Normally I don’t complain about anything. Whoever was on the drive thru mic. They got a couple things wrong and I went in to have it replaced. The manager was nice and very professional and made sure we got our correct items we asked for. Now her staff there was cursing like sailors. Complaining about some of the customers in the drive. As a former General Manager of a Pizza Franchise, this is unacceptable and very unprofessional. Something needs to be done. The person on the drive thru should start repeating orders back to the customer to make sure the order is correct before completing it. I shouldn’t have to come Inside the store and see employees cussing in front of customers.Vegetarian options: Egg and cheese English muffin

Every single Saturday when I go in this one guy takes my order and it's like he doesn't care what you order he gives you what he wants to give you. My ice coffees are ALWAYS messed up with him. I order a large ice coffee with caramel, mocha, Splenda and cream and I have recieved peppermint coffee before. Today, I ordered a sandwich and I said NO EGG because I am allergic, came home and there sure enough is egg on it. People order things a certain way for a reason. So glad I checked my sandwich cause I would have been extremely sick.

Convenient location with good service. Coffee is always good and they always make me delicious avocado toast. Amanda is awesome! (All the staff are!)They're my favorite Dunkin! I really appreciate them!

My husband did a quick run to dunkin this morning. Finally had a chance to eat my breakfast and I get a sausage, egg and cheese croissant every time but tell me why they cut the egg and sausage in half? I know times are hard but what is happening? If you’re going to cut it in half then the price better be half too.

Didn’t bother cooking the bacon all the way then they burnt the croissant. So now I got something that’s burnt and undercooked. They also didn’t give me a receipt and refused to answer the phone.

Ugh...11:00 on a Tuesday, and the donuts are stale, coffee is okay, and the bathroom is filthy. Yuck!The employee who waited on us was pleasant enough. She said she would report the bathroom situation. It certainly has not been disinfected and deep cleaned every sixty minutes, as the sign stated. Maybe every sixty days? I hope the kitchen area is cleaner.

Dunkin' is DELICIOUS...I'm here to say to managers, the franchise...whatever that people like a doughnut selection ALL times of the day. Two days in one week...last week, we went to Dunkin' Vinton twice and neither time did they have ANY selection of doughnuts in the afternoon or eveningWE WANT DUNKIN DOUGHNUTS allllll the time! We like them fresh like they ALWAYS were before COVID I suppose.There are 2 other locations that my daughter and her boyfriend tried yesterday and it happened at both of the locations. Dunkin' coffee is better than Starbucks ALL DAY 24/7We coffee lovers want our doughnut selection to be just as good. It's how we treat ourselves during stressful times in 2023.Please go back to keeping your advertised selection of sweets available while you're open for business. Y'all don't want to become known as a McDonald's where the ice cream machine is always broken to a doughnut bakery that no longer has doughnuts...Can I get an AmenDietary restrictions: Please refer to my review I just wrote about the Vinton VA location and 2 more in our area...y'all dont have a full doughnut selection unless it's in the AM. I paid $2.88 this morning for what ended up being a small cup of hot brown water. If they're running out of coffee, they should just say they don't have any, not water it down and charge the same price. If I had time this morning, I would have asked for a refund. I used to love DD coffee..

Ok, so my bad for showing up an hour before close and assuming they’d have anything left, but I asked the girl on the drive-thru speaker if they had enough munchkins left to make an assortment and she said yes. So I ordered 50. She said they don’t have that many, but could probably do 25, so I said ok. I drove up, paid, and asked her (joking) if it was all blueberry (yuck) and she said yes, they only had blueberry and a few chocolate. So I said that’s not really an assortment! She said “well we close in 45 minutes so that’s all that’s left.” She was clearly irritated because I asked for a refund (my kids won’t eat the blueberry ones, and I’m not a gazillionaire who can drop $10 in the trash because DD doesn’t train their employees very well), but she could have saved us both some frustration if she had told me all they have left is blueberry when I specifically asked BEFORE I ORDERED lol. Her snotty attitude was pretty unnecessary. I decided to be the bigger person and tell her “thank you, have a good night” before passive-aggressively leaving a negative Google review. So take that, DD! You’ll never get another penny from me! Until next week when my kids beg for munchkins and I forget how bad the Vinton DD is. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me 187 times, and I might not be back for #188!! But I probably will.

