I think this place is definitely worth it for boarding! They offer an “exit bath” so my dog is always so nice and clean after his stay. Love the webcams so I can see him when I miss him. They also have cool and cute events for the dogs; he participated in a birthday party and yearbook pictures last summer.

Oh my! This is an amazing place full of energy and joy! I could feel the love and excitement of the staff the minute we came through the door. This is Jack’s first day care experience and it went very well. He suffers from anxiety and the staff members were in tune to making him comfortable. We’re headed back for day 2 with bells on! Also, thank you for honoring our military.

Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly! They communicate very quickly about any issues that arise while the dogs are in their care! I love the web cam option so I can see my pup playing and having fun!! Highly recommend their facility - very clean and conveniently located!

Registering my dog Lucky to Dogtopia was a very pleasant experience. He seemed to like his first day. The receptionists were very nice and helpful as well. Excellent staff members. My dog loves to go there.

Dogtopia is great, my dog loves coming here. I highly recommend this for anyone who feels bad leaving their dog at home for extended periods of time. The staff is always helpful, kind, and I know my dog is in great hands here.

Dotopia’s staff is the greatest, fun activities for my treasured girl. I feel confident that my girl is happy and treated very good. My bichon gets so excited when I park the car to walk her into Day care.

Visited the area on vacation. The building and pups was cute, and its right next to a parking garage which offers short term and long term parking. If I need to drop my golden retriever off and leave immediately, or stay a few hours, it's easy to do so. Staff were really nice! Will come back to Dogtopia in Town Center when I visit again.

This place has really gone downhill since opening. My (now passed away) dog, Tiger was a founding member. We got so much information and communication when we enrolled him. We even signed up for a membership & recommended friends to check it out. Our friends had a bad experience with their husky due to safety concerns.My Tiger boarded with them for one week in the summer from 2020-2022. The first 2 summers there were no issues. Summer of 2022 we were called and told that Tiger got in a “scuffle” with another dog and had a pretty big cut on his head. They took him to the vet and assured us he was ok. Fast forward to pick up where they said he tore up his bed (unlike him). When I asked they said they bought him a new bed. When I picked up the bed it was covered in urine (unlike him). This tells me that due to his injury he was left alone in his boarding suite from Wednesday-Saturday. If that was going to be the case, I would have had someone pick him up.I have a new puppy, Miles that went in for his interview last month. The stench of the lobby is super gross and the staff knew 0 information. When I asked them about new rates, they didn’t even have a print out to show me, just that everything was online…Miles will not be attending. We found a new facility that is cheaper and much safer. Save your money and go elsewhere. It was great in the beginning, but not any more, sadly.

My pup always had a great time here! They charge $20-$50 for boarding a day, it just depends if you want to drop your dog off for half a day or a full day and they have an APP on your phone to connect you with so that you can watch them on a camera and it’s reassuring if you get anxious about leaving your dog with others. I wish my dog didn’t smell like other dogs when he came back home but I guess that happens if he’s around 10+ dogs a day.

The creative activities, the ability to watch Bruno on the webcam, curbside drop off and pickup, location, hours of operation, the healthy food and treats, the highlights of the dogs on Instagram and Facebook book, and patience of staff with the different dog personalities. But most of all, my dog is so worn out when he gets home that all he wants to do is sleep.

Tried getting my pup into a different daycare where she was terrified and overwhelmed by the large dog groups. In Dogtopia, they introduced her to a small group and were very patient and understanding with her fears. There is a one on one attention given to pups that you rarely get anywhere else. Staff is friendly and you can tell they treat the pups well by how loved they are by the four legged patrons.

Dogtopia is a great place for my pup. She loves it there, she literally runs to the door when it's time for drop off. I love the webcam, and the different theme days they have each month. The staff is very friendly and helpful, our family loves Dogtopia! Can't say enough about them.

We adopted our very high energy German Shepherd puppy in April and for the past month she has been going to Dogtopia. It has been such a great way to socialize our puppy at a young age, but we've also loved her ability to meet and play with dogs of all ages. She played a bit rough when she first started to attend, but is learning the skills on how to play properly with the help of the Dogtopia workers teaching her. She is always outwardly excited as soon as she knows she's at Dogtopia when we pull into the garage to drop her off and exhausted after playing with her friends all day. The part I didn't expect to love so much is the live cam - I love being able to watch her play and meet new friends!

