Thank you to the self check out associate ROBERT ! he was great at his job & quite frankly he needs to be the manager instead, He assisted me with Kroger pay & my digital coupons while trying to get assistance from his manager. The manager SCOTT did not provide me with an explanation of why they weren’t able to honor one of the store prices at another location. I’m okay with the answer being no however I’d prefer an explanation of why or at least direct me to where to get this information. As the manager you should know this information off hand. Scott stood behind Robert , Scott said no & simply walked away.????? I asked for the store policy and he informed me he didn’t have one?? I’m confused Scott. I actually enjoyed Robert’s customer service as he dealt with the situation and absolutely did his job! So this location isn’t bad , the customer service needs work and especially on managements behalf.

Purchased alcohol, they checked my ID, I am of age, walked out the door and then was chased down by some lady saying she needed to see my Fiancés ID. She didn’t have her purse so therefore no ID. So the lady took our alcohol after we had already purchased it and was out the door. A little ridiculous.

I shop here all the time , the one thing that drives me crazy is the self checkout machines. Do they ever reset these machines. After you scan an item it says place item in bag. When you place the item in the bag it says please scan all items before placing them in bag. After this happens 3 or 4 times when you go to pay it calls an associate over to check the number of items in yours bags. They never do because I'm guessing it does this to every one using it. These machines either need to be fixed or reset occasionally. I am about over the self checkout.

Their customer service is awful. Instacart failed to deliver an order so I called for a refund because they had already charged my account. I was then told that they would only give half back because that is all they could see, meanwhile I had my Kroger app receipt and bank statement that showed the correct amount. Then she came back to ask me for the first 6 digits of my card number and I told her to pound sand. Pretty sure we just got robbed of $300. I’ll be disputing with my bank but this service is insanely poor.

There's so much going on in this store, I'm impressed. From the salad bar, to a sushi bar, asian bar, hot bar with soup, Olive and antipasti bar, and even ice cream by the pound... wow, just wow. I had to bring my grandmother back in here for the cheese selection and olive bar. She had a blast and enjoyed her olives this afternoon. For any chef or anyone who likes to cook at home, this is definitely a place to check out if you haven't already. The produce selection is phenomenal.

I shop at this store weekly except for meat and here's why. Angus beef over $12 a pound and this is what you get????🙄Almost half of it is nothing but gristle and fat that they flip underneath.And this Kroger is always out of stuff!!!

Corporate office something needs to be done with the employees this is the third time that I've come here this morning and had an issue with your cashiers they're very unprofessional they are not paying attention to what they're ringing up and then trying to blame you when they're missing items

I typically only come to this Kroger because I work on first colonial and today I went to customer service and the lady working the front name was Kristy with a K as she told me. She was rude, if I cash a check and you are giving me money back don’t sit my money on the counter and tel me have a nice day, hand it to me in my hand. When I bought it to Kristy with a K attention she said “oh you want to give it back to me and I hand it to you” she didn’t even give me my license back. I asked her for it back and she yet again put it on the counter and said have a good day. Just rude!I don’t understand why you hire someone to work in customer service when they ARE NOT CUSTOMER service friendly.I see I’m not the only one who’s had an issue with her because I see another review about her rudeness on google!! ,KROGER TEACH YOUR EMPLOYEES TO BE CUSTOMER SERVICE FRIENDLY! Not just to certain people but to everyone! I left that store heated!I asked for a manger and the way the front end manager approached me I didn’t even feel to bother explaining anything to her. I simply asked for the GM name and number

It was fine. When I first walked in, it was a bit overwhelming because of the fishy smell. But other then that it was nice. Clean.Not friendly though. Was not greeted or spoken to. 🤷‍♀️ seems like that is the norm everywhere. What a shame. 😕

I don’t come here often. Normally it’s nice, but my visit today left a bad taste in my mouth. I have a service animal who helps with a heart condition I have. I cannot go anywhere alone without him as I might black out at any moment which is obviously dangerous. Having a dog with me, I’m going to be covered in dog hair and dander always. I have pain in my hands so I struggle to open produce bags, so I use my dog and touch his nose to get some moisture on my fingers to make opening the bags easier. The manager gave me such a difficult time with this saying it’s not allowed. She started off with “the dog is fine” as if giving me permission I don’t need, as he’s legally considered medical equipment. She mentioned people with allergies which I understand, but it doesn’t matter whether I touch my dogs nose or not, I have dog on my hands. Her attitude was extremely dismissive and rude. Definitely bad impression

The staff at Kroger is always friendly, helpful, and efficient. It's a place for neighborly treatment.I would give 5 stars if the shelves were well stocked and the pharmacy still accepted Tricare for 2023. That's unfortunate because the workers have to cut their hours with less work now. I imagine the shopping will be down as well, which impacts the store and the bottom line for our local Kroger.

