Has this office opened back up yet? Last time I checked was during Covid, but then I kept checking after Covid slowed down but they were still closed. I figured that was the cause of the closure but that much time of not being open afterwards? I wanted to find out if its open now, Oct 2023?

I had to visit this place due to Comcast notifying me that my router had a defect and they were shipping me a replacement. Well, since I had no physical mailbox at my service address I went to get a new one in person.There was a lady at the counter...maybe mid 30s early 40s at most. I told her the reason I was there and she was rude and said "well do you have proof?"Well of course I did or I wouldn't be here. And while I searched for the email Comcast sent to me she sat there staring at me all wide eyed like hurry up and was tapping her long fingernails on the counter impatiently.Once she approved my email that it was true she went to the back, grabbed the new router, slammed it on the counter and said ok here ya go, have a good day.Well then I had questions about the set up and she would talk really fast like she was just trying to get me out the door so she could get back to texting on her phone or whatever else she may have been doing.Just rude. I would have been fired if I treated a customer like that.Hopefully I never have to go to this office in person again. This lady was so not friendly or helpful in any way except for handing me a new router.

My Bill was jacked up from the normal $116 for just phone and Internet to $146 with no new service added. I called several times and was told my promotional price expired. I asked for another promotion price and was told none available at this time. I asked for a call back from the Service Center,,,Nothing. Have been a customer since 2008. With everyone out of work and struggling to make ends meet,,,with Comcast/Xfinity knowing that everyone needs their Internet service now more than ever,,I submit that they are price gouging customers in the Culpeper, Virginia area. I'm going to file a complaint to the Better Business Bureau.

Wifi is intermittent at best for over a month now since covid program reset. The speed/signal quality delta is very obvious since scaling back. Use my cellular signal many times since just as or more stable signal. Love that all the glowing five star ratings come almost exclusively via local guides - paid endorsements to artificially maintain local Comcast rating over 2 - 3 stars?

Gauging prices I went down to basic and I’m paying 194.00 for what? I’m not getting anything. I do have internet and phone along with the basic cable. It should not cost this much! Because of COVID 19 the Xfinity stores are closed and to get them on the phone is next to impossible these days.

Not very friendly. Dropped off my broken box and picked up new one fairly quickly but "customer service" reps were not helpful with questions and told me to phone customer service!!

The staff there is very nice.They are not at fault for billing screw ups. That comes from the main office.They try and straighten the mess out.

Worst. Internet. Ever. The internet cuts off and stays off for 20 minutes to 4 hours and repeats that on a scheduled pattern, and it does it every single day.

One has to ignore the parent company in this review. Regardless of what you might think of Comcast itself, the folks at the local office are absolutely fantastic and go out of their way to take care of you.
