I tried the new boneless chicken wings and was amazed at the taste and quality. They are super rich, I recommend them. They have two styles Hot Honey and Buffalo Sauce. I must say that the customer service was excellent, the cashier who attended us was very patient and friendly when taking our order. The store staff said goodbye to us when we were leaving. That made us feel very special. I would definitely return to this same place. I loved them!

UPDATE: The inside of this Arby's is spotless. There even was no dust on the glass light shades above the tables. The food was exceptionally tasty and fresh. They even brought our order to our table. The employees were super friendly and efficient. The drive thru was steadily moving, no long wait like it was before. They have really pulled it all together.They are working as best they can. We have not gotten bad food and we went there several times to check because services is slow. The Drive-Tru is not very efficient but it goes down to lack of employees. The ones that are working are professional and do a good job you just need more patients than you would elsewhere.

Staff is really friendly, sometimes a bit slow but they are understaffed a bit. Food is great and hot. Staff likes when you bring your dog through the drive through. Nice to have trays and self service condiments back.

Manager was very pleasant and helpful. She was working just as hard as her employees to make sure everyone had great customer service and perfect food. My one complaint is that they didn't have true Arby's straws. Those are wide enough to really enjoy Arby's shakes. Other straws collapse and crack. (But, I had one in my car. So I was still able to enjoy my thick & delicious shake.

I have been to this location about 10 times now. The drive thru is a bit slow at times, but the service is usually friendly and accurate. The food quality and "freshness" is pretty good, though I have had a few times where the crinkle cut fries tasted as if they had sat out for awhile. *Note this review is compared to the average fast food restaurant in the area*

Unfortunately, the chicken nuggets were tough this time & the fries were semi-warm. However, my turkey sandwich was delicious & my hubby said his roast beef was jumping!!

Had a wonderful experience here tonight. It made our night. We went to grab a late night bite and had the pup with us. We pulled through the drive thru and they were making a fresh batch of fries so we had to wait a couple of minutes. When the two ladies saw the pup they offered to give him some whipped cream. They chatted with us at the window while we waited. It was an unexpected surprise. Great customer service, warm food and a happy pup! 5/5

Had a 2 for 6.00 Lunch today. Wasn't bad. Chicken sandwich was really good. Nice and crispy. Roast beef wasnt bad. Place was clean. Staff was so friendly seemed scary. But nice folks.

My hubby likes their meaty beef sandwiches & horsey sauce.I like their wraps, though this location doesn't make the Southwestern wrap - 👎. But I do enjoy their pecan chicken salad, when they have it.Their bags are way too thin and require special handling - 👎They only gave us 2 napkins at the drive-through for 2 sandwiches w/fries, jalapeño poppers, and 1 chicken wrap --Sigh.

I wish I could rate this 5 stars, but they are really slow at this Arby's. They also completely forgot my fries last time. The food is cooked well though, and they're friendly, so just knocking off a star for inconvenience.

Waited at the drive thru window for 25 minutes and they still got the order wrong. They got several cars' orders wrong in the line and everyone had to wait at the window for an unnecessarily long time without being asked to move up. The staff inside was very unresponsive and moved without motivation, very slow to react. Our order was supposed to be $14 but they accidently added money to the car infront of ours, so our order got discounted $2? It made no sense.

😕 May 7th 2020 -This Arby's is extremely disappointing.I have continuously received room temperature or even cold food even when I special order it hot!Their food sits in warming trays and is not made to order.This is cold food served slow!Unfortunately this is one fast food restaurant now I avoid.

Always messes up on my Jamocha shake and give me chocolate.Edit: This place is getting worse with customer service. The girl with the head phones called another employee to take my order instead of her taking my order. Then another employee comes out the bathroom mocking customers . It's a complete hot mess in there.

Can't say enough how great Angel is! She immediately greeted my friend and I with a smile and happy attitude. She was just so sweet. (I've worked plenty of customer service jobs myself and know the job isn't always sugar plums and rainbows.) I couldn't help but think she's exactly what people are talking about when they say they miss good customer service and real people interaction. She was just such a doll! Part of my order ended up getting a little goofed up (which happens sometimes no biggie) but Angel went above and beyond in customer service. She was great!! I really wish I could get in touch with DM or higher up and tell them how great of a job she's doing!! But since idk any of that info, Warrenton customers: Angel is awesome!! 😊

Literally the best Arby’s I’ve been two. I’ve been twice and everyone has been over the top friendly and the food awesome. There was a little bit of a line today but the gentleman inside the booth taking orders was walking to the line and taking payment and brining drinks to help speed up the process. He was so nice too. Awesome all around!

(July 8) I was driving through the area. It appeared to be a recently opened store. I may have been 8th in the drive-thru. The line moved very quick. The rain should never be an issue with the awesome canopy over the food window.

I like Arby’s but today was terrible.Ordered 2 beef and cheddar sliders, and they gave me the wrong item 2x. The third time I received the correct item. But the bread was so stale , it was like a hockey puck!! Ended up throwing all three orders out.And how long have you been open 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

I ordered market fresh turkey sandwich and they used the wrong bread. They used the marble Reuben bread. Also ordered fanta to drink. I had to throw it out, it tasted like seltzer water. Very disappointed. Arby's is my favorite fast food place.

I haven't been to to a Arby's in years mainly because the food was always on the skinny side. Never looked as good as the ad pictures. I was surprised this time and will make a return trip for sure. Good job Warrenton
