I stopped here on Sunday, 02-25-24 on a bus trip. The bathroom was clean. The Little Caesar's cheese deep dish pizza was hot. The price sheet on the wall showed it to be $7.99, but it rang up for $8.99 at the register.There was a large selection of drinks. I ended up getting a Diet Pepsi and a Natalie's blood orange juice. I bought a few snacks, including my favorite Bigs Old Bay sunflower seeds. I bought lottery tickets with the cashier as the self service machine I tried to use wasn't working (closer to the massage chairs).The bathroom was clean. It was helpful being able to use the outlets in the room that appeared to formerly be used for online gambling.

One of the cleanest truck stops I've seen props to the staff for keeping it clean, Lots of parking. Good snack drink food selections, Little Ceasars was good. Only problem was my shower went from really hot to freezing cold Im less then a minute. Please fix the showers and ill come back! I was in green shower. 💚

Always great Travel Center both here and exit 33 off I-95. I purchased a deep dish pizza and "fresh chef salad," for $9.99 for the salad. I did not expect the lettuce to be "brown and withered." I was disappointed at the price and double disappointed at the quality. Definitely not "fresh."

Amazing place. Clean restrooms. Massage chairs and game room area. Large parking area for trucks. Has RV waste dump and even a dog park. Fresh hot Food and subway sandwiches (staff is super nice at subway)7 fuel aisles available. Staff was super niceA must stop.

The young lady who worked Tuesday March 19th night shift did an amazing job! She had the upmost positive engaging attitude. Remind you it was 11pm at night so after a long day at work, her ongoing personality kept me going. The sandwich she fixed me was nothing short of delicious. We talked about her birthday which coincidentally was close to mines. We need people like her during night shift to keep the world a better place. Thank you again! Keep up the good work! I will be back soon.

Pros: fair, gas prices, little Caesars hot and ready section, iced and hot coffee options with good flavor options.Cons: Customer service. Wait times. If I could’ve un pumped my gas and taken my money elsewhere, I would have. Assistant manager Michelle chat with another female associate, while the two male associates were both backed up through the lanes with customers waiting to check out. Please install some self-service lanes so customers can help themselves if your associates are unwilling to do so.Do not come here if you’re looking for a quick in and out.

This is a pretty good gas station. They have showers and restrooms. They have Subway and Dunkin Donuts. They also sale your standard frozen food that you can have microwaved. They sale beer but not between the hours of 1145pm to 6am. Overall, the stuff is nice and friendly. They have a small dog park but it is a safe place for your pets to stretch out their legs.

Ladies traveling Southbound... do yourself a favor and continue down I85-South aprx 15mins to Loves. The restroom at Loves was immaculate, whereas Davis was like a scene out of Pulp Fiction!!! No TP at all, 2 stalls clogged, 1 out of order, and the gas is higher at Davis, too!

Large convenient travel center. Well lit parking areas and plenty of spaces for the high volume of traffic. Went in for some tasty Lil Cs express. There's a Subways to the right of that can't go wrong with either one. And who doesn't luv Dunkin Donuts.

Very Dramatic place, If you ever decide you want employment here go elsewhere, they will have made up stories and lie about everyone, The GM here is a Drunk! I have seen him multiple times leave work at lunch time and go to BP in McKenney and buy Beer then drink it and go back to Davis, also they will fire you without even writing you up whatever you do go elsewhere!

Horrible experience from simply attempting to purchase two green tea’s. Cashier was very rude and shook her head no when I stepped up with my drinks. As I walked away and stood in a longer line which wasn’t an issue I see her helping customers with no problem. Either she had an issue with me or her work environment but either way that’s such a bad misrepresentation of Davis Truck centers bc I’ve never had a bad experience til today nov. 2 2023 approximately 3:15pm cashier was wearing a black and white colored mask. Manager stated that he would handle the situation.

I like the clean restrooms and they also have showers available. A variety of foods to choose from. Twelve fuel pumps an ATM located inside along with a Dunkin Donuts and a Subway restaurant.

