We FINALLY got to stop here on the way home from Lynchburg (we always see it on the way up). It will be a more frequent occurrence to stop. The atmosphere is nice. A little busy on the front to-go side, but 2nd dining was nice. We had both Americana and Italian styles...everything was excellent. Service was attentive, friendly and on-point! Will definitely tell maps to route to Pit Stop.

Had to call 3 times to place order before someone picked up.Ordered one beef and one chicken cheesesteak stromboli...neither had the onions, peppers, and mushrooms in description. Totally greasy!. Had to throw most of it out.Same for onion rings ordered. Burnt.Called to let them know my disappointment. The person was going to contact owner and promised a call back, which did not occur. So I am leaving a review instead. I RARELY bother to do this, and only when something is good.Well there's a first time for everything!

Normally I love ordering pizza from here but as soon as someone answered the phone they put me on hold. I was waiting for over 10 minutes just trying to place an order for a single pizza and they never came back to the phone, so I hung up and called back and no one bothered to answer. I understand it gets busy sometimes but it would have taken 5 seconds to take my order.

I met up here with family and friends who I have known for over 40 years. This place is new to me, as I haven't lived in the area in several decades. We really had a good time; the atmosphere and food were very genuine and great.

The food was good but the sandwich does not come with the standard chip and pickle. We were a little put off that our dine in meal was slow due to a large take out order. You had to have cash. The dinning area is very nice and open. The pizza was cooked all the way through and not greasy. Dine in is priority as it tips your staff.

Been coming here once a week for about a month now. Always a good atmosphere, funny and friendly staff, great service and tasty foods. Kaycee and Christina are here right now! Come say hi to them!! Excellent place to come and grab a drink and something to eat!

Meals took 45 minutes to arrive at our table. Ordered steak n cheese which was ok the chef salad 9+ dollars was a side salad with bits of bacon tomato and cheese. Not at all worth 9+ dollars. Bathroom was also unkept.

We have been going here since the day it opened. We have had some great times with some great people. We enjoy meeting our friends there for food and drinks and usually stay til closing but recently they have jacked the prices up to where we can't and will not pay what they are asking. It's sad that they are doing this to our small community. We have tried to support them the past few years but we will not be going there as much as we were.

Service was great! My sandwich was a little over cooked, cheese should be melted on a philly, but i was the one ordering subs at an Italian restaurant...all in all a great experience. Next time I'll go chicken parm instead.

What’s a guy from Philly doing in Virgilina?I don’t know but we’re glad he’s here. We have driven by this place a couple of times on the way back from my parents and it’s always packed. We decided to stop and check it out. Best pizza we’ve had in Southern Virginia. Mozzarella sticks were fresh, definitely not from Sam’s Club. Can’t wait to try the Cheese Steak.

The Bacon Cheese Fries were AMAZING! If your not by yourself you'll need to order at least 2. Also my interactions with Kyle and Stacy were as Amazing as the Bacon cheese Fries.

Food was good, service for food was excellent but cook was not frendly.He had bad attitude from the beginning. Restaurant was dangerous I fell off of the step leaving and broke my leg in three places and two bones in my foot.I also sprang my other ankle.Cook acted inconvenienced and like he was having a bad day while I was in agony. My husband had to carry me out with out any help. The cook even laughed about it with another customer in ear shot of my daughter. I will never go back or recommend anyone to go here. No compassion,it felt like foever to pay, and they only take cash! Not the kind if pit stop anyone would want to experience.

It was my little sisters birthday when we went. The cook was very very rude. I have a service dog and he said no dogs allowed inside. My mom said she is a certified service dog, she had her harness with her signs and I had my paperwork but he would NOT listen and said he did not care (no dogs allowed). BUT SERVICE DOGS ARENT REGULAR DOGS OR PETS. So we had to go to another place for my little sisters birthday because "dogs" are not allowed (which her birthday always gets f***ed up in some way), knowing what a service dog is. Sooooo if you have a service dog I would NOT recommend this place. I hope they get reprimanded for this. Thanks for nothing.
