Karen is absolutely wonderful! She cares about every dog she sees, what's going on with them and what their specific needs may be whether or not it has to do with grooming because she truly cares about their wellbeing. That makes her not just an outstanding groomer but an invaluable member of that dog's family. I've been taking my dogs to her since 2000 and won't take them to anyone else. We ❤ Karen!!

This place is an abomination unprofessional unethical and immoral and discriminates! I came into the place the old lady with the bad leg told me that it was $50 for my 9 lb Maltese she didn't know I already had an appointment and the owner told me it was $38 I am a black man I asked them for print out or a guideline for the actual prices and they never gave it to me. So when black people come in they charged them $12 more I wanted to file a complaint and let the public know but I didn't know where to turn. The service is horrible the skill-set is horrible

We love Karen!! She's been our groomer for many years!! She gentle, loving and totally experienced! She doesn't keep our pets all day either! We pick our babies up within 2 hours of dropping them off which is extremely important to us..and our pets!🐾She is truly an animal lover and is exceptionally personable. She makes us feel like we're the only clients she has!!They are very reasonable in their price, especially considering we have peace of mind that our babies are in good hands!!We would highly recommend this place!!

5 STARS! The ladies here are absolutely amazing. The second I walked in they welcomed me and my dogs in a joyful and clean full environment. They were so Helpful and my dogs look/feel amazing! They have awesome treats to get for your puppies. I won’t be going anywhere else!

We took our Australian Shepard who gets overly stimulated and projects to be aggressive when he’s really just overly excited and doesn’t know how to project it correctly. After calling 10+ locations and being turned down we got ahold of central pet supply and they gladly took Tobi with no hesitation! When we got to our nail trimming appointment we were greeted with an AMAZING staff who took the time to slowly introduce themselves and make sure he was comfortable before starting his appointment. They made countless accommodations to make sure Tobi was not over stimulated and was comfortable before, during and after his appointment. Allison helped us get some on the road goodies after our appointment! 5/5 stars, they deserve more! I 100% recommend this business and will be a permanent customer until we move back home!

This place is great. The staff who works here are very friendly and take great care with my Border Collie/ Aussie Shepard mix. He always comes home happy and clean as can be. They also have a nice retail section with lots of choices of accessories and tasty treats for your dog.

If I could give no stars I would. I walked in yesterday to make an appointment due to no one answering the phone. Today came in for my appointment and no one even noticed me walk in or noticed the other customer who was shopping. I was holding my chihuahua mix and watching one of the women groom what looked like a husky, the dog had been shaved entirely and maybe that's what the owners asked for but if didn't look even or right. She was very rough with the dog and I watched her push its head into the wall because the dog was moving too much while she was trying to do the paws. It looks like she had cut the dog as well because she was wiping his paw. I immediately turned around and walked out. I'll find somewhere else to take my puppy because he was terrified from the minute we walked in.

I went to pick up our dog today and he had been butchered. We have taken him there before and they did a nice job trimming him and brushing him out. Today they decided rather than take the time to groom him correctly and give him a Sheltie cut, they would just take the shears to him and cut all of his hair off. What a horrible place to trust your pet with. We will never go there again and do not recommend them.Not only do they do a bad job but then charge you whatever they wish. We had our Sheltie there four or five times and they charged a different price every time for the exact same service. Today it was $68.00 for the butcher job! Never again!

Best groomer on the Southside. Karen is the most compassionate animal lover I know. You can't go wrong with her grooming. I highly recommend her to anyone that's concerned with the well being of their pet.

Took all three of my dogs for baths and nails, and then clipped my poodle mix just as I asked. Their fees were reasonable. They did a fantastic job on her, she was a mess. Can't say enough about how GREAT a job they did. Were also very nice and polite. A A A+++.

I have a pitbull. Very hyper and scared of water, he gets anxious but doesn't bite nor behave bad during bath. I understand that she is a handful but for the last 3 appointments we had, either the lady or the owner keeps telling me how to train my dog which is really beyond annoying. My dog was trained for almost a year while he was little and was on the process of being a service dog. I already compensated by giving my dog some benadryl before her appointment as they recommended to calm my dog down. I can tell that they do not like "big" dogs and the groomers are picky - specially the frown faces as soon as they see my dog. Thanks for the "friendly" accomodation.

They are fabulous! We have elderly dogs with health problems (one is blind) and they are always very caring and loving to our pets while grooming them. They remember them each time we drop them off and treat them like old friends.

I was told by this place to give my dog a medication to calm him down before the appointment. For my 2nd appointment, they refuse to service my dog until I "drugged" him. Never had this issue before from my previous groomer - we just moved around the area.

Great place my dogs love Karen. They get excited whenever I take them to Central pet fair prices there are other groomers much closer to my house but I know Karen will take good care of my dogs Mike , the owner is very friendly and appreciates my business

Not really friendly with big dogs. A lot of do's and dont's just to get a grooming service, they also want me to give my dog some sort of calming meds otc before I drop her off. I took here her because it was closer to my house but was very disappointed as I don't get this much complaints from a grooming service from my previous pet store.

Our dog started itching a week after we took him for his groom. We've been taking him on this place 3x. We thougt that its just ozzie being a dog and scratching his body. He also started scratching his ears and shaking his head like something is really itchy in his ears. We took him to the vet and she found out that our dog ozzie got fleas and ear mites. He never had this before until we took him to this place. I informed them to double check as it might affect other dogs as well but they denied that it came from them. So not taking my dogs to them again.

THE LADIES PROVIDE LOTS OF TLC TO OUR PET AND HE IS COMPLETELY COMFORTABLE WITH THEM. YOU CAN TELL THE OUTSTANDING SERVICE OF A PET GROOMER WHEN YOU TAKE YOUR PET TO BE GROOMED AND YOU PICK HIM/HER UP AND THEY ARE NOT TRAUMATIZED.WHEN WE PICK UP OUR PET HIS BEHAVIOR IS THE SAME AS WE LEFT HIM....
