Enlightened Styles is a hidden gem in your backyard. The treatment I selected was the Bliss Head Spa. From the moment you are greeted and slip into your cozy robe, you can feel the energy shifting into the start of relaxation mode. Like you, I did not know what to expect. The warm towel placed around your neck puts you at ease. After evaluation of your scalp, a formula is prepared for you. Throughout the process you will feel massage, waterfall and steam on your scalp. While your customized treatment is on, a mini facial using gua sha and jade rollers is done for you. Worth mentioning is the hand scrub, lotion and hand warmers kept on during the service are a nice touch.Self care is so important and we never think about our scalp. You will love how you feel after this treatment. The stylists and experts of Enlightened Styles truly embrace the mind, body, soul connection. I highly recommend this holistic treatment of the scalp. Not only did my scalp feel clean, I felt re-energized and stress free.

I have been going to Enlightened Styles for hair color, cuts and treatments for almost two years and I didn’t think my experience could get any better until now! I received a vibrational sound healing session from Greer and it was amazing! The energy was therapeutic, relaxing and meditative! I have also received a Headspa treatment from Jacquelyn..it was fabulous! I felt so relaxed and pampered! Five Stars to Enlightened Styles and Heidi Lyons for the latest addition to their holistic services “Bliss Head Spa”. When Heidi, who has been doing my color and cuts for over 10+ years, suggested I try the Head Spa, I thought “why not?”. What a fabulous and relaxing experience! From the time you put on a comfy robe you begin to feel relaxed. Your scalp is analyzed and a formula is prepared just for you. You receive over an hour of pampering, which included a mini facial and hand treatment. The constant waterfall on the head and the invigorating shampoo and head massage at the end was the most refreshing. I highly recommend the Bliss Head Spa!

I've been getting my haircut by Jacqueline for around a year now. Every time has been wonderful. As a curly girl who has had unfortunate haircuts, she's done wonders.This last visit I saw Greer for the Bliss Head Spa experience. Talk about a unique and relaxing experience! I had an amazing experience with my new stylist Greer- she rescued my hair and gave me one of my best cuts ever! I moved out here from DC two years ago and was loosing hope on a local salon. My first attempt was the worst… I’ve since painfully been growing out a cut from someone that used hair cutting thinners and damaged my curls. Curls were lost, confused and a hot mess! Greer was so understanding, knowledgeable on curls, and seriously rescued my head with an awesome cut. Get tons of compliments! And the icing on the cake is how committed the salon is to zero waste… I’m a sustainability expert (amongst many things) and they have thought of it all… creatively pushing new frontiers on being an awesome eco-conscious salon. Enlightened styles is such a great place to get your hair done. I have been going there for a few years now and every time they take their time, talk to me about what I want, and I come out feeling fresh and renewed! Especially during covid times they take precautions with extra cleaning, masks, and having appointments spaced apart so we don’t overlap one another. They always do a great job and I even got my husband to get his hair done as well, and now he won’t go anywhere else. If you want hair color that’s comes out perfect every time, hair cuts that give you that extra boost of confidence and a friendly staff that will answer any question and make you feel fresh and renewed. Come here, 10/10 every time.

Jacqueline and her business are a one of a kind! When you go to Enlightened Styles, it is so much more than a haircut. They actually sit down and get to know you, your intentions, and all the details about your hair. I have never had any stylist take the time that Jacqueline did, and I walked out feeling amazing. I haven't cut my hair in years. For my B-day present, my hubby, said he would get my hair done. I researched for weeks on where to go, why, what they offer, etc... I had no limits and could do whatever, wherever. My goals were natural hair growth treatment, trim, and knowledge. I checked out other 5 star review hair salons like Musa where they claim natural but the actual treatments have a lot of chemicals! Instead of looking for natural, I looked for holistic and found Enlightened Styles! After going through the website, checking reviews, and lots of debate, I decided to go, still in slight doubt on how holistic it was. I am so glad I went, it was absolutely the best decision I made. First interaction was with Greer, she was so kind on the phone with my questions. The second was atmosphere, there were plants and crystals everywhere and it was perfect! Props to Heidi for the plant care, it really makes a difference, at least for me, it gives me refreshed/renewed cozy vibes. Third interaction was with my stylist Jacquelyn, which happened to be the owner as well. She is absolutely wonderful! Very attentive, walks you through everything, very patient with my rambling, answers all questions and will take time to explain. I never felt rushed. After speaking with her I knew I didn't have to worry about any of the products! That was my biggest concern. I ended up with the rebuild treatment, haircut, hair steam, massage and eyebrows waxed. The hair rebuild treatment was exactly I needed and when asked, my stylist was able to read off the ingredients. It was simple ingredients like lavender oil. The smell was like a field of flowers. Her fingers are wonderful, gives great head massages. She was able to provide before and after photos.You ladies are wonderful, can't wait to be back!

I just had the Soul Harmony Vibrational sound healing in December 2023 and it was an awesome experience! Greer really was able to take away my anxiety and stress. The bowls on the body is something to be experienced and loved the drum, chimes and tuning fork! I’ve always loved the non toxic hair color and not leaving the salon smelling like chemicals. So now I can leave the salon relaxed from their new healing modalities and have the softest hair that smells good too! Love this salon!

Love everything about this salon- It is a true spa-like experience- from the beautiful zen atmosphere, to the holistic and clean products used. I had my scalp analyzed which was so cool, experienced incredible essential oils and by far the best hair treatment. When looking for a salon that had good reviews for highlights, I found Enlightened Styles. I have never gone to a salon, as my mother always cut my hair. I wanted a big change...cut, highlights, and style. I had my appointment tonight, and Greer was awesome. She listened to what I wanted done and gave great suggestions. I pretty much told her to do what she thought was best. I was not disappointed! She did an awesome job, and I am loving my new look! I would definitely recommend Enlightened Styles!

I love the organic products and the ambience is so genteel! My stylist, Heidi, helped me out of a real jam when I was talked by my daughter into doing henna on my gray hair, and it turned out very orange! Heidi whipped up a potion of ??? I received a great haircut from Jacquelyn at Enlightened Styles today!!!She gives such wonderful Customer Service, I always know I am in good hands. I thought it was a good idea to go ahead and face frame my own hair LOL BAD IDEA! Called the salon the morning of and they were able to get me in at 4 pm. They were amazing! The lady knew i had a very stressful day and added lavender to my towel as well as giving me a relaxing head massage during my shampooing. Jacquelyn has changed how I feel about my hair. From the use of organic hair products, to the relaxing essentials oils during the shampoo, this salon is where you need to go if you care about your hair. Jacquelyn took the time to really figure out what my hair and scalp needed. I LOVE that I can ask someone for hair advice . I also cannot speak highly enough of the rebalancing treatment, I could really feel a difference within a matter of minutes. The best part about this place is really the atmosphere and the QUALITY. Jacquelyn is amazing!! She devotes all of her time to individual clients. She doesn't stack appointments so it is very calm and time is used just for you. She uses all organic products, and my cut and color is perfect. She truly consults with you and you receive true, expected results. She also is very knowledgeable on scalp issues and treatment. Plus she has her own make up line that she mixes just for your individual skin type and preference...again all organic. My children and I will never go anywhere else. And for all she does, she is very fair with her pricing, very affordable.

Jacquelyn and her team were great on the day of our wedding! She arrived 30 minutes early and was set up and ready to go well in advance of our starting time! Jacquelyn was able to capture the exact look I was wanting; all I had to do was show her a picture! My hair and makeup survived all of my tears of joy and numerous hours on the dance floor!
