Pet smartBought some snacks and dry shampoo for our dog today, at this store. It is nice and people are friendly there. They have wide array of selections for your pets. And it seemed like they do dog training there too. It’s a pretty busy store. Our checkout cashier was courteous and friendly. We sure would be coming back to this store for our pet needs.

Cat is far the best groomer I have found since living in VA. She’s super kind, professional and really loves her job. I couldn’t ask for a better groomer! I highly recommend her services at Petsmart. Keep being great Cat! 😊 Bee-Bear adores YOU!

Great location with friendly knowledgeable employees. My Brussels Griffon love the treats and toy aisles. I shop at several PetSmart, this Landstown location is my favorite. When shopping at this location I am sure to find my fur baby items. This location is clean and very organized. The employees are interactive and friendly. PetSmart offers dog training, grooming services, and pets hotel boarding. Located in Landstown Commons.

What's not to love?!?! I did make a suggestion to corporate to increase the insanely small size of the car adoption centers in every store. Other than that, love this place probably more than my pets 🤩🐶

Dropped my toy poodle off at his appointment for a puppy bath and brush, it took about 2 hours. My puppy was completely wet when I picked him up. Also the customer service is complete trash when I arrived to get my puppy no one greeted me the girl who did his service was on her cell phone talking to another girl about a text message and walked right pass me, another girl had to come assist me. Not a good grooming experience at all and I’ll never return !

Took my female rats to pet smart because I couldn’t take care of 14 rats I only gave them 6 and they ended up letting the rats out because I’ve caught 3 of them and they are the same rats that I took there I called and they said there’s nothing they can do about it and they wouldn’t have been able to take them in the first place so either the employees don’t know what they’re doing or someone got a miscommunication

The staff here are kind and are almost always willing to answer any questions you have. 👍🏿 🤗 I even had this one customer help me carry my dog food when she saw me struggling to grab the bags and hold my dog at the same time. 🏻‍ 🏿 The Grooming salon is subpar. I just don't trust some people with my dogs there.

Outstanding service every time I come this very last time I sent my daughter in 16 and I needed her to return a defective Gps tracker for my dog. She was in there for a while, but they helped her out and she was pointed to make a new dog tag and everything like that and We’ve been coming for a very long time because we live in the area and this Location has taught me how to care for a puppy who is now almost 3 that likes to run out and two more puppies that we adopted just this year alone all my dogs go to the Banfield pet hospital inside of Petsmart and they are phenomenal people I wish I had names for all of them. They are phenomenal, the only name I have that helped me out last time was Dawn She had so much patience with me when I didn’t even have patience for myself thank you Petsmart and thank you, Dawn By the way, how do I get a free year supply of Petsmart products?

Took my three girls to get groomed, and while the place was incredibly busy and it took some time to be helped (waited about 15-20 minutes past my scheduled appointment) the wait was certainly worth it. My girls looked (and smelled!) amazing. The groomers did a fantastic job with my "difficult" girls (huskies). I am looking forward to being a return customer and utilizing their de-shedding treatments soon.

Whoever the crazy lady is with short red hair working in the fish section..someone needs to tell her to chill. Was trying to get a guppy for my tank and I already have some in there. I told her I wanted one and she scooped out 3. I asked her to place back the other 2 since I requested 1 and she proceeded to go on a rant about needing more than 1 fish in the tank. I gently reminded her there were others and she rolled her eyes at me and started mumbling under her breath. I’ve had fish since I was a kid. Her behavior was super condescending and uncalled for

Usually like to come to this location but probably won’t visit as much because of a bad experience with an employee. Adrianne was extremely nasty and rude when I was trying to ask her a simple question about a pet of mine. There’s no need to have that kind of an attitude with a guest especially at 9am in the morning. Very disappointed.

I come here for grooming for two large dogs and it’s always an excellent experience. They come out happy and not nervous at all so they’re doing something right back there. The store is well stocked, prices aren’t absurd, and staff is friendly. Shout out to Alec, she was very friendly and helpful when I checked out and made a return later that day without a receipt. If her supervisor is seeing this, she deserves some special recognition!

Good hair cut, however within a few days we noticed multiple spots on our dog where it looked like he had been cut and patches of hair falling out. After taking my dog to the vet it turns out he has a staph infection that resulted from poor aseptic techniques with the clippers. 😏

This has always been my go-to PetSmart for a long while but unfortunately their employee, Adrienne has ruined that. I recently bought a guinea pig from this location. When I brought her home she had a bald spot, I called the next day and Adrienne was put on the phone. She told me that it sounds like ring worm bring her in for a 30 day treatment. Sad about the fact that I have to bring my brand new pet back to the pet store when I get there she snatched the box right out my hand and swung it. The box that had my baby guinea pig in it. She didn't even give her a look or give me a chance to say good bye, she simply rough handled her and brought her straight to the back. When I said something to her she said "what? I need to bring her to the back". This treatment and handling of animals is extremely unacceptable. Her manager was made aware of her unjustifiable behavior and hopefully all the correct measures will be done to make sure she never gets another opportunity to handle or treat the animals again.

While the Manager Sean and cashier were patient and really nice considering we checked out at closing; the young lady working in the aquarium area was mmm I’ll say pushy . We purchased a 10 gallon tank with the intention of getting my 4yr old his first pet for his birthday. I’m not an expert but this isn’t not my first tank. We wanted to get him a little goldfish just so he could go home with something. Nothing special. I told the young lady what I wanted. I was told I should wait a week before putting anything I stated that I just needed one feeder Fish for him(my son) so he could go home with a “pet” . Another young lady came over to assist because there was another customer also needing help. she asked what I needed I told her. As I was talking the other lady interrupted saying I was getting a 10 gallon tank, the lady helping said Without hesitation her exact words were “you’re gonna end up with dead fish.” In front of my child 😒.🤦🏾‍♀️ Listen I get that you are supposed to advise customers but there’s a certain level of mind your own tank . Thankfully he didn’t hear what she said .Definitely will be going to the Pembroke location they aren’t as “pushy” .

Bought a baby bearded dragon a few days ago, had to wait 15 min for help, then when they got out my beardie no one made sure it was even somewhat healthy... Or let us hold it. So upon getting her home realized she was super tiny and fragile and not even eating own her own. They should offer free vet care for 14 days of purchase. Now we have a baby bearded dragon not eating and is slowly dying...but at least PetSmart got it off their hands right

1st time I came here to groomers was awesome! Now the 2nd time will be the last! It's crazy how depending on who is working can change your whole experience! Customer service is extremely important! Now I went thru alot to get here today with both my dogs as I booked a week ago! Now it was for nothing.

Great customer service and excellent collection of pet supplies. I bought my dog a new crate and dog bed today and the total cost was $121 with taxes. Of course I spoil her and buy the best, but they have many different items for a lower cost too. I love this place.

Customer service experience ever. They were rude to me and disrespectful. I will never walk into another Petsmart ever again. The smartest thing you can do is stay away.
