They charged me $60 for services they did not complete. I took my puppy for grooming for him to look and smell the exact same way when I picked him up. I would not have paid if I had saw my puppy first. I should have known better when they gave me the invoice and told me I will get him from the back after you pay. I feel like they kept my baby in the cage for 4hrs for no damn reason. I will never ever go there again even if they offered me a free grooming. THIS PLACE SUCKS!!

When we moved to VA Beach, finding a groomer was daunting. Honestly, I always lean toward those boutique grooming places, but read some good reviews about the grooming at the Rosemont PetSmart and decided to book. I have since found the wonderful grooming magic that is Naomi! She’s warm and friendly at check-in, and really eases my stress of dropping off my beloved dogs. She groomed them today and it is THE BEST groom they have ever had! (My two litter mates are 10 years old… That’s a lot of grooms.) Hygiene area perfect with no irritation, the cutest teddy bear face, perfect paws to include nice short nails! I am so thankful to have found Naomi here in VA Beach!! :)

It's everything you'd expect from a PetSmart. This place is clean and fully stocked. The people here are eager to help in any way. They have a doggie daycare and training classes. Plenty of parking and super conveniently located right on the Blvd next to Sam's Club. If you need something for your pet, this place probably has it.

Julie is an amazing dog trainer! She has taught me and my pup, Zoey, so much. She is so enthusiastic about what she does and her methods are so effective. We just finished the 6 week beginner class and I cannot wait to start the intermediate class with Julie in a few weeks. If you want a great dog trainer, then sign up for one of Julie’s classes!

Just spoke with the manager Sarah and she was very good. I explained that the 2nd training class that we had for our dog was not what he needed as he already had a one on one and knew all the commands and she was very understanding and helpful. Julie was a very good trainer, the 2nd beginner class was just not for our dog.

The people he that work here are friendly and knowledgeable. They have everything you can possibly want for your pets from to bedding to accessories and clean up. Huge place with plenty of options.

Brought my dog in to get groomed and they did the exact opposite of what I wanted done. Shave my dog face down to almost skin between the eyes and left her leg hair long. Was suppose to grind nails and they don’t look like they were done. Never will take her back again. I am a hairdresser. So the next day I spent 2 hours blending her and shaping her legs. Paid over a hundred dollars plus tip for shoddy service.I had brought her a couple times before and I always had to shape a little. But this was just awful!

Took my Morkie puppies. The staff was super sweet. The body haircut looked great, but the face...omg. One side of snout was long, beard too long (had asked for it to be cut all the way down), and other side of snout of chopped up to hell. Ive groomed my pups since theyve been home and watched part of the cut, they are both used to grooming and well behaved. I got my money back, thankfully, but we'll be going elsewhere. Manager person actually said to go elsewhere if unhappy.

Absolutely worst boarding facility to take your pet in and they will deny your pet on the day you leave due to “not being vaccinated” my cat is updated on all vaccinations and it’s not my fault you don’t have that on record properly when I first came in to board my cat at the beginning of the month. Thank you for not properly entering information, thank you for making me cancel my flight, thank you for terrible service.

Grooming service was not good and the tech were a little pushy on the appointments, saying it interfered with their lunch break. Feels like because I didn’t accommodate them. The service to my pet was subpar. Multiple uneven spots in their coat didn’t clean her eyes and ears fully.

Cashier was the only one working and had a line the entire time I was there. When I found someone to ask if I could get help, they went to find a manager. When she came back she said her manager was busy but I could wait if I wanted. I didn't. Only go here if you know exactly what you want, exactly where it is, and have plenty of time to wait to check out.

I recently visited Petsmart and had a fantastic experience. The store had a wonderful selection of products for reptiles, and I was impressed by the variety and quality. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable about reptile care and helped me find the perfect supplies for my scaly companions. The store was clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment for both customers and their reptiles. I’ll definitely be returning for all my reptile needs!

Been to quite a few PetSmart and this one was hands down the friendliest. They even sold me on an amazing puppy book. They didn't give me any problems with the multiple coupons I was using. The store is clean, well stocked, and organized. Tons of stuff for almost any pet you may own. They have a grooming parlor as well. Cute puppy play dates coming up. I got everything I needed from food, treats, poop bags, sweaters, leashes, ect. But this staff!! I will be back many times over to this store for all my puppy needs just because they're so unlike the Landstown one I live near or the Janaf one I work near. It is well worth the small drive for all the great customer service.Little Sniper sends kisses too.

I liked it I bought nothing there that day but I am definitely going back to buy nothing again but to see that pretty girl that was so kind to me and she seemed to flirting with me but u flirted first so don't think she ones that all the time I think I might have a date with her she owns a dog I didn't nt have a pet but she was very pretty so when I seen her go inyp work that day I just had to talk to her I'll but her dog a bone hopefully she'll take my bone .

We stopped in to grab a few things and look around. Most of the staff seemed to be busy and didn't seem to notice we were looking for something, but there was a nice young woman who came up to us and answered all of our questions which was nice. The prices were a little higher than we have seen at other places, but they did have a better selection on some items. If you are looking for something and need it the same day stop here and they probably have something that will work.

Good selection of items for cats, dogs, fish and other small pets. Today we had a couple employees approach us - so helpful ! Can be pricey. You may find things online for less but this is a good place to shop and compare. We bought a dog collar today and it was nice to compare and pick the one we liked. We have been here several times and will be back.

Store not equipped properly for cleanup from dog pee (no wipes) I did let cashier know of lack of supplies --- not sure she was very concerned about it. Outside poo bags not available. Attention to this by management should be top priority to keep store suitable for shopping with or without pet.

This used to be the PetSmart that we would go to when we lived in the area. I went for the first time in a while a few days ago. A lot hasn’t changed and that’s fine. This PetSmart has always had great customer service along with knowledgeable employees. We used to utilize their vet services also, but unfortunately, since we moved to another area, we had to move. Great store.
