Best first spa experience for my puppy who is a shihtzu boy. In the beginning Elena took good care of him & groomed him well. Sarah is his new groomer since few months & she is doing great job . Marvel loved being petted by them & we didn’t even find him anxious when we pick up. I’m sure the groomer gave him good spa experience. Sarah or Elena always did the hair cut perfectly. Teddy bear , puppy cut are the favorites. It is street parking & easy to get a spot. There is no waiting area, need to drop off the pup. They would call or text us once the grooming is complete to pick up. Almost 3hrs for the grooming .

Ariel leads a great team at her small business and we love the grooming service she provides!! In fact, we wouldn't take our Airedale Terrier to any other grooming service.

This place used to be descent. I’ve been going there for three years and was really happy until the person who groomed my dog left. Ever since then, whoever groomed her, cut her long beautiful lashes and didn’t do a good job with her head and face. After repeated asking them not to touch her lashes and pay attention to what I had asked for, I finally decided to go to a highly recommended place. This place is nit like it used to be. I spoke to the owner who is pretty arrogant and doesn’t know how to take care of her customers needs.. Glad to be moving on..

I wish I could give them 10 stars! I switched to Vienna Pet Spaw after a bad experience with a groomer in DC. From booking to pick up, this was an absolute 180 from my previous groomer. Everyone was so helpful and kind. There was no shaming when my pup had a little bit of matting AND his cut could not be cuter! 10/10 recommend to anyone in the DMV. Hands down the best place to make your dog look amazing and make you feel great about your choice!

I recently visited Vienna Pet Spaw for the second time to groom my beloved dog. While I must admit that the overall result was cute and satisfactory, I left with a slight disappointment regarding the lack of attention given to my dog's face.During my first visit, the groomer did an exceptional job in ensuring my dog's face looked neat and well-trimmed. However, this time around, I couldn't help but notice that my dog's face wasn't as meticulously groomed as before. The hair around the face seemed untouched and some parts not cleaned as well, giving a noticeable contrast to the rest of the grooming.Despite this issue, I appreciate the groomer's efforts in making my dog look cute overall. The rest of the grooming was reasonably well done, with a tidy body and well-maintained fur. My dog still appeared presentable and adorable, which is the ultimate goal of any pet grooming service.While I was a little let down by the inconsistency in attention to detail, I understand that such things can happen occasionally. I hope the next time I visit Vienna Pet Spaw, the groomer will pay equal attention to all aspects of my dog's grooming, ensuring a well-rounded and polished result.

The staff are friendly and professional, highly skilled, reasonably priced, and they don't hide the grooming area behind closed doors. We live on the Eastern Shore of MD and we still travel all the way to Vienna VA for Katie and Ariel!

We've been going to the Pet Spaw for last 8 years! They are very caring, vibrant, warm, and inviting place for our furballs! Carol is always happy to greet our furballs and Sarah, Kelsey, and the rest of the team is very kind and definitely loves furballs! It takes good 30+ min drive to get there but we are willing to do it because they are that awesome!

Vienna Pet Spaw is EXCELLENT. Friendly team, and super efficient!My boy is a German Shepherd - Doberman; and he can have sensitive, dry skin when it comes to grooming shampoos and conditioners. This is the first and only place that he comes home super soft, de-furred, and non-itchy!I appreciate their email and mobile appointment confirmations as well as social-distanced, outside pup delivery and check-out process!

I cannot imagine ever going anywhere else to get my babies nails trimmed. They let me hold them rather than using that loop. We have never had to wait even a minute and have never had an appointment. (They are only trimming nails. I'm sure an appointment would be necessary for grooming.). Their.prices are more than reasonable.It is very clean. All the clients look happy. The staff is well trained, professional and obviously love what they do.Every appointment is a pleasure for both my babies and if they are happy, I'm happy.

Absolutely the BEST place to take your fur baby for a wonderful spaw experience. Ariel is absolutely amazing, gentle and so kind. She treated my girl to a great experience for her first cut. I would recommend her if you have a rescue pup who needs a little extra time and patience for the wonderful spaw experience.

This is the best grooming salon I have ever found. My dog can't wait until he can see Sarah. This is so different from previous groomers who we're not as kind and they shivered whenever I dropped them off. This does not happen with Vienna Pet Spaw. My dog is happy and wags his tail every time I pick him up. And the grooming is superb. Thanks Sarah and your team!

Went in here for a quick visit because my Boston Terrier needed a nail clipping. The staff was super friendly and gentle with my dog. She gets very uncomfortable while getting her nails clipped and the staff could sense what would make her more comfortable. And most importantly, she got a great nail trimming!