Arrived at 6:55pm Saturday evening and the doors were locked. Poor customer experience to not be open during posted business hours. This is not the first time this has happened either. Inconvenient and frustrating. Management needs to read this and reach out to resolve. After realizing that only the lobby was closed preemptively. I decided to go to the drive-thru I ordered 25 munchkins half blueberry half glazed waited for about 10 minutes in the drive through and then they still got our order wrong. Gave us blueberry and chocolate instead went back to the drive-thru. Explained that the order was wrong and the cashier Melanie grabbed the box of wrong donuts and instantly shut the window in my face before I could tell her I didn't want replacement donuts. I only wanted my money back so I reached out and opened the window to explain that I didn't want the donuts that I just wanted a refund and the lady got angry with me because I opened their window. Poor experience.

We went through the drive through and ordered some donuts, but they were out of some of our favorites. We got our order and they had given us some extra treats as a consolation for not having some others. I had mentioned that I really enjoyed their coconut donuts and the lady at the window came back with 3 of them and gave them to me.The staff there are always nice and seem happy to be there. One of the ladies was celebrating her birthday and the whole shift was in on it and had party hats on and looked happy.A few years ago, I came through and in conversation lamented that I had hoped to get a specific kind of donut (my coconut favorite again) and the lady working that day made me some.When I talk Dunkin Donuts in Roanoke/Vinton area - I talk about this one because they are the premier location. I drove by several locations to come to this one. They have my highest possible recommendation.

I've had a lot of hits and misses with this place over the years, but they've gotten a lot better recently. Sometimes you do have to wait a long time in the mornings, but overall I've been very pleased with my coffees. And they seem to not be running out of things so much recently. Overall, the customer service is really good in the staff there lately seems to be really nice.

Dunkin is a local and very convenient place to stop to treat my little ones and also myself. I am an ice coffee junkie and love earning points for free drinks. I then usually get the mocha iced coffee because I dont typically spend $5+ one one beverage there considering I have 5 others who want drinks and yummy donuts.

They should give the ability to leave zero stars. Came in expecting very little a coffee and a sandwich. Coffee ordered black came with cream and sugar, sandwich frozen on the inside. I politely asked for a refund and none of these incompetent workers who demand 12$ minimum wage could process and asked me to come back later when a manager was in.

I don't why , but this Dunkin' can never make the refreshers correctly . It's always tooMuch green tea compared to the syrups . It's to the point where if the drink is a darker orange/brown color , I know it's not gonna taste good . Customer service is friendly but they never make the drinks properly.

This place sucks compared to when it first opened, I use to love getting my dunking iced coffees but for the past couple of years this place has gone way down hill. Can't nobody make these coffees right. Today I asked for their new Carmel chocolate crafted cold brew they hand my husband what looks to be a messed up latte. Seriously did management not teach these employees the difference between all the coffees and how to make them. It looked nothing like the picture at all on their app. I'm never coming here again. I guess I will take my business to Krispy kreme.

This is a hard review because this place is either hit or miss. Depending on when the manager is there. When she's there, things seem to run smoothly. It truly seems like they're always out of somthing supply wise or an ingredient for the coffee. But I pass them everyday on my way to work & I always stop. I love dunkin for the most part.

The Vinton workers are rude. They never say thank you have a good day or anything. Most time thrust the bag at you and say nothing. The donuts look like the are thrown in the bag upside down and the icing is on the bag instead of the donut.I go every morning on the way to work for breakfast but may have to change.

