Today 12/10/2022 I had the best experience I have ever had at any Petsmart. My wife and I walked into this location to purchase some new fish for our tank. The friendliest, most knowledgeable employee I've ever encountered, Ethan helped us pick out a couple of amazing fish. He gave us all the info we needed to help make sure these fish would thrive once we got them home. Ethan is a true gem at this location. I think this will be my new every-day petsmart! Thank you Ethan, you rock! 🤘

Sadly we went there for Banfield because our cat was ill, and she wasn't going to make it. The vet and the other people who worked there were super fantastic, apologetic and gave us enough and as much time as we needed with our cat.. sad to see her go but it was nice they were kind and understanding

Don't enroll your pet there. Not caring at all. Never told me mt dogs ear was calcified now he needs surgery. Just kept recommending $200 treatments that I paid for every 30 days. Never telling me that his ear was getting worse. Not until this last visit when I said no more $200 treatments. Then they said he needs to go elsewhere. Didn't even provide antibiotics until then

The employees are very friendly but I was a little disappointed how dirty the floor was. I was there to drop off my sons dog so it was 8am and there was dried up pee in quite a few area plus just gross sticky stuff.

🎶…oops she did it again..VICTORIA never fails us. Elvis our rescue Aussiedoodle was in need of a shave down! The long and fluffy typical doodle cut is hard to keep up -with our very active pup. I always let groomer Victoria pick whatever she thinks will work. The teddy bear face cut is precious until it grows out. This time with a close cut I can see his beautiful eyes. Elvis is styling & profiling with a Mohawk and fur booties!

I was really impressed with how knowledgable the staff was in the fish section. I learned so much, in such a short amount of time about live plants I could add to my tanks.The assistant manager was so professional and courteous when there was an issue with my order I did online, and picked up in store. She quickly made an offer to correct the error.

This review is for the groomers. We have a 10 month old austrailian shepard poodle mix that needed some serious help after a trip to the outer banks. My wife and step son are allergic to dogs and this is my first doodle, so I am still learning..They are a far cry from the farm dogs I grew up with.Doodles are high maintenance as it is, and need daily brushing on a normal day. So after several days of playing in the sand/ocean and not being brushed or bathed you can imagine what a matted mess she was.The grooming team, (yes team one to cut and one to hold her because Cinder was not happy to be there) was extremely patient and took several hours with her. They ended up having to shave much more off than expected and as you can see by the pics she looked like a completely different dog after.. we pretended not to notice. HaThe head groomer took the time to explain to us a few thing we needed to change with our daily grooming to help prevent the matts and next time to get her cut before we go on a trip... lesson learned. Thanks guys!

Due to some physical limitations, I appreciate places that offer curbside pick-up. However, due to state of their curbside signs, it is unclear that spots are designated for pick-up. All the curbside spots were full with no one in the cars. Sign that was actually facing in the right direction was in front of a tree and not a parking spot. Notice that one sign is totally missing while the other is faced the wrong way. I’ve used their curbside service in the past with no issues, so I’ll give you 3 stars, but today was a major fail. Talking with a salesperson inside the store, curbside is still in operation and my issue has been brought to the attention of management. However, no one has cared to quickly fix the issue while I’ve been sitting here writing this review, so taking away a star.

Always shop here for all my cats food, litter and toys. Staff is great and helpful! The coupons they send through text and email help me save money. They will also price match with many stores if you pull it up on your phone. I recommend shopping here for your pet supplies!

Kennedy was amazing! She is definitely a pet grooming expert and went the extra mile to make sure our dogs were well taken care of and were not scared! She listened to our concerns and did not try to pressure us into adding anything extra just made sure we knew what we wanted and how it would look. She made great suggestions that complimented each of our dogs who are different breeds. I really appreciated that she remembered not to put the cologne in our dogs at the end of the grooming session. Kennedy is very caring and takes the time to talk to each dog before just grabbing them and walking off. She truly loves the dogs and wants them to feel comfortable during the entire grooming experience and I really appreciate her and all she does to make our fur babies look beautiful! Thank you, Kennedy!

Bought dog food for my puppy that the sales man pick out to get home and realize it was adult dog food. Had already opened bag and poured some in my baby dish and proceeded to read the bag. Called the store and she said bring it back and apologized for the mishap. Great customer service!

Ended up bring my pup here looking for some essentials and we came across Paul, who was one of the dog trainers. He gave us some great tips and free treats. But it was the fact that we didn’t pay for the advice and he simply took time out of his day to help us.
