Our little Olive had tried to bite her last groomer at a large pet store. They advised getting her meds from the very to sedate her. We called happy tails and they made arrangements for Olive to come in early so it was quiet, no meds needed! Olive looks amazing and they said she did great. Happy Tails for the win.

Happy Tails in Verona treats your pets like family. Lauren is the best groomer they've ever had! I highly recommend you take your pets there for boarding, grooming or if you just need nails done.

Great place for your animals. They take care of them, feed them, let them stay for as long as you like. Wash, Groom them and cut nails. They are very friendly and affordable. I highly recommend Happy Tails for all your pet needs.

This was a referral and the photos on their website were pristine! When I got there the place was filthy! Dog hair everywhere, clippers and brushes laying around with hair in them. Crates with barking dogs lined the walls! My dog ended up getting kennel cough two weeks later! Will never go back!!!

My wife got induced and I called them and told them what was going on and that I needed somewhere for our dog to go because she was early and they didn’t hesitate and said yes bring him on in and just keep us updated this place is the best in the area

I enjoy taking basil to happy tails. I wouldn't trust anyone else to groom her! As a matter of fact she has her next appointment tomorrow.

Asked for a summer cut for my Pom, about 1" all over, told her do not shave. No lion head cut and leave tail fluffy. I got a Pom totally shaved, can see his skin. Tail only left fluffy at the end, rest was shaved. He looks like a Chihuahua. Not happy. Hopefully he will grow out normally. Poms have 2 coats and are not supposed to be shaved. Will not return

We had a reservation to drop our dog off between 4-5pm (which is listed as a drop off time in their voicemail and is what they told me over the phone) and I left a message to confirm we’d be dropping off at that time. Well we drove 30 minutes to get there (got there at 4:50) and no one was there!
