We had to rush our Shih-tzu to this hospital on a recent Sunday, and upon arrival, the team quickly brought Zoey in to be x-rayed.Their expert care revealed what we knew: it was time for Zoey to stop suffering.In their loving and delicate manner, the vet techs and the vet on duty explained to us the process and gave us all the time we needed as we put our dog down.Upon picking up Zoey’s ashes, we were given a paw print of Zoey’s in plaster of Paris, as well as a handsome container for her remains.Just a top-notch crew at this hospital! Thank you. Thank you!

They are great , very friendly. Does cost more then other places but they are great.. So if you want great people to take care of your dog then this is the place to go. But if you want cheaper then Staunton Vet is also great as well..

Took my dog SilV to get her rabies shot and tag. Couldnt believe she already was 35lbs at only 10mos! The only thing I didnt like was that I couldnt go with them to hold her for it. Oh well. The price and speed of service was excellent! We thank you!!

The most family oriented, friendly and reliable Veterinarian I've ever experienced. Everyone so professional yet fun! Never an issue with what my pets needs are. Very accurate! The Vet, Dr. Laundry is THE BEST Hands Down.

They lie to u and rob u of your hard earn money !!!! Took my dog to for a skin rash and flees the charged me close to 300 dollars for a doctor's visit and rabies shot some shampoo & pills for the skin rash and my dog is still isn't any better 2 weeks later very poor service and very expensive place that doesn't care about your pets there out to make a dollar & it's sad

If you want a veterinary office that places more value on the office operation that loses visit records than your pet, choose this one. ADDED: As you see from the response to my review, this clinic ignored the FACT that she was seen in the office on May 26, 2023 because they did not enter the visit into their computer. My cat was found by another vet to have severe liver disease, enlarged gall bladder, and pancreatitis where this office refused to give Sweetie an appointment for compassionate care and demanded that I find another vet after labelling me a liar with problems. Wholly incompetent and despicable.

My husband and I took our dog there since we adopted it, unfortunately the two vets that work there had different opinions about our dog allergy condition which made us spend a lot of money, since one vet prescribed one treatment and the other said that should have been a different treatment. Once we had to take our dog to the emergency and even though we had all the paperwork saying what our dog needed, they wouldn’t prescribe the medicine for our dog before we spent more money on the same exams we already paid for at the emergency clinic. I don’t normally write reviews, but I just wish we had a good experience, but it was not.

I am so pleased with this Vet. Every single staff member is sweet and caring. My dog had 4 tooth extractions and they kept me posted and cared for him as if he were their own. They are all wonderful!! I'm so glad I chose this Vet.

The vet tech was excellent! I have a border collie mix that is an excellent farm dog, but is very anxious, which is a normal trait for the breed. Vet visits are difficult. When I made the appointment for a rabies vaccine I told the receptionist about the issue and was reassured that they could handle the dog. The vet tech came outside to administer the vaccine and talked through each step. Wonderful!

Our dogs are our family! At Animal Clinic of Verona, they treat all of us like family! Dr. Landry clearly loves the work he does and his love for animals shines through in his gentle touch, kind smile, and calming tone as he treats his patients. The staff is the best in the Valley. They greet us with friendliness at every visit and aim to best meet the needs of our dogs. Even when I call with silly questions, they are more than wiling to help us. They follow up with phone calls to check in on our babies several days after their visits! We love Animal Clinic of Verona :) And you will too!

Everyone at Animal clinic of Verona is fabulous! Dr. Landry and his team have been nothing short of amazing while treating my senior german shepherd. I have not felt pressured into anything and they understand that I have limits on what I can afford to spend. I will continue to bring my pets here!

Dr. Landry and his staff are wonderful. He has been taking care of our fairly large family of pets for several years. He is always thorough, gentle, and communicative. We recently were given a puppy who turned out to have Parvo. Dr. Landry and his staff nursed this poor baby for days (a very unpleasant task) and brought him to full health. Only people who truly love animals would do this cheerfully and lovingly. Throughout the whole ordeal everyone involved was patient with me, explaining every detail of his care every day. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

We recently made a big move from California to Virginia. With this move we brought our three dogs!These dogs received great care in California. Needless to say, Verona clinic has matched and exceeded the great care. The entire staff always make us feel welcomed and provide the best care for our "babies"! Our cat named buzz couldn't do much was weak not eating acted like his back was sore. I took him here to be looked at they was very nice and treated me like a person and not just a customer. Our cat is doing amazing and my daughter is very happy. Thank you ladies and sir for your great work !

Good care, but crazy overpriced! I took my girlfriends cat there for a checkup and was shocked when I payed. Also they wanted $700 to spay and vaccinate 2 cats which is more than double the next highest price that I had quoted.

I have taken several cats to this clinic over time. Some for routine care as well as serious issues. In all cases they have provided excellent care. They are competent, caring , and highly professional. I would not take my pets anywhere else.

The girls that work there were very friendly, wasn't as impressed with the vet. The emergency vet was actually cheaper than they were it was ridiculous. It seems that the vet overcharges to make up for their lack of customers. Will not be going there again.
