The staff are always friendly and helpful. I enjoy going to this location even though it isn't the closest one to me. My family is always treated very well. They also carry a specific item which we regularly stock up on but the only downside is that they sometimes do not have that item in stock. They are helpful however and allow us to do a special order so we can get the item as soon as possible. Kudos to the whole team there.

I stopped by this afternoon to see if they had something I needed for my cat. Unfortunately they didn’t have what I was looking for, however I still enjoyed looking around the store as they have a plethora of pet supplies and even some pets for sale! Definitely worth a visit!

Very kind staff. Took my daughter in to look at pets. Unfortunately, they were waiting on a surge of pets to come in. That said, I don't fault them for not having a lot of animals at the current moment. Other than that, a substantial amount of pet supplies.

I use Pets Supply Plus frequently. They have a nice selection of pet items and I usually hit a great item at a reduced price too. The staff is always friendly and helpful if you need them.

My dog food was unfortunately was not delivered. When I called I got Kelly on the phone She quickly investigated what happened and realized it was delivered to the wrong address. They did not have anymore of that food in stock. She went and picked it up from the other location and personally delivered it to my home within a few hours of my call. I was so impressed and thankful!! Thank you Kelly for going above and beyond!!!

I love this pet supplies store mostly for the PAWS discount vet care clinic on Thursday, Saturday, and Sundays. Sure, the lines are long, but you can usually make some friends along the way, the providers REALLY love animals, and you truly cannot beat their rock-bottom prices for: vaccinations, flea & tick prevention, heartworm prevention, routing testing including heartworm test, check-up, and microchipping. The very best, cannot recommend enough, thank you guys for providing this!

In the past I couldn't find the brand of dog food in the 18 lb. size bag I wanted. The only thing available was the small bags or large bags. The past several visits, the 18 lb bag has been readily available as have a large selection of healthier treats.

Best service!About a month ago, we received a 30% discount coupon in our email and when we went to check out, we couldn't find the right one - the cashier called over the manager /supervisor and she opened a new register and waited with us patiently and tried each one we thought was the right one.We eventually got it right but I was really appreciative of how patient and kind the manager /supervisor was. We drove out to this location and arrived in person SPECIFICALLY to use the coupon on over $100 worth of food/treats, but were very embarrassed when we began to hold up the line with our mix up. She made sure to take care of us and provide the best service possible.Today we used another coupon for 25% off curbside pick up. It was our first time using it, we walked in and were immediately greeted by staff. Our order was right there, we were personally handed our order and thanked by name for stopping in.EXCELLENT customer service and always has the best selection (especially for our particular pup).Highly recommend this store - even more than any of the other locations!& pssssst definitely sign up for the emails/reward program!!

What a great job they did on our Flora. The same stylist has done her twice and Flora is beautiful! Thank you so much. Very talented and caring stylist. Bought our beautiful girl from here over the weekend. She's very healthy and a little firecracker. They socialized her well there, she is very sweet. Decided on naming her Snickerdoodle. We love her so much. Staff was super friendly. Helped us carry her new cage, litter box, and all her supplies around the store. Also offered to load it into the car for us. Staff was also very knowledgeable about the ferrets and cared about the home she was going to. They asked questions to make sure we knew what we were doing and related to us with pets they had of their own.

Absolutely ridiculous how they have no regard of pet safety. If you look behind the creat you can clearly see a toy poodle on the grooming table with no one around it! There was a lady checking someone else out and her back was completely turned to the dog. If the dog had fallen off it could have hung it self. It had slipped out of the lead it could have hit the floor and broken a bone. This is extremely unsafe and i whenever bring my pet somewhere that gives this little about the dogs they groom! Its not that hard to put the dog back in a cage for a few minutes!!

Could you please direct me to where on your website it states that your grooming facilities are only open tuesday-saturday? It was extremely inconvenient being a new customer to discover they are not open on Sundays even after calling earlier in the week about their ability to do walk ins without appointments. Disappointed that there is no notice of this???

Went to this location to get my dogs nails clipped and filed...while they where clipped they where not filed as I paid for. I spoke to I think the owner and instead of 1st offering to fix she told me they where done correctly. That she watched her staff do them. So I showed her my dogs nails. Than she said I can do them again. But you just told me that I was wrong and that they were done correctly. So what are you going to do over if they are correct. I will be going somewhere who appreciates me and my puppy as a customer

My daughter visiting from out of town went to take her dog to this clinic as recommended by me . Sadly, she had a bad experience because the lady that checks in people to go to clinic did not explain to her clearly the waiting line process. Long story short, she blamed my daughter for falling in line when she wasn’t supposed to so she got off the line. Long story short, she was there for almost 3 hrs . Staff (checki-in lady) needs to be more professional and don’t assume everybody knows the wait process. Next time explain clearly. The vet and clinic staff were very good but one person can ruin your experience. UPDATE: The review above was not for the store but for the clinic. I have changed my review to 5 stars because of excellent customer service after this incident.The doctor at PAW Clinic reached out to me on the same day and listened to my concerns. After our conversation, I trust that this experience will not happen to anyone any longer. He will make sure they will put the sign up for the waiting process of the clinic. We will continue to take our pets to the clinic because they do have really nice staff.
