This is the best easiest car buying experience ive ever had i recently purchased my 2018 traverse AWD here and Everyone was so helpful and went out of there way to make sure the car was perfect for us exactly what they said to us and kept very amazing communication We were hesitannt at first because it was a used car dealer and we dont typically trust just any dealership but they are by far amazing . Great prices easy process and overall 100% very honest and caring people . I definiely recommened them for anyone and will come here for any car needs i ever will have thank you Car Bargain!!!!

Unpleasant Experience with Unprofessional Car Salesman - Buyers, Please Look Elsewhere!In my recent encounter with Car Bargain dealership, unfortunately, the experience was marred by an unprofessional and disrespectful car salesman. The Salesman's Demeanor Included Cursing and Aggressive Raising of their Voice, creating an Uncomfortable Atmosphere for a Serious Buyer.Moreover, the Salesman Failed to Honor their Commitments, going back on promises made during negotiations. This lack of integrity Raised Serious Concerns about the dealership's credibility and customer service standards.Additionally, a more troubling discovery was made when examining their Red 2006 Chevy Colorado. It was evident that Check Engine Codes had been Intentionally Cleared. Revelation to this Cleared Engine Code was brought to light by using a Actron Auto-Scanner that connects to the OBD Port (for free at AutoZone, less than 2 mins) Revealed an Error Code finding of P0300, indicating Immediate Issues with Engine Misfires.To navigate such situations, I would recommend future shoppers to invest in a scan tool when considering vehicles from this dealership. This tool can provide valuable insights into a vehicle's health and help discern any potential issues that may not be immediately apparent, or just flat out AVOID this dealership.This Unprofessional Behavior, coupled with a Lack of Transparency in Vehicles' Condition, reflects poorly on the dealership's reputation and customer relations. I have been here more than once looking at 2 trucks and decided on one truck that has been more than great. They have worked with me to make the truck as great as it looks now. Since I've purchased my truck I have told my family, friends, and clients about CAR BARGAIN. From the first call I made to meeting Amanda - I was impressed. They had a great selection of vehicles to choose from, all of the cars and truck prices were reasonable. I was able to test drive and look over vehicles without feeling pressured. After meeting Adam, Ray, Lucy and the rest of the team at the trick lot, I ended up leaving with a Ford F 150, Overall it was the best, easiest car buying experience we've had and the customer service was great!!!

Wasted literally 2.5 hours driving from South Richmond to look at a 2004 Tahoe, clean carfax, 1 owner w/ less than 100k. For a 20 year old car, it looked great. Ray ASSURED ME that it had no frame rust, ran well and was thoroughly inspected. The vehicle barely ran, it even stalled out in the middle of a busy road as Ray brought it around for my husband to test drive. The vehicle also had been PAINTED, even though he said it hadn’t. There was overspray everywhere. Ray even said to my husband, “it just needs more gas in it”. Like what?? It had 1/4 tank in it. The car looked great online, I was so sure it was the unicorn Ray promised. Wrong. Also something I feel worthy of noting- I put a $250 “non refundable” deposit down and they proceeded to list it on Facebook Marketplace an hour later. I should have known then. They did end up refunding the $250 deposit because of how bad this vehicle really was. Don’t let the few good reviews fool you. I begged them to be honest with me before I drove 2.5 hours or got my husband to (I’m pregnant which I told him on the phone this morning), and they still weren’t. Don’t waste your time on this place!

Con artists watch out for these guys, they will lie to you to make a quick buck. Just purchased a lemon truck from them when they told me it was a rare find and excellent condition but the vehicle failed inspection because the frame is totally rotted. Do not buy from them. It’ll cost $14,000 to rebuild the truck and the truck is now only worth $5,000 in present condition. Total scam artists!

Car ran very poorly. Guy stalled it out 15 times even stalled it on the busy road in front of the business. Kept trying to tell me it needed more gas despite it having a 1/4 tank of gas in it. He was trying to take it to the gas station to dump seafoam in it

Do NOT buy from these people RUDE and smart to customer. I was interested in a truck we took it for a ride and came back and the owner shook my son's hand then I proceeded to tell him we like the truck but a few things seem wrong and he/the owner young twirl said what's wrong with truck I said it shakes when u hit the brakes I think it needs rotors and he said smartly which rotor is bad and then proceeded to tell me to leave and go buy some where else. RUDE/SMART to ask the customer that. He just didn't like I was saying there were some issues. U lost business and I will tell ALL about your terrible business

I purchased a 2009 Honda CR-V from Car Bargain back in March 2022, as an out of state resident. Since then, I have put roughly 17,000 miles on the vehicle and it has had no problems other than the starter going out in September. Lawrence, Alex, and the other staff at Car Bargain were very friendly and helpful, and I did not feel any pressure when making this purchase. I have already recommended Car Bargain to relatives who live in the Warrenton area and would not hesitate to do business with them again.

I recently purchased a 2010 Ford GT Mustang from Car Bargin. I know it's a used car and you never know what your fully getting. But, this used car dealership is in the wrong badly. And I worry for them to do this to someone else and they get hurt or worst because of Car Bargin. They obviously just slapped on stickers on the car I purchased because it was no where near safe to be driving and I drove 5 hours to buy it. I had to put it in the shop because the transmission went out. Thank God I did because what else was wrong with the car could of killed me easily. There was 15 different things wrong with the safety of even driving the car. The sway bars where broke and tie rods where also snapped. And if you know anything about cars you know they could of completely broken off and maybe caused a fatal accident.

This place is No Good, I Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. As a out of state buyer, this is my last time I place my trust in someone and even though it is the buyers decision I gave him some trust. I kept asking for pictures and better video footage. When we finally got to a video call the seller wanted to go fast around the Jeep so I wouldn’t catch the defects. I had to repeatedly ask to move slower to see some of the vehicles frame. I asked about the condition and he told me “yes it works well, everything is in good condition”. When I finally got the Jeep I noticed it was all rusted from the bottom frame, coils, shocks and control arm. The engine still had leaves and acorns from the time it sat. I also kept asking the seller “have you cleaned the engine for 3 days straight he assured me he did. Later to get compensated for finding this, a job that was not done. Now I understand that a used vehicle will have some work to be done. But clearly the value they gave it was not worth it. Man lied to me, and clearly there is no integrity in this place. I would recommend buyers to look elsewhere rather than this place.

The staff was engaging and very friendly. They made me feel very comfortable, and went through the details to help me understand the loan. They did what they could to lower the interest rate and were successful. Unfortunately I had to return the vehicle due to personal needs they didn’t ask questions, or argue simply asked me to return the vehicle. This is a dealership you can trust they stand behind the vehicles they sell and will answer any questions you have I’ll definitely be going back!

It's been a while since I bought my car from them maybe a year and I can tell you this place has good cars. I told them that when I went down to look at the specific car that I had in mind I saw on the Internet. I looked all over my car underneath before I bought it. Here's the deal, 08 Honda Element, clean.... I mean like new. Still had protection plastic on the floors! Theses cars are priced to sell! 90k on mine an I think other dealers it "seemed", just speculating, lowering there price on same vehicle just to be competitive. No Joke 11k for my baby out the door. Yea it's a Honda right, but still have the same brakes on it.I felt the need to share my experience as these are good people. I LOVE THAT WOMENS ACCENT!!! Croatian, Hungarian thinking. Anyway don't let reviews from people who've had felt "DUKED" sway you. Besides take it up with VA inspections about safety issues not these people.They're established they've been there a long time they know what they're doing. They're not trying to scam anybody they want your business. So this is why I'm writing a review because I feel these people are being wrongly judged. Go there you'll see.... Good people....
