Their customer service is top notch. Scott was amazing, we came in to look at the bike and was given info. Never ever did we feel pressured like we have at other dealers. I did most of the transaction over the phone with Scott which he kept me informed. I went in to get the bike and met with Karen to go over the final touches and sign. She was amazing and folded the important pages in the manual, wrote in our vin number and code for the key. That is going above and beyond. Finally we met with Tyler who went over the bike, the modes and gave us the run down. He was very knowledgeable. I would definitely do business with Village Motorsports again.

If I could give them a 6 out of 5 stars, I most definitely would. They did a fantastic job with my bike! The folks in the service department at Village Motorsports are excellent and take very good care to ensure that your bike is in tip-top shape. I had recently been in a motorcycle accident and my new bike was damaged pretty bad from the crash. The original garage that I took my bike to after my accident (not Village Motorsports) played around with doing the estimate (took them over a month to do) and the estimate ended up missing nearly half of the items that should have been included in the estimate. I knew that if I had let that garage do the work that it was not going to be good so that was when I decided that I needed to find a place out of town to take my bike to that actually had a reputation to uphold and actually cared about their customers. That place ended up being Village Motorsports and I am sure glad I made the decision to go with them. Their service department quickly fitted me into their schedule, worked with my insurance company to get the estimate done and all of the insurance process and completed all the work in a very timely manner. They did a very thorough job with their estimate and didn't miss anything. They were also very good about keeping me in the loop with what was happening throughout the process and on the day I picked up the bike everything was perfect and back to normal with my bike. I could not have asked for a better experience than what they gave and I most definitely will be bringing my back for future service down the road. These guys have earned my mark of approval! Also I'd like to give a shout out to Kayla -- thank you so much for all your help with this! You guys are awesome!

I have been purchasing atvs and dirtbikes from here for many years. Great people to deal with my children love coming in and seeing all the different types of off road bikes. They always keep their showroom full of inventory. It is so nice to have a place so close that can help in a pinch if I have questions or need help. I appreciate the friendly staff and how clean and neat the store is every time I come in.

Let me start by saying thank you to Laney in the Parts department. She was great!Went to Village on Friday to grab a couple of items (oil filter and crush washer) to get my bike ready for the season. Donnie, the parts manager was busy helping another customer and so another gentleman came out to assist me. I was told that this was the receiving manager. I explained what I needed and the details of my bike. He grabbed the parts. I told him that I did not think the crush washer he gave me was the correct part and he said that it was. I trusted his word. Guess what? It was not the correct part.I went back on Saturday with the oil plug to get the correct part. This time, Donnie was just sitting on a computer typing and staring at a screen with no customer in sight. I stood directly in front of him for a good 5 minutes while Laney and the receiving manager assisted another customer. Donnie did not even look up to acknowledge me, let alone to greet me. Once Laney, was finished with her customer, she did greet me and I explained the situation. The receiving manager did not like that I told him he gave me the wrong part so he disappeared into the back. Laney was quick to grab the correct part after confirming my bike information and took care of the rest of the process.I do not feel welcome here and will not return.

Bought a Ninja 400 KRT from Lucretia a couple weeks ago. This dealer was the only one that had the color I wanted in stock anywhere in a 400 mile radius. Lucretia was very nice and quoted a really good price without excessive fees! Had such a pleasant experience dealing with them that we already put down a deposit on another bike. Although it's a 6 hour drive from where I live, I would certainly say it is worth it to buy from Village.

Scott Barber in sales was communicative, straightforward, and had everything prepared for me on my drive down to pick up my new Kodiak - Karen Hudson in finance had my documents prepared in advance as well, and showed me a fantastic warranty option I hadn't considered either to ensure my new purchase is taken care of for years to come. The service and parts teams were a great help as well getting it loaded up and going over the features and maintenance. The entire process was easy and pleasant, and I look forward to coming back for service and future purchases.

I went to a different dealership a day before going here and that place was rude no one greeted me and talking to them was just not right, so the following day I came to this dealership and people there were friendly I got greeted they asked questions and it felt like they wanted to help. Everything was very fast number preparation of the bike I got was fast and were very helpful on helping you from to finish, I would definitely recommend this please if you want to put any motorcycle the people are amazing and friendly and treat you with respect and I do see that and take into consideration or else I wouldn't had giving them 5 ⭐s.

Rode to this location for 3 hours for the Suzuki Demo Day with a friend. Had a blast! Everyone was really nice and helpful. At the end of the day, I broke my friend's chain adjuster. I explained our situation to the service and parts department, they helped me in locating a replacement as well as calling one of their busy technicians to aid the situation. Within 20 minutes we were on the road heading home. It's always a pleasure to encounter great people. Thank you and I would highly recommend anyone to your facility

