Kroger never disappoints me. I can fill my prescription, and buy beautiful fresh flowers at reasonable prices. This Kroger normally always has what I am looking for and prices are in line with area grocery stores. I buy on Fridays when I get 4 times the rewards then other days for gas rewards. Employees are helpful and customer service is very kind if you need anything from them. Highly recommend this store!8/5/23Still enjoy the store and online pickup

Came here a few times during the week of August 7th and had a very pleasant experience during those visits. Great selection of food, snacks, alcoholic beverages as well as other products you would find in most grocery stores. Everything was very nice, clean and organized Would definitely come back here again in the future.

I ordered a birthday cake for my nephew through the app and it was so easy. It saved me from having to go the store. I was so excited to see the cake, it looks great! Joshua did a phenomenal job with cake order! This man is amazing, Thank you!

Update 3/11/24; Please put away ypur trucks in a tinely manner. This is the second time! See pics below. A lot of bad produce! Some of these Ore-Ida fries on sale this week for $2.99 are trash! They have been defrosted and refrozen!! All weekly ad items, digital coupon or not, are NOT scanning for sale ad prices and this is consistently EVERY week!!! Will be returning with receipt and product!

11/11/23The second time my work has picked up food. The staff behind the counter remembered me from July 4th. We got backed and fried chicken. Mashed potatoes,green beans, and Mac and cheese. Always great. Staff love it.

The Holland location is garbage. No one at the registers, just a long line of customers. Freezer doors are standing open, no one nearby. Dirty self check out stations. I used to like this place, not anymore. 👎

This Kroger is poorly managed, but has potential. I witnessed the astounding potentialfirst hand. Inspectors, who I assume were sent from corporate, were doing an inspection at the same time I happened to be doing my shopping. The place was almost utter perfection. Anything resembling perfection would never cross your mind on any other day.Friends, allow me to divulgence the true scene which will befall your eyes, should you choose to grace those walls with your presence. Upon entering through the automatic doors you'll notice trash strewn about the floor. Dodging the overflowing trash cans you'll walk towards the carts and stop abruptly. You'll see various pieces of trash hung on the carts as if they were a sad homage to a field of fully ornamented Christmas trees. Smile friends, because in the words of Bachman Turner overdrive "B-b-b-baby you you ain't seen n-n-nothing yet!".You'll stroll through the second set of automatic doors and this is where your troubles begin. Having passed the carts reach for a basket only to find an empty basket holder.In multiplication two negatives go head to head to become a positive; the same can often occur outside of the mathematical realm.Coming to the realization that you have no practical method to carry your entire list of groceries with only your hands, you begin to despair. Fret not my friends, you'll soon realize half of your grocery list is out of stock and you needn't carry much at all.You smile as you see majority of things on your fruit and vegetable list are non existent. The burden of carrying everything on your list is lifted from your shoulders. Your smile widens as you notice there are no bags for anything, even if it were in stock. As you carry a stalk of celery in one hand and a carton of milk in the other you boldly head to the checkout line.Smiling, as only a fool who recognizes his first world problems can smile, you reach the register. The thing on the other side says in a pompous tone "I wasn't about to go home or anything, don't worry about it.". As you awkwardly murmur a single solitary laugh you now realize the all divine truth. The gods hate you and all attempts to escape your new and clearly eternal prison will only result in further anguish.You black out. You awaken in your driver seat to the sound of car door banging into your own. "It was only a nightmare" you say as you breath a sigh of relief. Your eyes widen and pulse quickens as you look at your passenger seat and see them. A stalk of celery and a carton of milk sit gleaming in the evening sun.

This used to be a wonderful place to shop. Now it's only go for sale items. And unless you're there when they open on the day of the sale, you won't be getting any of those items. The produce is often nasty, the smell isn't the greatest and if I see them little flys I just walk on by. Prices do not ring up correctly and it's not worth the hassle of heading to customer service. Bring back register operators because it's ridiculous to stand and wait in line for half an hour just to check out.12/28/23 added a star because when I went for my usual refund of over priced items, the lovely lady standing there asked if she could adjust the price so I can still get my items instead of huffing and issuing a refund. It was a pleasant experience. Was there between 6:30 and 7:30 pm if that helps on who needs the high five 🤚

