Big store, everything stored on shelves. Many styles of clothes for cats and dogs. Nothing is running out, clean, and look like it's a good place for many dogs grooming, self wash, and spa. I got good service for pickup. Will be back!

Great store. Some things are a little pricey, but they also have a larger variety of items that I don't usually see at other pet stores. The store is clean and the employees are friendly. I volunteered here for Lil Roar Cat Rescue and the employees helped us take great care of the kitties there!

Took my dog for a walk in nail trim and getting/buff. They showed me a package with more services for not much more money. We were in and out in about 20 minutes tops. They have great service in the grooming section! Thank you all!

I don't shop at this particular store ever. It's more than 20min away from me. However, the purchase I was making online was only available at that location. The experience was beyond unsatisfactory. Still awaiting to hear back from corporate as I called in the experience that same day. Definitely not going get into details again bc I expressed everything as thoroughly as possible immediately after the visit.

Horrible ! Had a scheduled appointment for my puppy and got there on time , line for check in was long and 1 person was up front by time we got checked in said we have to reschedule and not available until after the holidays,, when my puppy needs to be seen asap. Thats not my fault they aren’t well staffed after driving almost an hour to get to the destination.. having to turn right back around is absurd.

Since it was a holiday, short staff at grooming. I waited 45 minutes for a 5 minute nail cut and buff. However, everyone was very pleasant and apologetic for the wait. Will come again!

We visited the store for cat litter and particularly for EverClean brand. We got 2 22-lb boxes and headed to the register. Ashley met us that register with a clearance package of EverClean and suggested we might want to buy it instead. We were so delighted with her level of customer service that we purchased the clearance item AND our two boxes of litter. That's the way a store should operate! Kudos to Ashley for her exceptional level of care!

I went to have my puppy's nails done for the first time. The staff was had great customer service skills and made my dog extremely comfortable. They did a great job! All staff were extremely friendly. I will definitely go back there for my dog's needs.

We had an adoption event at this location last weekend. It was a huge success. The manager, Lisa and all of the employees went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. I was nervous about my Australian Shepherd getting groomed because he has has been shy of aggression when it comes to his paws and nails being trimmed. I was BLOWN AWAY when I didn’t get a call right away to come get him instead Malerie and Jordan were able to give him an amazing Groom and he was so excited and prancing around happy for the past 3 days since. I know he had to of lost 10 pounds of fur lol He is happier to have all that fur cut and not chewing at hair in his paws. The Confidence and reassurance I was shown meant everything, he used to always need muzzled for a full Groom but their calming, confident reassurance was clearly felt by my Aussie too because he’s never been happier! So yes, this was an exceptional experience and I highly recommend! Thank you Malerie!!!
