The man was so rude, *TONE* wise and stating that my Benjee needs to be "tranquilized" like really dude! My baby has anxiety and I had gave him his hemp oil before coming. He has gotten his hair cut 4 times .....and NEVER had I received a response like I did today . Did you ever think that maybe it was just YOU and your bad energy to make him respond in that way or you just got frustrated, a bad day huh?.... NEVER will I go back there and I felt they didn't want us there anyway and charged $80 for a 4lb Yorkie but anyways.....back to where we should of went and I'm staying, STAR DOG SALON!!!! THEY ALWAYS MAKE U FEEL WELCOMED and if they did have something to say or negative to say, they would know how to communicate with their customers!

Not sure about how their grooming service is. But they are listed as a distributor for a product I was looking for. Staff left message for owner to call me. I had called before and was told they had a few in stock. Got there and the staff didn't see anything. Ask for someone to call. Left number with name she posted on the board by door. No call after 10 days.

Originally took my puppy back in mid October. They had an appointment available for same day grooming. Great price for my 50lb puppy!!! My puppy seemed excited and nervous at the beginning, but when I picked him up he was happy and smelled so nice! I'm dropping him off tomorrow for another spa day 😁

Had an amazing experience here. Brought both my dogs in for a quick nail trimming and they were both done and out the door in less than 10 minutes! Will be coming back for all my future dog grooming needs! Can't wait to bring my white haired beagle back to have him bathed and old undercoat removed! (We have a black couch..)

After losing my regular groomer, I had a very difficult time finding a groomer who could do a good job on my standard poodle (specially the ears & feet) & put up with her strong personality. I went into their shop because it caught my eye, it's really cute, when I entered & asked for an appointments for a strong willed Standard Poodle (She thinks she's a guard dog) they asked to meet her and set the appt. They assured me they'd be fine with her, I told them again how every groomer muzzles her for her legs & feet to be groomed. I picked her up a few hours later & she had never looked so good! They said she was a perfect lady & they didn't know what the other groomers were talking about! I couldn't be happier & for once Jewel, my poodle, seemed to actually like the groomer! :) They really seem to know poodles, I saw several other poodles of varying sizes in being groomed there as well. :) I highly recommend them to Poodle owners! :)

Showed a picture of the cut. It was a cut of the same breed of dog. Basically over 3 hours later, I picked up my mothers dog which looked nothing like the picture. Looks like they did a buzz cut on her back and barely touched any of the other hair. After I paid the ladies, they locked up and left the store. I believe it was a rush job so they could leave for the day or at least the grooming job appears that way. A drop off at 1:30 and pick up at 4 pm to be told another 45 minutes tells me she was not a priority.

Bob raises champion show dogs, so you can expect the same experience at this business. I highly recommend everyone pay a visit with your pets to this staple of downtown

We have been going to "Mr. Bob" for thirty years - we wouldn't think of going anywhere else. He has groomed all of our Maltese (three of them over the years), our Yorkie (a rescue), and our VERY DIFFICULT Malti-Poo - also a rescue. Absolutely NO ISSUES - EVER. By far the best groomer in the area!!!