This recently became our grocery store. We’ve been to this store 4 times now, I believe.My husband seems pleased with shopping there.The meat is good. The selections are limited each time we’ve been there.I can make some suggestions because I can’t ever find anything I need in this store.I have a lot of (allergy categorized issues) that I need to be careful of what I eat and they have chosen the worst way of “helping” people with food allergies. They don’t have a section for “us.” They say “they are mixed in.” Well, that’s not helpful because 1) I can’t find anything I need and 2) I like to be able to just shop for types of things I like, let’s say snacks and I can’t be spending 20 minutes searching the entire multitude of snacks aisles trying to find a couple things I even COULD eat when most of what I find that way isn’t anything I WANT to eat as I’m seeing everything I CANNOT eat, or they aren’t completely allergy-friendly for me, or good in my tastes and texture preferences.Who wants to see Oreos and 50 kinds of yummy cookies they CAN’T eat just to find 1 cookie that tastes like chalk that they CAN eat?! Nobody wants to be tasty-tortured while grocery shopping. LolFor example, Wegman’s has an entire cheese section completely devoted to dairy-free and vegan. I go there and see 20 types of cheese options I CAN choose from. At Kroger, there’s 1 type of 1 brand of cheese, only Daiya cheese slices in American or Cheddar (Daiya isn’t even good at sliced cheese; they are good at shredded cheese, but the only dairy-free shredded cheese there is Kroger brand). NO OTHER DAIRY-FREE anything cheese-related at all.Gluten-free pasta is another example. They have all the worst gluten-free pastas none of the ones worth actually eating. The only gluten-free pasta is called Impastables Cauliflower linguini and it’s in the frozen section wherever it’s sold (NEX base), as are most of the breads.They do sell Udi’s hamburger buns, which are the only good GF bread, even though it has rice, which is really bad, also very high in arsenic.I had to get different chips not as healthy an option as the ones I usually get at Aldi that only have veggie ingredients.I couldn’t find only avocado in cups because they have about 10 guacamoles and no just avocado.It takes us a really long time to find anything in this store because, like for example, the nuts and berries packs you out into a salad are way hidden far away on an aisle facing the opposite way nowhere near the salads you put them on. They are in the cheese section, oddly.They haven’t had a really great selection of fresh veggies or fruits, although they do have a big produce section. There just doesn’t seem to be a lot of what I want when we go. That may be because I am picky and I am used to shopping elsewhere, with my favorites I like, that I cannot find there “mixed in.”I can’t get the gluten-free cod fish pieces, gluten-free garlic bread, dairy-free ice cream treats, chips, cookies, crackers, chicken nuggets, breakfast items, dairy-free varieties of types of cheeses, pasta, flour, mixes, milks, pancakes.I never saw the pedialyte. After we got home this last time I mentioned it and my husband said he saw it over in the pharmacy area.They only have sugar-free coffee syrups (which is disgusting btw) except 1 not sugar-free flavor that is salted caramel, 2 things I can’t have , and it tastes way too salty anyway. Hazelnut is the most popular and they only sell it and 3 other flavors in sugar-free.They only sell 2 coffee creamers in dairy-free.There was another thing but I forgot now.The point is, Kroger is not allergy-friendly. I can’t find 3/4 of what I need or want at Kroger. I have to skip at least a dozen items on my shopping list each time shopping and make special trips to Wegman’s later on. If you have to be careful what you put into your body, you may want to just shop at Wegman’s.If you don’t have to be careful to not get anaphylaxis or blow up like a balloon from food allergies, you may be very happy shopping at Kroger.

Terrible check out conditions. All lines are back up a fill isle in length and not all registers are open. This is Sunday at 2pm. Kroger you know it's busy so why not employ more people. I expect better

Either Krogers is firing all the employees or they are quitting... the past dozen times I have gone there there is 1 or 2 checkout lanes open and there is a line and all the self checkouts are open. With a crazy line in them as well. There should be a discount for all the self checkouts since we are doing the employees job. It's getting insane that I spend more time in line to check out then I am shopping.

Love coming to this location bc of the pharmacy but for the 2nd time I've witnessed the meat dept bringing meat (on sale) out to fill the online orders but none is available for in person shopping. This is a problem to me as much money as I spend here. Employees filling online orders are always in the way. They should have a certain time to fill these orders. Not during peek times. There is noone to assist on the floors bc they are either stocking or filling orders acting like they don't comprehend English. 10/15/23.

Kroger has a Dog Bakery!!! They picked up a local family owned Dog bakery that makes some of the best, healthiest treats ever. Been getting for my dog for years and THANK GOD they're in Kroger now, they even put names on birthday cakes on the spot, and they assort cupcakes for you if you know your dog can't have a certain something. No other grocery store chain has a dedicated full service bakery for man's best friend. If anything, they deserve a better spot in the store!! PLEASE Kroger don't ever get rid of these guys! And Kudos to the GENIUSES that got them in!

Disappointing as usual. Items on sale not in stock. Happens every week I go shopping. Go a few days later before sale ends still not in stock. Even worse, if I have a digital coupons for items, they never come in stock until after coupons expire. Headache every week

Kroger never disappoints me. my friend lives in this building, he feeds on little rodents and bug-like creatures. Anyway, after the accident me and my father didn't talk for a while. The service in this place is impeccable, never have I asked for a product and been shown to said product with as much efficiency as I have here. that sentence didn't make any sense. Murph (my friend) also stalked us quietly across the ceiling as I walked the corridors of this establishment of goods and wares. Kroger never disappoints you.

I came into the store yesterday to go grocery shopping with my husband as I always do at this location. This time was different. There was a new girl who I have never seen before with braids and she said she was a new assistant manager. She was very nice and professional and she was patient with me because I am an older woman. She asked questions and asked if she could help me because I was having trouble with my Kroger app and my coupons. That is the type of leadership that most places need. She was very nice to even my husband who told her dad jokes while we figured out my coupons. She smiled, and she was very welcoming when we came through her lane. She also told us that you all were selling ribs outside tomorrow, and how can we turn that down? I wish I could have tipped her for her attitude and her amazing drive to want yo help others. She was truly amazing. Thank you so much. I wish her the best on her journey as a new person and I will be back to see her again.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! They NEVER have enough carts and they are understaffed. Talked to a manager who said they are working on it. Said that 3 months ago and again today. Just receiving a "pat" answer. Food Lion is a 1/2 mile away and well worth the extra mileage to get there.
