I have a "discount membership" to Petco for a year. So I had been trying to go there for all my pet needs. But PetSmart is so much better. In every way! Cleaner (aquarium fish were in need of some TLC), friendlier staff, better prices, and much more of a selection.And my dog really enjoys the pet hotel. When watching the other dogs play I understand. The staff actually plays with and even appears to train and correct dogs while dogs are having play time.

I went there to get an aquarium and the staff was very helpful and kind. They guided me through the process by choosing the fish, the food, and the stuff to start.It's a little pricey but it was worth it.

Vegan dog food, and I imagine cat food too. I DO NOT CARE HOW MUCH PROTIEN IS IN HERE. They are OBLIGATE Carnivors. If you do not want to feed your CARNIVORES meat because you feel SssssoooooOoo terrible, then maybe you shouldn't have gotten the animal. You waste of carbon-based life. Get an iguana instead. An absolutely disgusting disappointment, PetSmart, appalling

Really good petSmart, the people are really nice and helpful.Plus I went to adopt a little girly dog (Junebug or Juju for the friends)They have everything you need for dog and cat that for sure. I will just maybe add some more fluffy bed for dog ^^

I’m not a huge fan of Pets Mart and places like it. Much recommend Loyal Companion for dog and cats and rescuing animals instead of breeding them for purchase. But as far as Pets Marts go, this one is ok! Cool lizards! And cute hammies. Wanted to post some pictures for you guys. Staff was nice when I went. Not a huge selection of fish. Good selection of products as far as Pets Mart goes.

Had our first grooming service appointment with Cindy and the service quality was terrible. When I went to pick up my pet, after tipping Cindy, I found out that there was still poop on my dog's butt. I asked her whether the bath they provide includes cleaning the butt. She confirmed that was part of the service and admitted she did not notice the poops. Seriously? I could not understand how a groomer could not notice the dog's poop on its body. Also the nail part was did so bad. I did not know how PetSmart recruits groomers but she was definitely not a qualified groomer.

The people are extremely nice at this store location but they are understaffed. The pet hotel for cats is just a cage with no comfortable padding to sleep on. I bought a cat bed at the PetSmart store to go into the cage. When I left the store I started crying at the thought of leaving my cat in a cage for 14 days, went back in and got her. I arranged to take the cat with me on my trip.

I use the doggie day camp at this location and they are great! I also used their grooming services at the same time as camp and they were very accommodating.

Love it. All you need for your fairy friends from Toys food litter and more. They also have a pet hospital and grooming services and a training camp for dogs

This is a small PetSmart, but generally well stocked. They did seem to be very short on staff for a weekend, but amidst a pandemic it's hard to penalize them too much. I would return. Parking was plenty, but a major construction project right beside the store created some challenges.

Unfortunately the day we chose to go was a Wolf Trap adoption day so there were so many fur babies of all shapes and sizes of dog and cat that needed loving homes. I'd have taken them all if I wasnt renting and only here for 3 years.I had planned for fish but the kids wanted something to cuddle. Saw the Gerbils and we fell in love (not a type of pet I thought I'd ever have) we also considered a bearded dragon as we love reptiles and already have a LEOPARD tortoise but Gerbils would be much easier and cuddly.The staff at petsmart were lovely and great with my kids. The lady who got us the gerbils made me laugh as she almost jumped for joy when I said we didnt have to chose between the light and dark one as we wanted both.We even went back an hour later to get more treats for Popcorn and Pretzel. They are going to be very spoilt Gerbils. Defo worth joining the Petsmart club to earn rewards.

Everyone here is very friendly and always eager to help! I especially want to thank Cara in grooming for always taking such good care of my dog booboo and working around my schedule to get him in for grooming at the last minute. She's so sweet and does an amazing job! Thanks, Cara!!! You're awesome!

They do not care about dogs or people.They have charged me and not let me dog get groomed because I was 15 min late to an appointment…I was 15 min late because I was waiting in the check in line for 20 min. Despite them being extremely strict I’ve had them cancel on me day of multiple times with a single text and then the earliest they can rebook you is 2+ weeks away.I’ve also had where they say they didn’t perform part of the grooming I requested but then they say they still have to charge me. The front desk is particularly bad.Stay away from this location at all costs! Highly recommend the Falls Church location, way nicer and more understanding people there.They should close down the Tyson’s location.

The team at Petsmart (specifically Banfield Hospital inside) is absolutely amazing! I was with another vet for years for our dachshund but switched over to their pet care program when we got a puppy a few months ago. Needless to say the level of care, attention to detail and value or the program in itself is amazing. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

We've taken our dog here many times for grooming with no problems. Also, the pet hotel has been handy for single night stays. Our dog is quite needy for attention, so longer stays are avoided. Some dogs may be alright with the environment.

The associates need to take better care of the owners pets. My dog arrived there with everything he needed for his long stay and he was NOT hurt. To receive a call telling me to pick him up due to an open wound on his body and implying that he had this 12 days ago is insulting and disrespectful. Plus they did not return his medication at the time of pick up. So now that is another trip than must be made in addition to finding emergency medical treatment for my dog.

I had a wonderful buying experience picking up tropical fish. The employee Ariana was so pleasant and knowledgeable. It had been years since I have kept tropical fish and she made getting back into it exciting, she took the time to teach my two young sons a few things too. I would go back to the store just to have her help.

I'm giving the hotel team 5 stars. We have been taking our dogs here for a long time, and we love the hotel team here. Our dogs are excited to go play, we get great reports (not just a card, they give us stories), and we can see that the team loves our dogs. As long as we live in the general area, we are going to keep bringing our dogs here for sure. If you haven't had a chance to take your dog to this doggy-day-camp, try it out. At least once - just to see if you like them.
