Very happy with the experience. The office was immaculately clean, the staff were all very kind and friendly, the doctor was incredibly thorough with both the treatment and with explaining to me every aspect of it. This was also an urgent care visit and they let us come in almost immediately. I really appreciated that as the alternative would have been driving to Manassas to the emergency clinic. I will definitely be taking all my animals here for future visits.

Although my appointment online didn't go through, the receptionists worked with me to ensure my canine got seen immediate that morning. Every staff member was so sweet and professional while we were there. Everyone communicated what the next steps are and when they'll leave or come back from the examination room. It was a great experience as a new patient at this location!

My 12 year old lab has surgery yesterday. I heard directly from Dr. Roehr after surgery with a report on the procedure and detailed instructions for recovery. I also received a call from the staff. They helped get my dog in the car as well. I highly recommend them!

Had an amazing first time experience at the Animal Care Center, starting with the fact that they were able to fit my dog in for a same day appointment when she showed up limping and I couldn't ascertain the cause. Everyone was very kind and clearly animal people. Sheba cooperated, and she can sometimes be opinionated, so that spoke volumes. The vet, Dr. Capor, took her time and talked me through options. I would definitely recommend the Animal Care Center / Heart and Paw. Thanks to the great team!

I want to thank Dr. Liz Capor and the entire staff for being a model of veterinary excellence. My German Shepherd Bo, who was a police dog and trained for personal protection, is not an easy dog to handle. Yet, they handled him wonderfully and he completely trusted everyone at Animal Care Center. He is doing great after his surgery. Thank you so much!

Prices were absolutely ridiculous for this year's visit.Unlike last last year, I was charged a fee for medical waste/biohazard disposal.The price for the office visit/annual exam was almost double what I paid last year, and the price for the vaccine was double what I paid last year.One reason for the two star rating is the vet was much friendlier than the vet/owner of the business last year. However, I was made to feel bad because I didn't opt for procedures I simply can't afford.The second reason for the two star rating is I was a little late for my cat's appointment, yet the staff didn't make me reschedule.I am going to have to find (if possible) a less expensive place to take my cat the next time he needs his vaccine(s).

Thank you to this wonderful practice for getting me in on a busy Saturday After calling at least 20 other offices that were all booked! They gave me a 10:00am appt and when we Got in the car and realized it was further away than I thought I called and told them I would be 25 mins later than we thought. Their response was “that’s okay we want to see your pup and make sure he is okay” just to Clarify we are not regular patients here! I was Impressed from the receptionist to the tech and the vet. All were warm, friendly and knowledgeable. They obviously care very much for their patients! We are now clients and we live almost an hour away! Thank you to this team for your love and care for the pets and for going above and beyond for me and Charlie that day!

Wonderful staff! We never had an issue whatsoever. Very reasonable on price as well, so it's the only vet I go to.We lost a pet and this vet was exceptionally empathetic, knowledgeable and tactful in how they handled the results of tests, considered our feelings, and were patient with us as we made our decision.Very thankful for this vet. 13/10

Wilbur had his 1st visit here and a Rabies vaccination. It was a very good experience for him. The vet and the staff were very helpful and gave him lots of positive attention (and a jab, he hardly noticed) He believes this is where his new fan club are.

Ok LOVE this vet. I’ve been taking my dog Dexter and our two cats Odin & Sparkles here since we moved to Warrenton. Dexter is a very friendly, well socialized dog but has horrible vet anxiety. He associates all vet visits with past traumas. The Doctor and staff here are nice, friendly and professional. They have went out of their way to accommodate Dexter and his anxiety issues. Which I truly appreciate. I will continue to take Dexter there and I would highly recommend this office to anyone with furry family members.

I’ve been taking Rocko here for almost two years, and I love it. He gets nervous at the vet and he’s not the easiest to work with (he’s a pretty big, strong dog), but every member of the staff has always been compassionate and caring toward him. Kayla, Mikayla, and Cassie are always so courteous and helpful. Dr. Houck is a such a kind, understanding vet. We had a good experience with Dr. Roehr as well during an emergency visit a while back. I always recommend this business when asked. Thank y’all for being so wonderful!

My cat was in a cat fight and in a lot of pain. I called in the morningand they were able to fit me in that day. He was checked over and given pain shot and antibiotic shot and fluids and sent back home with me torecover. That evening he was almost his young self. The next morning hewas fine. Thanks so much for the love and care you gave Crush yesterday. I love this clinic. The nicest staff and Dr. Houk is a wonderful and caring vet.
