nice store but needs to be looked at for spacing.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We went during the holidays, so it was super busy, and the staff still took the time to answer any questions and help anyway they could. The line was super long, and it still only took 7 or 8 minutes to make it all the way from the toys to the register. Great experience!

This is my second home.. good store. Two stories tall, packed with a wide selection of home goods and clothing for everyone in the family, to include your pets! My only complaint is... why do they push their 24% apr credit card so hard?

My favorite place. Always a bargain. Clearance areas upstairs are always great. Cleaning items are a deal! Serums, hair products and body oils. A deal!! A steal of a deal. Check the clearance area first. Great people working there too.

Purchased a yoga mat, and went home and opened it. Appeared used, so I tried to return it. Never used it. Manager refused the return stating there was no Marshall’s tag on it to identify it was actually purchased at Marshall’s. Disappointed in the level of service here. Buyer beware!

I always love shopping at Marshall's for the great selection of many categories. However, not all the staff is friendly and professional. As someone that's been in the customer service industry for many years, I can't imagine acting like some do and feel good about myself. I think they really need to look at more of the personality of applicants when interviewing.

Drove from MANASSAS to check out facility. It was larger from the outside, selection was fair but not exciting. I have shopped here shouldn't be back.

The Marshall's store is always clean and easy to find items on my list. The employees are very friendly and helpful. They have a great variety of items. The prices are always within my budget. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for good quality merchandise.

My first visit to a Marshalls store. I didn't know that it is like a small Sears or JC Penny department store. We found a wide selection of many different types of items. From clothing to housewares to souvenirs of the local area. I plan to return.

I live in Manassas and I still drive 30 minutes to this Marshalls, this is the best store of the franchise I have been so far. Super worth the drive, very organized, always good products and much more. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Extremely disappointed. Accidentally left my phone at the register at closing, and was not allowed back in to get it. The manager half-heartedly glanced over the counter, but never brought me my phone. All of my priceless memories and my personal information are in that phone. I stood outside the door for at least 30 minutes, and eventually moved to a spot where I was not in eyesight of the employees. Sure enough, they came right outside. When I called out, they giggled and ran to their cars like a bunch of middle school girls. I definitely expected more from the manager in terms of customer service.

This was my first ever experience in Marshalls. So, I was very exited to visit it. I chose to come early, at 9:30 I was there.I have to tell, that my health condition doesn't allow me go shopping often, it is hard for me to stand on my feet for more than 5 minutes, therefore I found a chair around dressing rooms and started to wait first available emploee to help me. I knew exactly what I needed, finally, I saw the one ( her name was Chery). I told her that I do not feel well and ask if she can help me. To my big surprise, she coldly refused, and disappeared.Finally, I did get what I wanted, but only one item...if somebody helped me, I would get 3-4 pieces more.

Marshalls is a treasure hunt, its not about the "shopping experience," this isn't Nordstroms, this all about the unexpected surprised buried on the racks, if you want more go where you'll pay more.The store is well kept and as orderly as one can expect with shoppers digging through the abiss of threads! The staff is curtious but not in the way. All in all my daughters love the store.
