Best pharmacy around. They're friendly and helpful. I used Rite Aid before until they went out of business. Kroger pharmacy is much better than Rite Aid was. My prescriptions are always on time. They send me friendly reminders when I am due for a refill. And I don't know his name, but the young man that is always working is awesome. Always in a good mood. He remembers people's names. He is fast at his job. He knows that computer system and he does the check out in half the time I've had to wait at Rite Aid. All in all if I could rate them 6 stars I would. And especially the guy that's always working. Great guy. Great pharmacy. (And they sell groceries too!)

I was utterly disappointed my GPS routed me to this Kroger. It's my least favorite location in HR. However, despite not having what I went for, for the millionth time, I was completely satisfied by one kind gesture.My toddler and I were walking circles looking for said item when an employee, Katie, noticed him stopping for every balloon. She stopped me and asked if she could give my little guy a balloon. I said yes and she allowed him to pick his color and she even fixed up the ribbon and added a clip. He was so happy! He even tried sleeping with the balloon. Bravo Kroger for hiring such a kind soul!! And for giving her the discretion to give others balloons!!

Run! Don’t do pickup for this location!! You’ll think you’re saving yourself time and then SURPRISE, one pick up employee and several cars just waiting and waiting at least an hour. And no refund option. Cool

Usually love using this place but just had the displeasure of meteting Jennifer in self check out as she was extremely rude when I was confused about a machine that didn’t take cash because it wasn’t written anywhere in the machine and she chimed in condescendingly that “it said it when you first used it” will be avoiding self check out if she’s there moving forward.

Upon my recent visit to a Kroger location, I'd like to share my experience. The parking situation was quite frustrating, with limited spaces and a tricky layout. The store felt a tad smaller than usual, but it still had a decent product selection. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the store was clean and well-organized. Overall, it was a standard Kroger experience, with the parking being the main downside.

Worst grocery store possible. Always out of necessities, not just random items but things like milk. Completely out of stock. How do these idiots stay in business? I refuse to go here anymore and they are right up the street from me. I'll gladly go out of my way to a store that actually has good management, the people running this store are an absolute joke. Besides that the prices are outrageous. Just a complete disaster in every way possible.

Used to totally love this store, now everything I go to get is always empty on the shelves,fruit has gotten poor and everything that is on sale it always gone and have to buy higher price stuff. Mainly dog food aisle ,paper products,etc... Love this place but definitely needs improvement. Bakery and deli and meats are awesome.and need more checkout lines open,don't be a Walmart!!! This place sucks, they are always out of everything I need the new self checkout is a freaking disaster and I will never shop here again

Kroger is a nice supermarket. They have 3 in the Virginia beach area including a super Kroger. The fruits and vegetables are awesome and the dessert section is good. We went in search of Kimberly's vanilla bean cupcakes and they were all out! Not too. For some reason they had plenty of chocolate and red velvet. Please order the vanilla bean!

I gave this store a chance because it's nearly house. The cut fruit bowls had hair in them, berries are molding, everything always looks old and damaged. The bakery items all are fresh...from the freezer! I'm not sure any of it is fresh. All the cookies and cupcakes and breads were frozen solid. Miserable workers.

The customer service lady named Kris had a horrible attitude towards me. I asked her about Apple Pay using my phone and she looked at me like I was an alien. She took forever with the people in-front of me, she was nice to them but as soon as she saw me she went total jerk.

EXPIRED GOODS!! this is beyond my bad luck now. Me and my wife both have gotten rotten moldy expired products from here at least 10 times now. You think we would learn to look at expiration date, and they KNOW IT!! Product always right out front. I've never had expired granola but lemme tell u its been 2 days and I can still taste it. 🤮🤮

One of the best staffs you will find in a Kroger. Some have been there a long time and in this case it's a benefit. The Pharmacy is also very efficient and well-staffed even though they have less experience now that the great Ann Wray has retired.2024 update: Still one of the better Krogers in every department, especially the pharmacy.Kroger in general: I wish they would take a lesson from Lidl and make all their digital coupons apply automatically. It takes several minutes to select them on the Kroger app.

They put in more self check outs only to have them be gated off. And only one or 2 actually cashiers working. The open spot of self checkouts only has 3 or 4 available. The lines are SOOOOOO long. I avoid going to this kroger because its just ridiculous. Especially when I have my children with me, by the time a self check out is available it is absolute mayhem and I just wanna cry.

This used to be my second home. No longer go there. Prices have skyrocketed, lucky to have one live checkout, almost impossible to find help, produce and meats are horrible. I can go on and on.

I accept waiting for my order that I placed last night for an hour. At the 30-minute Mark I went inside and spoke to customer service about it and let them know that I have somewhere to be and I cannot be late and asked just basically for a refund or if I can go get my groceries myself inside and I was told no and to go back to my car and wait.Okay so I go back out to my car and sit there for another 30 minutes waiting for my groceries and when I get home I noticed that there are missing items that i PAID for.Apparently customer service is not a thing anymore because everyone that I talk to was extremely rude to me had an attitude and was doing everything in their power to refuse a refund for me so that I could just go to Walmart and get my groceries.I will never be shopping here again or any Kroger if this is how they treat their customers and how unorganized and incompetent their employees are.

This store is so poorly merchandised and the customer service is far below what I am confident that Kroger expects. Lines to check out do mot keep up with demand... self check out... due to no registers open shoppers have baskets full of merchandise; store shelves are poorly merchandised if merchandised at all... store leadership is not in existence. This is not a isolated occurrence every shopping experience

I have been going to this PHARMACY SINCE 2018. I would advise anybody to do pharmacy business anywhere but here. My medications SHOULD come altogether once a month. Each month I have to go 3 or 4 times to complete my order. It's a mess they don't care to improve. S

Prices are wrong and there is no one in self check out, had to go to customer service to get my money back bc prices aren’t right, why is it they I have to do the job for them, at that point I might as well work there, love using the digital coupons but when I have to have the price manually changed bc they aren’t updating prices properly then have to sit in customer service line to have them refund it… train better and give better service even the customer service assistant said they were lazy with price updates
