I've always got good hot food here. Most of the time I get the chicken strip basket. The last time I got them the chicken strips was very small. So I thought I would try one of the burger out. I ordered the #1 with no tomato and onion. I got a burger with ½ a piece of bacon, rotten lettuce and no white cheese that showed on the menu board. I was Very disappointed

The sign to order from is not lit up and very hard to see at dark time. There is no screen displaying your order, and order total. I got two large vanilla ice creams in a cup, one cup of ice cream was noticeably taller (more ice cream) than the other cup. The price was the same and they was both supposed to be large but they looked liked small. The price is way to high and the experience isn't that great. I can order the same things four times and get different prices and different items each time. Not the experience I want to have!

Wow, thought I'd give them the benefit of just a bad day, or too busy, short handed etc. Can't believe our experience last night was the same problems others reviewed six years ago! *every customer waiting on orders more than 20-30 minutes, no action until you go back and question where the order is and are asked to repeat what you ordered again. Received wrong items ordered and wrong size and sloppy. What's wrong with this location? Is it poor mgmt, low wages or incentives? This area needs this restaurant.

Some of the employees are too busy socializing instead of doing their jobs tonight. Some of us really do want "fan food fast". Waited for over 15 minutes in a space for my food, not counting the 10 minutes I waited for someone to take my money. Definitely disappointing.

Just left. Burger was nasty tasting fries weren't completely cooked and we're old. I asked for tea with extra light ice and my cup was filled all the way up to top with ice. However my Sunday was great.

They used to be good, now they have down graded. The people look at you and keep going, it takes 30 min just to get ordered. the fries are always hard and never fresh. Its terrible, When the younger people work, expect nasty cold food, when theres a older lady around as a manager, expect better food. The employees need personality!

Love the food! The only thing wrong this Dairy Queen is that they are way way to slow. You will sit in the drive through for a good 30 mins or longer before you even make it to the window. Not sure why they call it fast food.

Ordered quarter pound burger with bacon. and fries . I got a half inch piece of bacon and the meat was raw. The waitress was extremely nice. We had ate there a month ago and the food was great.

The lady at register didn't know what she was doing and was trying to help out. Where was the other workers. My peanut buster parfait had more peanuts than ice cream and chocolate fudge. It was also made small compared to Abingdon, VA Dairy Queen.

Will never eat here again not for breakfast or dinner. Food doesnt taste right especially gravy biscuits for breakfast or hamburgers for dinner. The hamburgers was too dry and overcooked and the bread was dry and stale. Wud not recommend this place for anyone to eat at.

This has to be the absolute worst Diary Queen I have ever eaten. This location "NEVER" gets the orders correct on drive thru orders. On many occasions, especially late in the evenings the food tastes stale. I do not recommend this location.

This is terrible! If I wanted a plane double cheeseburger I can make it myself. 9 out of 10 times I have been here I get the same thing, junk. . But one out of ten I actually get what I ordered and I love it. So keep up the below par mediocrity and I'll show up a few times a year hopefully thinking I'll get what I ordered

My food was cold. Didnt get our full order and some parts of my chicken tenders was still raw and frozen. My wifes bacon was undercooked. And barely gave my sister in law the amount of food that was posted on the menu.

The hot dogs with slaw was delicious...and the turtle blizzard was excellent...The staff was working so hard..they were a lot of people there...they had a smile for everyone... located in Bluefield w.va...

Some of the slowest service I've ever had in my life and took them almost 40 minutes to bring her food to the table I thought this was supposed to be fast food all I ordered was a a cheeseburger and fries

Great customer service today. Food was not and fresh. Random comment but they have homemade Ranch and it's the best.