From the super kind staff to receiving a very tired dog on the way home from work, Dogtopia is there to help and we can't get enough! It feels so good knowing Pippa is having fun and playing with her friends when she's at daycare or boarding. She usually has so much fun that she needs a whole day or two to recover, which makes me feel good as she is a very high-energy dog! This place rocks and the staff are the best- Highly recommend!

Dogtopia is in a great centralized location in Virginia Beach. There is a convenient designated drop-off area so that we pull right up and they help my dog out of the car and into the facility! The employees are very caring and trusting, and are properly trained and professional as well. Watching my dog on the live webcam is my favorite part - knowing our dogs are safe, happy, and getting lots of play time in throughout the day is the best feeling for a pet parent. They also do fun "themed" days, which includes pool parties, obstacle courses, and more!

Laura at the front desk helps me with booking, general well-being of Marla, and fun activities for Marla to participate in for fundraising. Dogtopia is Dukes home away from home. He is always greeted with so much love . They always have the cutest and fun activities for the pups and celebrate the holidays with also . Watching your dog on the camera gives you such a peace of mind, i trust them very much and love that Duke has a safe and fun place to go .

Amazing place for pets, I’m new to the area visiting my husband and something came up last minute where I had to drop my dog off at Dogtopia. I was very apprehensive about leaving my dog at doggie daycare. He is always with me anywhere I go. But I had no other choice, when I dropped him for his first day I was really nervous but everyone was very nice and professional. They put all my fears at ease. Now anytime I visit va beach I always drop him off at Dogtopia. He loves it there and it is a wonderful environment for him.

Baxter is always well taken care of & the staff seems genuinely to see him. They're also very helpful to me as a human since I've been taking my dog there for the last year & change. Prices are comparable to other dog daycare places & the frequently run discounts/specials on additional services (grooming, baths, etc.).

Terrible communication at this location. Walked in last week to ask about day-care, we agreed on a date (today 10/11/2022 @ 2:30) for the "meet and greet" and that I needed to bring my dog's current vaccine records. Cool. Fast forward to today and I just left without leaving my dog there because they apparently require a vaccine that vets don't normally give and they didn't bother to tell me beforehand. So even though my dog is current on her vaccines, they wouldn't take her. Also they didn't even have me on the schedule for today, so there's that... Recommend you go elsewhere for better service I guess.

We absolutely LOVE bringing Leonard to daycare! The staff at Dogtopia are super nice and professional, but great with the pups. They provide a safe and fun play space for every dog, of any size and temperament. We also love when they give Leonard a bath, he always is so fluffy and smells so good. We will miss dogtopia when we move and we really appreciated their kindness in giving our fur baby a second home 💛

I love taking my Maggie to Dogtopia! She loves seeing all her friends and always comes out so happy! I love the fact they have a webcam so I can check in on her throughout the day. I always know my pup will be well taken care of by their staff. Highly recommend!

My 3-legged-girl has some confidence issues when it comes to other dogs coming near her nub or playing too rough and knocking her over. Dogtopia has gone to great lengths to make Eileen feel more comfortable and actually PLAY!! I’m always worried that Eileen is too much to handle, especially on her bad days, but the only time staff gets upset with me is when I don’t bring her in 🤣 I have, and will continue, to tell everyone about Dogtopia!!

I love bringing my boys to Dogtopia! The canine coaches are so attentive to them and their friends and make it a point to give each dog some individualized attention throughout the day ❤️. The rooms are always clean and the dogs are always happy. My husky has an issue with mounting his friends and the coaches are very good about quickly and gently correcting him on the spot. I can tell the coaches love my boys just as much as my boys love their coaches!

We adopted our Luna last year, and as a pandemic puppy, she has had zero socialization. After only two days at Dogtopia, she is so excited to go back! Anytime we say “daycare”, she jumps on her bed, awaiting her collar and a car ride to her new favorite place. When we pick her up, she greets us, then pulls to go back through to the open play rooms! She loves it, she comes home tired and ready to rest and cuddle, and I’m so happy to have found a place where I know I can trust them to care for my baby. Thank you, Dogtopia and Staff for giving Luna a home-away-from-home, and giving her paw-rents peace of mind!