Been waiting over a month for them to restock there KROGER brand!!! Product. Specifically kroger birthday cake granola. Not like they've ordered in in 6 months prior cuz last 4 bags I bought were over 6 months expired either mold. Wouldn't be upset but its KROGER MANUFACTURED. Wife got so many moldy expired stuff from this store and they literally could care less

I live closeby, so I shop at this Kroger every week....but they really need to work on their customer service. The cashiers NEVER talk to you. No asking if everything was okay-nothing. I've never had a grocery cashier be so silent and sulky. It makes me not want to shop here anymore. I used to be a cashier myself and always talked to every customer. Please fix this. There is no excuse.

I placed an order for pick up at around 9 AM EST for just some chicken and 2-3 sides for an 11:30 AM pick up.So I call, just to verify that the order is ready for pick up and the lady explained that there was no chicken for the order to be fulfilled.I guess they did not think it was important to call me to inform me of thatI'm glad I did not just drive down there under the assumption it was completed.Use the phone, it takes two seconds and you waste less people's time. That was very inconsiderate and unprofessional

The individual at the front desk, known as Jackson, exhibited disrespectful behavior and was unpleasant to interact with. Despite muttering insults under his breath, he went on to publicly call me an unpleasant name. Additionally, when I inquired about speaking with a manager, he informed me there was none available. However, a female staff member did assist me and was helpful. I'll be letting my friends know not to shop here any longer

Dinner time on a Saturday evening - they only have half of the self checkouts available. All other checkout lanes are closed. The line 6-8 customers long at least, and that's being generous. Get off your corporate greed high horse and staff some cashiers. We all know you can afford it and your employees deserve it.

Great store. Everything is extremely organized and clean. Love the people in the deli. Very helpful and lovingly slice fresh deli meats for you. The butcher department is gorgeous. Meats beautifully displayed. The butcher manager Brian was so helpful. I’ll definitely be back.

Nice, clean shopping center with friendly staff. A little pricey but can do well if you only buy sale items. I would recommend this store depending OV what you are looking for. Food Lion is cheaper but not even close to the variety of items and the clean store.

I sent my son in to purchase milk for an event. While he was checking out a lady told him there was a limit on milk purchases, so he left to purchase milk somewhere else. I called and spoke to customer service. I asked what the limit is on purchasing milk she answered me instead with a question and said "How much did he want to purchase?" I again asked the limit. She again said "How much did he want to purchase then she hung up on me. I wrote the corporate Head Quarters so they can provide me with a list of what the limits are on goods in Kroger. I would also request that they send the customer service staff back to a basic customer service training course so she can learn how to not be so emotional and take an issue with milk personally.

I went there buy flowers on 7-29-2019. The lady her name is MARJORIE, she was so nice and sweet ,help me prepare the flowers very beautiful. I’m very happy with her service. Just want to say THANK YOU VERY Much! I will continue to come to this Kroger for shopping even I have moved to different area.

The cashier was very rude.When I checked out there was only 1 checkout. I know she was busy. But her attitude was absolutely horrible.I brought it up to Scott the manager and he seemed to not care when I brought it to his attention.He continued to stock instead of trying to help with another register.This store is busy.All the timeScott needs to hire more people or he should be a cashier instead of stocking when 8 or more people are in 1 Line.Very disasified.

Very crowded isles with displays. Employees helpful, pharmacy always smiling and helpful. However I was not the only person frustrated with no clear isles to get to the items that were on my list. I'm not ready to do on line shopping just yet.

I forgot my wallet, so I asked if they had Samsung pay. Yes, they tried to help which I appreciated, but it ultimately did not work. As I left they said they would keep my items while I ran home and got my wallet. I sent my husband to pick the items up, not even 10 minutes after I left the store (we live less than 3 minutes away). My husband gets there and they ask him to pay only to discover they put all the items back. If he had known the items were already returned he would've just said forget about it. What a waste of time. Don't say you are going to hold the items and then turn around and put them away not even 10 minutes later.

The meat slicing lady was the worst. I go to Kroger every week and this was a first. I went to order and was a white little old lady who took my order. She was constantly rushing everyone. Not paying attention to what everyone was saying until the 3rd time they said it. She didn't know how to slice thin cheese, so I had to refuse.

This is the worst Kroger I have ever been to. Customer service is horrible, the place is a disaster and unorganized and the produce is moldy and disgusting. I can’t believe this store hasn’t been shut down. Someone please go inspect the produce and food this store is selling. On more than one occasion I have gone home with food that is moldy or expired. It’s unfortunate that this is the closest grocery store to me. But, I’ve decided I can no longer shop here. Drive the extra few miles and go to the next grocery store.