Last time I will ever buy from Dunkin. My and wife ordered 2 coffees and 25 munchkins. Will waiting to pay we decided to add something at the window. When doing so the cashier rolled her eyes and yelled back to make the rest of the order. I asked if we needed to pull up and she just walked away. She had us half the order no straws and then we just awkwardly waited for the bagel bites. The other cashier gave us the missing drink and bagel bites and straws. Everything was awful and tasted off. My Carmel cappuccino tasted smelled like and ashtray and tasted like 2 day burnt coffee. My wife's punkpkin frozen coffee had hardly any flavoring and just tasted like burnt frozen coffee. The donuts were nasty and hard very few were edible and my bagel bites were all burnt. The outside was hard as a rock on all but 1 and that was the least burnt one. Tried to call the store with provided number to complain and couldn't we were sent to a Verizon voice-mail. Overall customer service sucked and food sucked and coffee sucked.

Brittany and Amanda were just absolutely wonderful. They messed up something small on my order and in return gave me a free donut and was very apologetic and very good at customer service. One of the best duncans I've been to hopefully their managers see this and give them a well-deserved raise.

They were struggling this morning with their point if sale software. You could see the frustration on the cashier's face as clear as day. However, she was calm and apologized for the issue, handed me my coffee and my card and told me to have a nice day. I praise her ability to stay focused and calm. The free coffee was just a bonus. I visit this particular location on the weekends and they are always friendly and professional. Well run store with good customer focused staff.

They accidentally gave me sweet syrup when I requested just the unsweet flavor. But the service was fast and friendly and my coffee was nice and hot. It was my free coffee coupon through the app so I'm not really complaining. I would go back if I were in the area.

The only redeeming factor of my visit was the lovely woman at the drive-through and how nice she was. But mistakes happen, I understand that. I had ordered one drink and a food item. But was charged for two drinks.My issue is with how was this mistake was handled.After realizing the mistake, I called the number at the top of the receipt (which is the same number Google has listed). It Went to a strange voicemail that asked me to input the number I was trying call. And didn’t specify if it was really Dunkin.Called several times, never an answer. there was a second number listed at the bottom of the receipt . I called that one and got a voicemail that said to leave a message and they’d get back to me in 24 hours. they did not. after 24 hours I tried again. They still did not get back to me. So I went ahead and filled out the online survey from my receipt saying I wanted to be contacted by somebody about the issue. Waited a week, still didn’t hear back from the survey or the phone call.Finally went in in person, explained the situation, and said that I either wanted a refund for the extra drink I was charged for, or to receive that second drink that I was charged for. (same thing that I had said in the online survey and in my voicemails). The drive-through attendant seemed timid about giving me the drink, but did. Wasn’t nearly as personable as the person the day of my original order. But it was delicious and I’m glad my issue was finally resolved, just super unamused and unimpressed with how it was handled up until that point.The number to the store listed should actually go through to the store so someone can answer the calls. The other number where they ask you to leave a voicemail and promise to get back to you within 24 hours… Should get back to you like they say they will. and, not this location‘s fault, but the survey people should also contact you when you’ve requested such.

I feel for the employees at this location. There is always some issue with the order, sometimes technological (app/computer issues) or human error. Employees always try to make it right and have a good attitude. On more than one occasion I have ordered ahead on the app just to be told upon pickup that they're out of multiple items in the order. That's not the workers' fault, and it puts them in a bad spot, especially if a customer blames them for a tech error that the corporate office should be resolving. I come here somewhat regularly because the location is convenient, but always expect to encounter some problem with the order, especially if they're busy. Wish this store could get more support because the staff are trying their best.

I love Dunkin coffee. Have for years !! Their people are cheerful, helpful ! My little dog goes with me and gets excited when he sees where we are, he looks forward to a "puppy cup" and joyfully consumes it. I'm glad they started this for him. He actually gets disappointed if they have someone on who doesn't know and he doesn't have it. Thanks Dunking I'll keep visiting.
