Looks pretty clean, but cooler where meats(hams) are is broken and is filled with water and some ice which does not touch the pans so it’s NOT keeping the meats cool. Ordered a FOOTLONG ham, egg, cheese and sandwich had 4 see thur slices of ham! (Posted photos) subway should post amount of meats per sandwich, in all other subways it’s 8 slices of ham! So this location is scamming people or taking advantage of truck drivers. $7 dollars for a sandwich with 4 slices of ham is a rip-off.

Our family ordered a large variety Tray for a family gathering over the weekend. When we arrived at the store to pick it up we were greeted by a cheerful staff, the store was very clean and our order was prepared and waiting. Thank you for helping make a stressful time easier. Non-sticky floors. Great selection of sun chips. Worth the trip - we came from NC. Burnt bread? nope!!! Looking forward to seeing this crew of smiling faces again!

By far the Slowest subway I’ve ever been to, there was an older lady and a younger heavyset girl and they were by far the slowest workers I’ve ever seen in fast food. The heavyset girl decides to argue with me because I requested that my bread be done over as I ordered a tuna melt that sat out at least five minutes because I was making other sandwiches that she took an extremely long time making. I would give a 0 if I could but google forces you to do one star at least

Good service and clean. Tried new sandwich and older lady named Brenda was wonderful! Was on a bus to NY and they were very fast to get me out. Highly recommend a stop along RT 85

Subway is pretty good most of the time. Sometimes the bread isn’t fresh. They bake bread in store so there’s no excuses. Need more staff that do take their job more seriously & care. Some just don’t care. I don’t like too much meat so I’m picky & like my breads to at least be fresh. I’d recommend to anyone. Pretty clean and good cookies and food most of the time!

Poor Customer Service. Upon arrival no one greeted me as I patiently stood waiting for Service. Then when I asked the Employee, How long I would the wait be, She rudely replied I would have to wait for the other employee because She was busy preparing a large order of 7 sandwiches, that must have been a call in order because I was the only customer in the store at the time. She didn't even stop what she was doing to properly relay that message to me, No eye contact or anything. Once the other employee began making my order, She still hastily moved all about the work station, So much So that She caused the other employee to fumble with the condiments, dropping things and everything on my order. I felt like the Customer who was not even present at the time was treated with much more courtesy than I was.

I had left Midlothian where my son needed help settling into his new house. So, I was hungry to say the least. I got a foot long tuna with: tomatoes, green and banana peppers, lettuce, spinach, red skin onions and honey sauce. Absolutely delicious. Service was quick and polite.

The young ladies were attentive and listened to the customers. But the male manager was rude to the customers. He was joking and making fun of the customers. It was bizarre and quite uncomfortable. I will not return there off the bus if he's working.

My girls tried to navigate the app at this location, after several attempts & over 20 frustrating minutes later they finally went into the store to place our order. Not very pleased ... add long day, stress from traffic/public stupidity, tired/cranky 7 year old and HUNGER. We just didn't feel like one more hiccup!!!

Unfriendly, rude, would not make my sandwich the way I wanted. First person walked away after putting it in the oven and told the other "i can't serve her" and then the next lady let my sandwich burn as the timer went off over and over. Doused my sandwich with oil, couldn't even pick it up without the entire thing falling apart. 100% certain it was done on purpose as if to say "how dare you come in here to eat". When I went in, it was empty the entire time but the DD next door was packed. It's like people know how bad it is.

Good food, employees are nice, but don't pay attention of what you want and what you don't on your sub, yet sub turned out good so no complaints. Just be cautious of your allergic to anything they handle.

DO NOT EAT HERE. This staff is unfriendly, and refused to serve customers during "open" hours. This location is a waste of time and you are better off eating donuts next door.

8:22 am tried to order a breakfast combo that included coffee. The coffee machine is broken. Well duh.......I guess the breakfast combo needs to be removed from the menu board!