This place has gone down hill in the last year. I cannot trust that they will have coffee ready, rude employees, and they rarely have my cigarettes, which is a main brand. Ive been going here for years but not anymore.Update: September 23rd 2023 I unfortunately made the wrong decision to give y’all another chance. 5:15 AM I go in to get coffee and while you do have it, the line for the microwave(to heat that coffee up) is longer than the line for the coffee itself, your coffee taste horrible when it’s not heated. I like the sign that says “NO FREE COFFEE” nice touch. Well I get a canned coffee drink and head to the register to purchase. Where I have to wait for your cashiers finish a conversation before they can finish ringing me up. Your early morning and night shift needs better management. Y’all had a great manager, I see him at Loves every morning because luckily my work takes me that direction and not yours. It’s like y’all took all the effort out of that store. It used to be the best place to stop, now I have to fight a cloud of cigarette, vape and weed smoke just to enter your vestibule when you have a bus come through.

Plenty of parking at 10 pm. Little Caesar’s hot and ready pizzas were being put out fresh. Clean restrooms, well stocked clean store with everything you would expect.Dunkin’ Donuts express and subway are also at this location. Subway was closed at that time though.

DUMP STATION - had a free dump station literally right next to the pump so you can do both at the same time. It is not advertised any where, including their own website. Clean place, Omani options, including many trucker amenities. YouTube: @firesideweekenders

I don’t write a log of reviews but as far as travel centers go, this place is awesome!! They’ve even built a small dog park!! I wish more travel centers would do that. We are traveling across the country with a travel trailer and 3 dogs. Off leash dog parks are a godsend!!! Thanks DTC for making me and my puppies happy!!!

I made it a point to stop here on my way from RALEIGH to RICHMOND. I have had very poor service at the loves waiting 45 minutes just to be told I never placed a order at the McDonald’s with no refund due to there kiosk not giving a receipt but that’s a different review. So I stopped in today and grab a little cecars pizza and a drink that would last me my whole day and wouldn’t need to stop again. I placed my items for the cashier only to be told the pizza was not marked so she couldn’t sell it. That confused me because it was clearly marked thayy to a how I choir lol. Instead of doing anything other than looking at me I said well ok I will just get the drink only to be told she can’t sell me the drink because I needed cash for just a drink. Davis travel centers wth are you guys doing? What a waste of time to even stop in. How do you do business if you don’t sell your items? The thing that separates humans from animals is our problem solving skills. Your cashier had none. Open the box to see the pizza would have worked. Look on the box where it was marked would work too. It blew my mind that this is what you have working there. Anyway that was my first and last stop to your store. It’s a shame too. Guess pilot on exit 12 will be my go too.

I once made it a point to stop in as it's a convenient stop south of Petersburg. The last few times I have stopped by, the service was poor to be charitable. Today's visit will probably be my last. The attendant was very rude. Knocked over my sodas and made a comment that that sucks, to which I agreed and she said oh well. I would recommend people and truckers either stop in Petersburg or go to Love's in South Hill.

We stopped for gas on Saturday 7/22 around noon. I stopped into the bathroom. And hung my Fanny pack (black) on the hook on the stall door. Wouldn't u know I forgot it. I am struggling with walking. I need a hip replacement and in pain. I just forgot it. Didn't realize I left it til I was an hour away. I called and spoke to a lovely woman named Charlotte. She said no one had turned it in. It contained cash. Ear pods. My Honda car key on a lanyardAlso is a coach clutch. A dibella sub coupon. A Burger King coupon. Some change and my bj membership card with my name on it.Anyone see any of these items?Thanks for listening

This store needs to get there shiiii together. The store is old, all of there raggedy systems need to be updated. There is no reason during a shift change that the POS system is completely down. They must don’t like making money. Certain employees don’t get the raised and recognition they deserve. They need to do better!

This is an excellent stop while traveling. They offer a separate fuel pump for RVs with free dump offered. There is a dog park on site for our pup to get some wiggles out. Bathrooms were clean and they had Little Ceasers and Subway in the convenience store. Prices for fuel were good for travel stops. This is an easy place to refill on everything.
