My baby boy(9years old & 5lbs Toy Poodle) stayed while I went to an appointment in town & he was well cared for.It was inexpensive for half day of play! & I felt relieved that he wasn't locked up in a crate@ home! I had taken him for grooming there before & was very pleased with his cute puppy cut! 🐾

Had to reschedule due to groomer having medical emergency, which was totally fine! Dropped my dog off at noon as we rescheduled, but picked up my dog 9 HOURS LATER with only being showered and air dried. (She was still damp after NINE hours there) Groomer tried to blame me for them being over scheduled of grooming other dogs that day. They never should’ve rescheduled me if they were over scheduled with other dogs. My dog roamed from 12-9pm and did not receive any hair cut beside a shower. Completely unprofessional and tried to blame the customer for their scheduling problems.Photos are from after appointment. Completely unprofessional.

Jessica was amazing with my two dachshunds! Treated them so kindly and you could definitely tell they appreciated it. They were smiling and kissing her when we came to pick them up and their hair cut was well done! I’m so happy to have found a place where my dogs feel safe and taken care of!

I just moved to Roanoke, and desperately needed a place to take my Great Dane to get her nails trimmed. I called Jamie’s and they told me I could come in any time in the morning - no appointment needed! I walked in, they let me stand with my girl while they filed her nails. Quick, precise, and so nice! So glad I found a great place for her nails. Only $15! (Cash or check only, though!)

Their bathes and nail trims are great but hair trims I have never seen or been so disappointed with a company before I pacifically told them do not cut my yorkie's hair on his back or his legs and what did they do they chopped him up and shaved his legs he went from a showdog to not doing anything anymore for a while. He had beautiful long hair and now it is all gone. I will never take my dogs back to them again. And also if I would not pay my bill in full they refuse to give me my dogs

We brought our dog to Jamie’s dog grooming because we’ve had wonderful experiences in the past with Chuck. By the way, Chuck doesn’t work there anymore. However, our last visit nothing went well. We had an appointment that was 2 weeks out because of their increased volumes … it’s understandable. But a few days later, I got a call about an opening to bring our dog in at 9AM and if the day was ok. We agreed to the date and time, but she called our dog “Candy”. I corrected the lady and told her the correct name of our dog. She confirmed she meant our dog Max, and said that my number was beside the name Candy for some reason.This is where everything went wrong …1) my husband went to drop off our dog at the time we were given and to later find out our dog was never on the schedule …2) was not informed the gentleman who use to groom our dog no longer worked there3) told the groomer how short we wanted him and he was way shorter than what we intended4) we were told he would be ready by 6:30pm but was not ready until 7:35pm5) did not inform us their prices went up, or they decide to charge us more for their screw up on the dateNot to mention …. I heard one lady talking to a dog harshly because the dog wouldn’t sit still while they were trimming their nails. The dogs in the back of their room in the crates were barking and being ignored. Lastly, their “waiting room” smells like pee and not sanitary. Every time you call their not very professional and seem so aggravated to answer the phone … we are no longer going here.

Had my puppy all day. When I finally got to pick her up she hadn’t even been groomed and had been left in a crate. Had to take her back for the owner to redo. She did do a better job. Called to get an appointment 5 weeks later and try them out again and the owner hung up on me twice. She become very rude when I tried to explain I could bring her anytime closer to when she could get to my pup so she wasn’t being left in the crate for hours on end. She said if I wanted to do that it would be an extra charge. Then said they couldn’t get her in for another two weeks. She said she tells all her customers they need to make an appointment at least two weeks prior to needing to be groomed. I was not told this 5 weeks earlier. And her response was well I didn’t know I was going to get so busy. When I tried to ask if she could get her in if she had a cancellation and explain I had fallen down the steps and been unable to bathe my Shih Tzu for three weeks and that’s the only reason I was hoping to get something sooner I was rudely interrupted and hung up on.

We recently moved to the area and this was our first visit to Jamie’s. I am SO HAPPY with the haircuts and service my two boys received. They followed my directions and were so kind and accommodating. My dogs are like my children so a new groomer is always a bit stressful. We will definitely be making Jamie’s our new monthly groomer. Highly recommend!

Reese and Roxy absoluty love them🐶❤ Reese won't let us wash him but, tell him he is going to see Jessica and he is all for it.🤔💜 They love our babies and our babies love them. They are very reseasonable in prices, very good about appointment timing around your work schedules, they do an amazing job with our dogs and we couldn't be more pleased with all their services. Awesome customer service.

Was supposed to board my dog for the week I went on vacation. On Saturday was not able to get in contact with anyone at Jamie's.Drove to the place to make sure of what time to drop off my dog. There was a sign closed to Covid. My concern I was leaving Sunday and no one had contacted me to let me know they were unable to care for my pet. I understand closing but someone should have contacted me so I would have time to make other arrangements. It's now Tuesday and still haven't heard from anyone at the establishment. Very disappointing 😞.

Wonderful groomers. They've groomed my standard poodles, collie, chow, Doberman. They are patient, friendly and accomodating. They don't just wash and clip them--they brush their teeth, clip their nails, clean their ears, check anal glands. They occasionally take "after" pictures. Reasonable prices. Wouldn't use anybody else.

This is the worst grooming experience I have ever had. My shorkey way butchered not groomed. THEY ONLY DEAL WITH CASH 💵 and he was not ready when they said, after 4 plus hrs. They took his sorresto collar off misplaced it. I had to go back the next day because they were closed. My gentle natured boy was ready to run away when he saw the guy trying to put his collar on. The same guy who was supposed to have groomed him. On top of that they tried to put it on another dog 🐕 but that person was nice enough to say it wasn’t his or I’d be buying another one. I will never take my dog anywhere near the place. If they had half a star I’d give that.

Wonderful place to get your dog washed or clipped. They always are friendly, and dogs are playing together, have access to water and they take great care of them and treat dogs super well.

Worst dog grooming in the valley. Brought our sliky terrior in and asked them not to trim his face. When we picked him up they had not only skinned his face completely, they even shaved off his whiskers!! Horrible groomers!!!
