I called here for a floor roller, Brandon picked up the phone and helped me out to get this same day. Josh, the associate who helped to check out and rent, was an absolutely great gentleman to deal with and made the process smooth as butter.Absolutely recommend this establishment and will be coming back for future rental needs.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about grand rental in Vinton. They are kind, empathetic, professional, and so eager to help a nervous bride to be with continual changes of plans haha. I’ve probably called them 10 times to change my reservation or go over different options and they are just so kind every time. I literally will not rent from anywhere else. The customer service is just top-notch. I’ve spoken to numerous people and can’t remember everyone’s names, but Brandon has definitely stood out! I work in a customer service oriented industry and I’m just impressed every time I call. Not to mention, When you call, Your questions are answered immediately, and they always answer the phone timely. Just a wonderful experience all around. I stopped off to rent a rototiller oh, but they didn't have one to rent today but they offered me several options and since I was there I also bought supplies for another job that I had going another day very helpful. Offered to put me on the standby list what I wanted to rent. Left very satisfied just didn't have what I needed at the time

Rented a high speed buffer looks like it's from 1970 use it for 10 minutes and stops working overheats never rent again and wouldn't recommend no one to rent from them if I could give it 0 stars