I traveled 3 hours to purchase my new Kawasaki Vulcan S ABS from Chuck. While some of that decision was because they had the bike I wanted (along with several other dealers) I garnered confidence to work with Village Motorsports based on many of the very positive reviews here. My decision was rewarded with outstanding customer service from Chuck in sales, Jake in parts for accessorizing my new ride, John in service for getting it done quick and right, and Mona in accessories that helped with the final touches with some really nice travel bags. Village motorsports is a amazing place to go. Their staff is there to help you or just talk if you are waiting on a inspection or repair like I was. The sales team and service team are very knowledgable on what they are selling even down to what riding gear you should wear for each type of riding condition and style. I plan on going back very soon to pick up some more gear and maybe even have my bike worked on. The rates on repairs are a little high but that is every shop that specializes in motorcycles and off road vehicles. All in all they treated me like family the first time I came in and bought a rmz250, and the way the salesmen put it to me, "I don't want to push a sale on you I've lived in this area for a long time and I just want to make you happy with what you get and hope you keep coming back from the experience you had" that to me right there says a lot about a business

I was seeking a larger displacement bike and saw a Kawi Z900 RS Cafe listed online at Village Motorsports. It had just been discounted because it was the first week of September 2020 and the Z was a 2019 model. I fully expected to get the "numbers" game that so many dealer's play, especially when there is a trade-in involved in the deal. What I got was the most straight-forward, transparent and honest deal I've ever had on any new vehicle (motorcycle, car or truck), I've ever bought new. Scott Barber was the Salesman I had the pleasure to deal with and he is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Scott is a "bike guy". He's owned many, is an avid rider and obviously has a passion for motorcycling that readily comes across when conversing with him. He showed me the figures on the deal and everything was clearly laid out. No numbers games, no funny business that hide the out-the-door price. Special note folks: Village Motorsports charges $39 for "documentation fees" (as in, paperwork). Two dealers I visited in Northern VA charged $399 and $299 to do the paperwork that Village Motorsports processes for $39. The woman that did the financing, tax, title, licensing, etc., was, like Scott, professional but very friendly, graciously answering all questions I had in a very straight forward manner. Another special note here folks: Village Motorsports charged me $169 for the "assembly fee", which is the labor involved in uncrating the bike and setting it up to be ready to ride. Again, the two dealers I visited in Northern VA wanted $499 and $599. I've taken my Z900RS in for service twice, once for the 600 mile service and this month (June 2021), for new tires. The service department is as outstanding as everyone else I've dealt with at Village Motorsports! The mechanic that changed the tires on my bike came out after he finished the job and answered a couple questions I had. He was friendly, professional and made sure I was satisfied before I thanked him and we parted ways. If, you are in the market for a new bike, ATV, jet ski, etc., and want a transparent honest deal with no "numbers games", do yourself a favor and visit Village Motorsports. If you are in Northern VA (like me), it is more than worth the drive to Unionville! Call or email first and ask for Scott Barber. The best thing I can say about Village Motorsports is this: When I'm ready to buy another bike, I'm not shopping around at dealer's that charge ridiculous prices for vehicle assembly, documentation fees and want to play shell games to hide the out-the-door price I'll be paying. Not happening. I'm calling Scott and buying the bike at Village Motorsports.

Young girl helped me pick a riding outfit and she was quite knowledgeable about the merchandise; accurately determined my helmet size and preference.Lucretia's offer for my trade in motorcycle was low, but so was her asking price for the motorcycle I was buying, so I felt it was a fair deal. She fairly evaluated my trade in's condition using an objective metric.

Brought my utv in 2019 a new mule took it back for service nothing extra so through i would buy a new one the salesman gave the run down on the one i was interested in but would not let me drive it or get in it told me to come back on a sunny day it wasn't raining or snowing so i went elsewhere

After doing tons of price comparisons Village Motorsports was the best deal and I drove over an hour and passed 2 other stores to get the deal. I bought a Kawasaki Jet Ski in June of 2017. All of the staff who work here are amazing. They walk you through the whole process from what you might need to any accessories that you might want. I drive over an hour to get service here because I know they are reliable and very reasonably priced. Love this place!

Hands down the best motorcycle shop dealer in Central Va!! I had some tires replaced on my 02 ZZR 1200 and while waiting, I did some looking around. I came upon a 2016 Kawasaki Vulcan Vaquero. What an awesome bike!!! I spoke with Chuck about the bike and its options. He took the time to go over all details of the bike. My wife and I were not quite ready to pull the trigger and make a purchase. Chuck did not even hesitate and told us to take our time. Needless to say, two days later we made the purchase. The employees are amazing at Village!! From sales to service, these people are amazing!!! I should mention that I also stopped at Stonewall Harley right down the road before making this purchase. I looked at the 2016 Road Glide. I was amazed that the Road Glide was about 13,000 more with a less horsepower, torque and warranty!! Great buy from great people!!! Thanks again!!

First time visit and very impressed. Went to get my son a youth helmet and was immediately greeted by the sales girl and she did a fantastic job fitting my son with a helmet. Got a ATV repaired there. Didn't fix it all the way, parts are still broken, not fixed, repaired horribly. Won't return my calls or fix it right. Called left messages still no response. And still never called me......I would never go here. 1 year later and bike still was never fixed after paying $8000 cash!!!!!

Love this place. Had a flat tire on my motorcycle and they we're able to replace it within an hour of me calling them. The staff is very pleasant. The lady in the apparel department is such a sweetheart. She took the time (over and hour) to show me different helmets. She is very knowledgeable about the products she carries.I highly recommend this place over all othersimilar stores in the Fredericksburg area. Their service here is top notch and the prices are very reasonable.
