I first met Greg because of his involvement with the community. He’s a great supporter of the kids sports teams. I was with a competitor for over 20 years when I went to talk to him. We talked initially for over an hour, I left his office and knew he was the agent for our family. He spent more time with me on that one visit than my current company did in over 20 years. Gregg is one of a kind! He has always gone the extra mile for me every time I have needed to change my policy. Not only has he shown great care of me as a customer but also as a person. I am so happy with this insurance company and agent! My previous company raised my rates at an extreme percentage with no explanation and no reason why. I came to Mr. Lee for a quote and he not only kept my insurance at a comparable rate, but took the time to go over the entire quote and explain in detail each part. He advised me to change some of my previous coverage, but then proceeded to tell me why it would be good for me and my family.
