Not sure where to start.The whole team at Simple Details have been nothing short of amazing-from the first time meeting them, until now.I have had the chance to work with them for less than a year and they have set my standards so high, I can/will not trust anyone else with my vehicles. So much so, I religiously recommend them to all my friends, family and clients.Over the past 10 months, they have worked on 3 of my vehicle. They have completed services ranging from multi-stage paint corrections; ceramic coatings; and ceramic window tint, with no hesitation about their ability to do flawless work-consistently.I first became a “client” due to a poor tint installation from a shop 2 blocks away. I went to Simple Details to take care of my new car and protect it over the long run. I made a appointment and showed up the owner Yohance explained everything to me showing other customers cars in different stages of completion. ("note" if you are bringing a new car make your appointment before you purchase if you need or want work done right away 30 to 45 days)I made my choices choosing window tint and a combination of PPF and Ceramic protection. It took about 5 days for everything to be done. Shelly the most knowledgeable and true organizer of all things kept me up to date on the process.I came to pick up my car and it is perfect. Has a great shine and looks beautiful. Has protection on the whole car and will make it last longer. I am very happy with my vehicle and highly recommend this business to get your work done. Like anyplace that is good they are busy, but everyone answered all my questions and were kind and courteous.

Simple Details has just completed Paint Protection Film (PPF) installation on my new Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit Reserve and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. This is a very professional team that clearly focuses on performing high quality work and catering to their customers. Starting with the initial shop tour that they gave me during my consultation I felt like this was a place I could trust to do top quality work and I was right. The last thing I want is to do is leave my vehicle with a shop and worry about what I’d get after the work was completed. I didn’t have that fear with Simple Details Elite. They have a lot of high end and exotic cars in their shop for a reason. They can be trusted to do the work right and they treated my car the same way as the $200K cars. This is an easy 5-star review!Simple Details came highly recommended from someone I trust. He has had multiple vehicles ceramic coated there.Soon after I purchased my 4Runner, I made an initial appointment to see about recommendations. I was given a complete tour of the facilities at that time, which showed me the level of detail that Yohance and the team had and the pride they took with every vehicle in their care. I was able to see a lot of the services that they offered, which assisted me in my decision on what I wanted done. There were so many different types of vehicles there getting various services done, from sports cars to family sedans. I decided to go with a paint correction to remove scratches, as well as a ceramic coating. I was surprised at how many clear coat micro scratches and swirls that my brand new car had.After dropping my car off on a Friday, I was surprised to get the call that all was done in advance of the projected timeline. And to say I was stunned by the results is an understatement. My 4Runner looked better than when I picked it up from the showroom. The Nautical Blue was definitely brighter than when purchased. I am so happy with the results! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND for the services, and the education on how to properly clean and maintain. I’ve had the pleasure of yohance at simple details perform work on a number of my vehicles. My first was my 2016 Huracan back when the shop had just opened. The shop has since completed multiple upgrades to the huracan including film and performance upgrades. I’d like to start by saying how great simple details is! This is the cleanest, most professional detailing and modification establishment I have ever been in. I brought my Verda Mantis (Green) Lamborghini there to have PPF installed and also some other tasteful modifications done. They did extraordinary work and I was very pleased to say the least.I noticed a one star review by a gentleman JD that I would like to set records straight here. I see where he’s claiming the owner had “tried to claim he owned a white Lamborghini that was twin turboed (the one that ended up catching fire)” this Lamborghini he is speaking of is mine. Unfortunately, I did not get the pleasure to have simple details do any modifications or even detail this car. The only time this car was every at simple details was outside at their car show. It is also said by JD that the car burnt down at this car show. This is also not true. My car caught fire several weeks later in Charlotte, NC leaving a Lamborghini dealer car show. I am not sure what experience JD had received the time he was there but the receptionist he speaks of is extremely kind and the owner Yohance is one of the most humble guys I have ever met. He would not claim this was his car nor would he claim he owns a Lamborghini because he doesn’t and never has. I am unsure of the agenda or malice intent made by the review JD has written but I can assure anyone that those are false accusations and Simple details is nothing less than the best around.

Not too bad, place is clean and gives you that expensive look. They work on all kinds of cars from your daily driver to the high end German and Italian cars. Price is expensive but kinda justifiable for the purpose. Three star because they forgot something to do on my install. Could have been worse. I have taken 2 high performance cars to Simple Details (2023 C8 and 2022 Supra) and will take my 2024 Z06 as well when it arrives because these folks are worth their fee.A buddy recommended the place. (UPDATE BELOW AT BOTTOM) Went awhile back to get a price quote in person, wasn’t going to leave a review but it came to mind today and just needed to share my experience. The place was clean but ended up not doing business with this company for 2 reasons. The receptionist doesn’t come across as friendly or helpful if I’m honest. It’s like I was bugging her by asking questions. If I’m going to spend $1,500 for basically a really great wax job, pretend to appreciate my business. This was a bad taste to start but then I get a tour of the facility and this is what made me leave. It was basically a show off session of all the expensive vehicles the owner owns. “Here, check out my Lamborghini, check out my custom Audi with a ton of crazy expensive upgrades, check out my other vehicles…” Business-wise, wrong move. It’s like if a contractor shows up to your house to quote installing your floors in a Lamborghini and talks about his mansion. You’re clearly overcharging and then rubbing it in the customers face. I took my business elsewhere and was ecstatic with the outcome for almost half the price. Just my own experience.(UPDATE TO RESPONSE) So the big issue I have with your reply is someone is lying concerning the Lamborghini in question. I was talking with the owner himself (large guy) who was showing me the custom pieces and carbon fiber on the Audi and then specifically told me that was his white Lamborghini. I later heard that his Lamborghini caught on fire, I think at a car show held at his place. So either you’re saying he was lying directly to me or you’re misleading customers with you reply stating “he doesn’t own a Lamborghini.” Which, technically he doesn’t now that it was totaled in a recent fire.The issue with my entire meeting was it started off on a bad foot with the receptionist making me feel as if I’m bugging her about asking about pricing. She was doing nothing but sitting there when I came in and you’d think when a customer walks in with a $150k plus car you’d make them feel welcome, and not as if they’re a nuisance. Secondly, when talking directly with the owner he didn’t seem to care about my car or what I wanted, he mostly was trying to show off all of his cars. Which he did tell me the white Lamborghini was his … so was he lying or are you?

Simple Details was recommended to me by someone I did business with. I was looking to protect my new Audi A5 in some way. Yohance and his staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He sat down with me and explained everything they do and told me to take my time to think about my options. There was zero pressure and I never felt rushed. I chose front end paint protection film, a light window tint, and a ceramic coating on the wheels and calipers. When I dropped my car off it was by far the least expensive vehicle on the premises. However, it was given the same care as the Tesla and Lamborghini it was sitting next to. When I picked it up, the car was cleaner and looked noticeably better than when I bought it. I couldn’t tell without very close inspection where the film ended. Everything was perfect. I was given full instructions about how to care for it, and was emailed a photo album of the process. I wholeheartedly recommend these guys! It sounds cliche but they treat your car as if it were their own. I’m 100% happy with their service, and I don’t say that about a lot of businesses. Keep up the good work...
