I absolutely love Juanita & Cassie! They take such great care of my fur baby Leo! He’s a cream daschund and has to be groomed just right otherwise well he looks weird! Lol! He always smells sooo good for weeks after their grooming I don’t know what they use but it works even after rainy days.He’s not too itchy or dry from the products as some places and he is a mommas boy but he isn’t afraid to go to them which means they are treating the fur babies right! He even makes friends and was sad to leave last time as his new buddy was being groomed.I am thankful I found them and I was biased because my human son’s name is Noah… so when I searched first time for a groomer I felt they just might work out based on the name alone! Be patient if they are busy because they are busy for a good reason! They do a great job and take time with our babies!

I Know We've been bringing our dogs here for over 15yrs years, My chihuahua and my Chug ( Chihuahua, Pug Mix) go for nails to be cut, Even with the new Owner I've never had anyone Disrespect me, nor my parents, who also took my dogs in to be groomed. They are amazing. My dogs are excited to see them. I have sent many to them, all are pleased with their services. I can only go by how we and my pets were treated. I still and will always trust them with my pets. Until I see different.

I've been using Noahs Ark for the last 10 years, under the ownership of Ms. Maria until ownership changed about a year or so ago.First, let me say while Ms Maria owned it, I never had any issues being serviced. As long as I called and got them there by 730/8am the lastest. Mind you I travel from Chesapeake the Greenbriar Area and have continued to do so even after Maria left. Now you cant get an for days and the new owner is rude. Not only to clients but the way she talks to her staff. It's so disheartening and unprofessional.Recently took my 2 fur (Yorkie and Maltipoo) babies in to be groomed. I got early as normal. The onwer was the only one there which whom I spoke with and specifically ask my babies ears to be TRIMMED to jaw length (clean up the ends)! His service card says DO NOT CUT EARS OR TAIL. Why did they butchered my poor baby's ear.Then to add salt to my frustration, why the owner had the nerve to try and say that his ears were at his jaw and even. And then said his ears stick out more on one side. Never took accountability for their mistake.Highly disappointed!

First time going and the lady Karen was rude as hell and I felt like I was bothering her . Never again will I take my dog !!! I was recommended to come here and I will never recommend anyone to go there . Poor Customer Service !! I understand people and business are short handed but you shouldn’t treat customers the way I was treated. Especially when I was very respectful the entire time 😑I even showed a picture of what I wanted and received total opposite 😑😞 One ear is not even at all either 😡😢The three pics are what I received and the picture of what I wanted them to do is the one where he is sitting down on rug …. So disappointed ☹️

Called to book an appointment. Lady was rude and impatient. I wanted my lab mix groomed (she looks like a lab, has a lab coat). She refused to groom her without knowing what she was mixed with. Guess you can only go here if your dog is purebred or you were there for conception 🙄.

One of my dogs was cut while here and I was not made aware of it until after I had paid for the service. I am extremely disappointed and now concerned for the safety and wellbeing of my dog. I should have been notified immediately the sight of the wound left my gasping

Yesterday, 12/12 I had a scheduled appointment for my 2yr old labradoodle. It was his 1st time going to this grooming facility. Not only was I explicitly clear on the type of cut wanted, I expressed my disdain for a low cut on the face an body. So, I dropped my baby off at 7am. Never received acall. So my husband called after 3 for a status. He was informed that he was was on the table. I then received a call at 4:32 from a women that proceeded to tell me that they were unable to shave his paws and cut his nails because he was aggressive.Never in the 2 years has anyone ever told me my baby is aggresive. I said ok..., she repeated herself for whatever reason and proceeded to ask me if he ever had his nails cut and when was the last time? I explained of course he has without issue. She then raised her voice and changed her tone restating, so I asked her if she was upset with me. I responded ok and did not underatand the reason for her tone, so she changed it . Well unfortunately, when my husband arrived, my baby was in a small covered cage (covered with towels). I am not sure if this is normal, but it is not to me. We were charged full price of $90 ( included the $12) for the nail trim and paws, and when we questioned why was told they tried and the owner has left. My baby was shaved down to his bone. His face and body is ugly, his tail looks like a rat. I wanted to hold him all night as we could see he was traumatized by this place, eye were red and he was nervous as if mishandled. I will never take him back here. It was a horrible experiance. It felt clear that they did not want him back.

