If you are looking for professional or caring pharmacists or a pharmacist that is a little bit nice then you should AVOID the Giant Pharmacy in Warrenton, VA! I have never met ruder people in ALL my life! I took a 94 yr old lady that I’m a caretaker for to the Giant in Warrenton, Va on 9/28/2022 at 9:40 am to get her covid booster! We were treated very rudely because we didn’t have an appointment & we didn’t fill info out online!!! SHES 94 YEARS OLD!!!!!All the people working in the pharmacy at Giant in Warrenton, Va act like they hate their job & hate when customers bother them!!! If it were up to me, I would of taken this lady to CVS in warrenton, va where you are treated much kinder!!!

I've shopped at this location since shopping with my mom as a child... and now I bring my son with me... it seems like the spirit of customer service is deep in the roots of the store. No matter the face lift or new staff I've never had a poor experience... even the ONE time I had trouble with an item not meeting my expectations they were happy to reassure me and replace the item. Warrenton's home town feeling is always at this Giant. :)

Use to shop here every week when I lived in Warrenton. Great selection at affordable prices. Sign up for their Giant rewards program and save money on gas at Shell. They even have those awesome barcode scanners where you can scan items as you put them into your cart to make checking out MUCH faster

Terrible customer service experience, and I have been shopping here my whole life. I bought blueberries to bake in a pie for my family (with elderly members of the family). I got home and began cooking dinner and opened the box and they were covered in mold. Realizing this problem with bad produce being sold as normal, I stopped cooking dinner, drove several miles back to the store with the receipt, talked to customer service and they offered a replacement. A replacement means that I have paid more for a product that I should have originally received but the store failed to deliver. The cost is reflected in money already paid to the store for something they did not deliver, and the opportunity cost of noticing this health hazard, stopping cooking for my family, taking the time and energy to drive back to the store in town for something that should not have been an issue in the first place. In effect, this means anyone dealing with an issue like this is sacrificing more than anything they willingly would have, and more than the other customers (beyond price) for the same product. This is what I call poor customer service. No one should have to sacrifice more than they paid for and worry about health concerns because of inadequate produce inspection.
