🌟Excellent Customer Service at Giant Grocery Store!I had an exceptional experience at Giant grocery store today thanks to the outstanding customer service provided by Brianna from the deli department. I was having trouble finding gelatin, and Brianna went above and beyond by coming out from behind the counter to assist me. Her personalized help and friendly attitude made my shopping trip a breeze.I truly appreciate the dedication and initiative shown by Brianna. It's rare to encounter such exceptional customer service these days, and it definitely made my day. The staff at Giant, especially Brianna, are a testament to the store's commitment to customer satisfaction.I highly recommend Giant grocery store for their excellent service and helpful staff. Everyone in the pharmacy needs to find other jobs. The lady that was at the counter had the personality of a razor blade. When I called prior to picking it up the lady was short. They aren’t pleasant at all. People don’t feel well when they go there and the last thing they need is to feel like they are putting someone out to fill their rx.

For the 2nd time in less than 2 weeks we bought Whole Milk with an expiration date weeks away and the Milk goes bad. I have had the same issue their meat section where you buy a steak and it expires within 24 hours. Harris Teeter, Safeway, Food Lion are light years better than Giant. They are either mislabeling the expiration dates or are storing their products poorly.

Prices are generally good. Staff is attentive. The place is probably due for a renovation. The self checkout is needlessly complicated and prone to asking for help when none is needed. This stops the process until a clerk can come by. I’ve used the self checkout in the other stores in the area and can be objective about this. At least, the help was there to get me moving…3 times on 8 items.

One of my favorite grocery stores to go to. They have items not found at other stores, quality produce, a good selection of beer, including some local craft beers from great breweries.Employees are always friendly, the store always looks clean, and I see the same employees there a lot so it would seem they treat their staff well too.Update: Employees nicer than ever and selection better than ever

This store has gone down hill since they changed their self-checkout policy to reduce theft. The kiosks are very annoying and treat the 99.9% of honest customers like they are thieves. Every time you scan something the robot tries to tell you it wasn't scanned. It's very confusing. Whoever the exec was that came up with this policy needs to be fired. Then I go through the regular check-out (usually a long wait) and I get home and find out they forgot to give me all my groceries. I've shopped here for years and literally spend hundreds of dollars per week- but I'm done with this store. There are just too many other options in Warrenton-and those stores actually appreciate their customers.

I went to the store to cash the transfer that my brother had sent me. I had two transfers, but the manager told me in an untactful way that you cannot have two transfers at the same time, and she was very rude. I don't know why! I came before this time, and the girl who was there at customer service exchanged two transfers for me!

I have been coming here for many years. Some how services have changed. I was at the customer service desk today and Kelly was helping me out, not much of a help instead extremely rude to a point she through my ID on the counter at me. She had cero customer service , I have always been satisfied with the services here. But after finding out that they have people like Kelly being managers I wont be back if this id the example of Giant management.

This pharmacy is such a contrast to the one I used before. They actually care about your wait and about the COVID risk and they work hard to get you out ASAP. I waited in my car and they were pleasant about delivering curbside. I am so grateful! I have a new favorite!

I've been a customer of Giant for many years and enjoy shopping there but I've noticed that when I come later in the evening to shop after work, the help is not the best and always in a rush to leave. The last time I was there I acknowledged the cashier 1st and barely got a hello out of them. The packing of the groceries was abrupt and not set in bags correctly. It's hard to find good help and the ones that don't take pride in their job should look elsewhere.So once again I'm going to add to the terrible customer service that's obviously not been resolved. The night cashiers are awful and unprofessional. They're always quick to throw in the bag and in my recent experience she forgot to give me a bag of groceries which I'll have to make a separate trip again to get them. Ridiculous for the evening being quiet and they're still incompetent!!!

Pharmacy is great. Better than Walmart for being clean, and they generally have everything you want. I still prefer the food lion down the street though. It just seems "newer"?

Great produce section, incredible prices on seafood, and friendly service. Got a whole cart full do fresh produce and four salmon filets for $140.00. Less than what I spent too fed my family of four lunch out yesterday!

This particular Giant has a great deli counter. I go there almost every Sunday evening to buy cold cuts for the week. Pam is super friendly and does a great job every time. Even if it is late or there is a bit of a line she never rushes and makes sure your order is perfect. She is always happy to open a new product when something runs out which is clearly a headache lol.. and slices everything just right. Store in general is great but Pam is truly a rock star!!!

It is pretty much like most Giant stores, just not as large. The selection is limited due to the smaller size of the store. The people are very nice and helpful.

I like how carefully their fruit and veg are displayed. What they lack in variety, they more than make up for in quality and care. And they do have some things that other stores don't have.Friendliest staff and checkers, a very good shopping experience.

This store has always smelled funny to me. It's WAY over prices! It's sad really bc it's mostly older ppl that go there. I'm sure it's a routine or a comfort to them to go to the same place. They could be saving money... I just use the Pharmacy there. They are always nice and on top of things! Their Rx is also more expensive.

We had a wonderful experience ordering online and picking up our order. Very professional and courteous. Some items on our order were out of stock so the staff went the extra mile to ensure that we had what we needed for our Thanksgiving dinner. Highly recommended!

I goty COVID-19 vaccination shot there. The first one was convenient and didn't hurt at all, yet I think I upset the woman giving me the shot, because I wanted to record (myself, not her) to show people the vaccine is safe. When I went in for the next dose I saw the same lady. Yet, this time she was much rougher, inserting the needle, then pushing it in even harder - it was like two jabs. Then, she injected the medicine extremely slow - so slow that a bystander mentioned how slow she injected the medicine. So, for what it's worth, the store is clean, but perhaps don't trust the pharmacy...

If other grocery stores don't have it, Giant usually does... Cashiers are occasionally very unfriendly so lately have been using self checkout. If they had nicer people working there I would shop there more often.

Rude self checkout staff. Can't remember her name but it started with a J. In addition, bought a tart with moldy strawberry the day of. I should've checked the tart more thoroughly, but Giant should also double check their deserts.On a positive note I appreciated the social distancing measure they put into place and the dividers at the self checkout.

Giant gets much props for offering covered fruit (ripe bananas, oranges) free to kids!! We are high veg family and this is so welcomed and saves us from ALWAYS being the "no" parents in the grocery store. I do wish there were dehydrated and more freshermushroom varieties (often they are expired or very close to the date) I like hen of the woods- never see it there.

Helpful staff, best bakery, but this store is so big, that if you have one item you can't find, you can spend all day long looking for it. Staff will help, but you'll probably waste time looking, and only ask for help after you've given up.