Yesterday Tuesday December 5,2023, me and my friend brought our yorkie poo to be groomed. When we walked in the door a very rude and very disrespectful girl asked for my last name and then she looked on their records and said, the last time your dog was groomed your friend called and complaint that we were trying to kill your dog,,and for that reason we can’t no longer groomed your dog, yes my girl friend called because the last time they groomed our dog they poked our dogs eye and she she never called and accused them of trying to kill our dog, she is a damn liar. My girlfriend said yes I called to let you people know next time be careful with our dog’s eyes and never said anything to them about trying to kill our dog. “0” star for this place. We left and I said there’s a lot of grooming places around here. I’ve been a long time customer and we were treated disrespectfully and very rude. They don’t value people like me who have been going to this place for years.. we complained once after going to this place for years and for that we were refused service.

I am a current (but not any longer) customer with 2 dogs, and recently called to make an appointment for my chihuahua, who had never been groomed before. A rude, clearly very young girl (who I later found out is the new owner) hardly let me speak while trying to schedule. She stated they changed ownership and now require “all the shots” (whatever that means) and when I asked what “all the shots” were, because my 3.5 pound dog can only get 3 shots because of her weight, she couldn’t give me a list of what they require. I highly suggest finding a new place to take your pup, as the new owner is clearly inexperienced and extremely rude, to say the least.

$50 for shampoo, trim & toenails for VEGAS, my newly adopted 16-yr-old Bichon Frise (not sure if they trimmed ear hair or eyelashes). And Vegas got a new bandana!Good results: see "before" and "after" pics!Word of CAUTION: do not be alarmed by assistant Carrie's caustic demeanor (see multiple other reviews). She has anger issues but is good at her trade. Perhaps Maria could put a muzzle on her?

I normally don't write reviews but this grooming salon is amazing. I haven taking my dogs to the same two groomers for a year but since they were booked, I booked an appointment with Noah's Art Pet Grooming. At 1st I was not happy with the cut but I realized the cut was done in such a way my dog does not does not Shed. Also my dog does not scratch like he normally does when he comes home from the groomers. They really took time to clean him and he still smells great. THIS PLACE IS TRULY AMAZING.

I've taken my girl to 4 different groomers, and this lovely place has been the only one that was able to honor my request of not cutting my girl's eye lashes. She is absolutely adorable and so clean :) and her nails aren't sharp after a clip (usually have to pay extra to drumel it down after a clip). So happy with how she turned out. Definitely taking her back here.Also the doggy day care while im in yoga is a +++.

They are the most affordable groomers around! My baby looks adorable! The problem is, when i picked him up, there was a little 7 or 8 pound black pomeranian being brushed on the right side front table, n the lady was being so rough with him n the brush! I couldn't believe it! You could see his poor little face, she was hurting him. She was too busy trying to get him groomed that she didn't even look at his face n see wat she was doing to him. My heart is broken, I can't get the image out of my head. Please be more gentle n mindful of the dogs comfort. This is so upsetting to me. These animals are so precious, I can't take people hurting them.

I have been taking my little to Noah's Ark for over 10 years now, to get his nails trimmed. Normally, I walk in, hold him, they trim his nails, I tip 60% & walk out. Today I called to possibly get him a good bath as well and was harassed by the person who answered the phone. She acted like I was a bother to her and kept asking if his shots were current. I assured her they are (but I dont carry his shot record in my wallet) but she kept harping about he couldn't even get his nails trimmed without providing a copy. That has NEVER been an issue before. He's a Chihuahua and I hold him.... time to find a groomer who WANTS customers

My pup had a nice hair cut with all dew claws trimmed - so many other places do not cut them since her bread usually doesn't have them on all legs. Her face was trimmed symmetrical and had little bows.

I wish I could give negative stars, I called to make an appointment and right off the bat they were rude as hell, I have the tendency to say "um" a lot when I speak, and they made fun of me for it. Save your time and money and find somewhere else.

My family has taken our dogs here for years. They've always done a great job. I have a Westie, who looks awesome every time I get him. For me personally, I've never been disappointed with how he looks.
