To the owner. Cathy Heim’s comment was accurate. We were there as well. Unclean bathroom with feces evident and no soap. This was this past Saturday. Her comment was spot on.

I agree with Cathy Heim's recent review. I was there the same day and the bathrooms were not clean and there was no soap in the men's room.

There customer service is awful I was just in there some women I think here name is lenn married to a guy named Jimmy. Don't even know this women . I dont remember the exact date or i would make them pull the camra footage . I just come in to get a hotdog I like there food she was telling me how lazy I was that I don't work and sit in my house all day I mean she went out of her way even said hey I am talking to you .I did nothing to desever that she does know my life or what i going tru . If i would have cussed her i would be in trouble so I tried to laugh it awfull but it stuck with me I want to go get food but not harassed. She should not be allowed to work there . I am calling head office. I want this taking care .. I have bin harassed before not buy the same person .some one has do something.

I want to thank the staff for being so amazing. My sixteen year old son walked out blown away by the kindness and help of the gentleman that worked there. Then a lady went far and beyond being helpful. I always feel like I get great service here. THANK YOU

Ask the lady for a price. When got to the register she tells me something else and claimed is because it's a new item. I believe she just didn't know how to ring it up. When try to exchange she said I can't cuz she will have to discard the item... And wouldn't take charge for her mistake... Well I was hungry so an over priced snack I got.

My husband is a disabled veteran and has a handicapped tag on our truck. When we went inside a blonde female yelled from the counter that he couldn’t park in the handicap parking spot. You really need to educate your staff and no one should ever be embarrassed like that.

absolutely horrible customer service. Sold sour milk and told me the manager doesn't make call backs? what kind of store owner doesn't care about the health of customers, regular, daily customers? Rudest night staff I've ever encountered. Hung up on a kid, hung up on me, just poor business practice

The 7-11 is Verona is a hot mess! I’ve been there twice and the same women was working; she’s nasty and hateful. She tried to over charge me and she’s so nasty; literally, the most unpleasant person I’ve ever met. Both times I’ve been there, what I wanted on the grill was not available and she was super hateful when I asked, her excuse, she had a headache. I do not recommend!

This is a great 711 the staff is very sweet. But there are people who constantly hover around while you while you are playing the skill games. That kind of behavior unmonitored can cause customers to be uncomfortable and likely to take their business elsewhere. One incident tonight while my friend and I were enjoying some skill games involved a long haired drifter who was constantly watching us play our games. He was not wearing a mask and asking my friend incessantly how much he was winning and offering tips on how to play the game. This kind of behavior causes people to be uncomfortable and likely not return. I thought there loitering laws in place to prevent this kind of stuff. These are hard times and it is unacceptable for what little fun we can carve out to be interrupted by unmitigated harassment from strange people who hang around hoping for a hand out.

Very unprofessional customer service... they didn't let me use my discount with my phone number because forgot my ZIP when I registered 5 years ago different states so start the time to number second time, he just canceled with attitude and told me we cannot wait!!!Couldn't call even customer service...Look like part-time farmer manager. Not happy!no more days 7-Eleven in the future I don't want to start my morning with old nasty looking hot dogs and people.

It's hard to believe how bad the bathroom is. I travel across the country a lot, so I see a lot of gas station bathrooms.Go elsewhere if you're looking to relieve yourself.