First time there -- half the cost of PetCo Grooming for the same service, and _easily_ just as good (I'd even say "better"). Terrific bunch of folks, and you can tell that they really love all the animals. We'll definitely be back!Second time there: Just as terrific as the first time. They really do a wonderful job, and it's so nice to see how much they love all the animals.Years later, and this is now our dog's only grooming salon. The staff are wonderful, the service is excellent, and their prices are better than anywhere else in the area. We won't take our dog anywhere else now.

The Vienna Pet Spaw is my go to place to get my golden retriever trimmed / fully groomed. He generally comes out with a nice shiny coat and a nice cut. The staff is great, with the owner always interacting with the clients and the pups that come inside (she's wonderful and always smiling!) One of the things I will say is that since this place is so popular, finding an appointment for a full service cut is generally hard since it would be about a month out. However, if you know what your schedule is and plan ahead of time (unlike me), then that wouldn't be an issue. Parking is generally not easy to come by, but Vienna Pet Spaw has a "drop off / pickup area" that you can park for up to 5m. That's helpful during the busy afternoons or weekends.

We have used Vienna Pet Spa (Carol) for more than 3 years now. The service is unbelievable, the staff is just awesome. We have large dogs, Great Pyrenees, German Shepherd and a Golden Retriever and Carol is extremely caring with them. My kitty, Tilly, and I became first time clients today! I have tried everything—and I mean everything—to trim her nails at home. She simply won’t have it! I called this morning and they were able to get me in within an hour! After a quick 5 minutes, Tilly was returned to me with nails on all four paws perfectly trimmed! (Cat whisperers!!!) The staff was SO genuinely kind and caring. I would absolutely trust this business with any of your pet grooming needs! We’ll be back! :)

Vienna pet spaw!! oh my goodness I love you guys. Love might seem like a strong word, but you have no idea how much relief you've given me. Our dog would not let us trim his nails at all. The vet had us give him a whole trazadone and still, even they could not trim his nails.I called Pet Spaw, told them the situation and they had us bring him in. We gave him just half a trazadone and hoped for the best. When I tell you she had his nails clipped in five minutes!!! We were so amazed and grateful. We will be a forever client of Pet Spaw in Vienna. Thank you so much!

I went in for a nail clipping for my dog who is very skittish with getting her nails cut. They were so nice and got it done so quickly and easily! They acting so loving toward my dog and made the experience so much better for her. I will be going back here every time.

I have a 140 pound german shepherd who is the sweetest but doesn’t always love getting a bath, here at the pet spaw he not only loves getting a bath but he also loves all the people who work here. they are super nice and reliable and the price is perfect! would recommend to anyone, especially for nail clippings cause they are so fast and it’s not expensive like other places! 5 star for sure

My 5 month old Cavapoo had her first appointment today and I was allowed to stay with her which I thought was wonderful since she’s a pretty shy puppy. The groomer took her time and made sure that she wasn’t stressed and every new tool she used she familiarized with her before she panicked. My puppy came out looking adorable and I will continue to go there. .

First time there with my Leonberger puppy. The staff was incredibly attentive, exceptionally helpful, friendly, and even thought I was doing a "self wash," hopped in to help me bathe my less than enthusiastic puppy.This is a great place. So glad that it was recommended to me!

My nervous dog hates groomers, but did great with Katie. He hadn't been to a groomer in a while, and they were able to clean him up and make him look great. Thanks! Barker will be back, he was not traumatized at all. If you have a nervous dog I highly recommend.

Prices have gone up... they put a hard sell on upcharges that are overpriced. Impossible to get actual grooming appointments. Lot of social pressure to leave a big tip. I've lost interest in this place.Update 12/22:Despite inflation falling this business has raised their prices again. This is the only business I know that raises prices so frequently. What a disappointment

I am so glad that we found such an amazing place after we moved to VA from different state. Everyone here is so nice and helpful, and they patiently answer all my questions. I feel absolutely comfortable leaving my dog here when grooming is needed. Highly recommended!

Really nice people: I came in to wash my dog myself on a last minute whim (as opposed to having them do it). They were slammed and it was the end of the day (they were closing in 45 minutes) and they were still really accommodating, friendly and helpful. They definitely had a lot going on and they were really patient with the dogs. One woman was giving a sheep dog a blow-out and it seemed like it was the most time-consuming task in the world, but both she and the dog were very calm.

Melanie did an awesome job and groomed her just as we requested - she looks great! Overall the experience was perfect. We are thrilled to have found such a wonderful place. :)
