This is an awesome place to go find almost anything you need for your pet. Hundreds of clothes, harnesses, leashes, and many other supplies. Extremely reasonable prices. It's a little crowded because of all of the endless inventory. She even has cages for birds and items for cats, and cages for hamsters and gerbils. If you need something specific and you're not sure if she has it, call.Very friendly and helpful

There was plenty of doggy clothes, but not much else. Like yes, there were a lot of other items, but not much of them. Don’t think I’ll come back, but if you’re looking for gently used items, definitely check out here first!

I found this place by accident but I'm so glad I did. If you need a pet related item but can't afford retail this is the place for you. They have a great selection of gently used pet items at affordable prices. If you need to get rid of your not too used pet things this is the place to donate . I realized that I had quite a few cages in storage and I just donated there.

I didn't leave my house yesterday but it said I came here on Google maps...after further investigation I have concluded I went to the strip club next door at 2 am the night before....I'll be stopping in to buy treats tho

Love shopping around this store!! Got Burt fish collar (brand of collar has lifetime warranty) and Summer got cheetah collar & leash!! Fun trip!

You can donate old pet stuff that you no longer need to be used by another pet parent in need of pet supplies. I recommend coming here for some usual stuff before going over to the big brand pet store. They have LOTS of pet clothes/costumes, collars, leashes, and harnesses. They also have cage covers, blankets, pet beds, and cages (even for birds!). Also, if you are in need of a temporary cage for your pet, they also could rent you out one by going to their website!

We recently spent a few nights in Virginia Beach, and Already Been Chewed’s short term crate rental kept us from having to try and bring our own crate in an already stuffed small SUV . It made traveling with our 80lb fur baby stress free. It was the best customer service we have encountered in a while. I highly recommend this business.

The owner is very helpful, gave me tips on some problems I’ve been having with my doggies and steered me away from the wrong sized item for a dog I didn’t have with me; store has a great selection and I could try things on my dog to see what was good and what didn’t fit.

I have not lived in VB long and just came across this little shop. A thrift store for pets!! What a great idea! It may be small yet it packs a punch. All kinds of pet items. From goldfish to great Danes they have a little bit of everything.. Cute clothes and outfits. Books to make you cry and laugh. Bed and bath items. There were 2 types of wheelchairs and other special need items for dogs. If you have gently used items your pet no longer needs or wants? Instead of throwing it in the trash, Please take it to ALREADY BEEN CHEWED. They take all donated pet items. They then clean and sanitize them and resell the items for a cheap price for the next pet to enjoy. Go check them out....only if your a person who loves pets though. 😁

This is a pretty cool little second hand shop for pet supplies, we've been in here numerous times, and the owner is as nice as can be. It's mostly everyday pet items (cats, dogs, birds) but I've never found aquariums for a better price. I want to say she doesn't leak check them, but will trade them out if they end up leaking, but if you're building custom vivariums or tanks with second hand tanks, you know what you're doing anyways, so not an issue. Would definitely recommend coming here before going to a big corporate store for cages, kennels, litterboxes and all that good stuff.
