Beacon Hill took wonderful care of our pug, Hazel this week. We were a little nervous because she had never been boarded before but they made her feel at home and sent several pictures to us through the week of her stay. The facility is clean and there's plenty of room for the dogs to run around. The owners are very friendly and we will definitely use them again! Also, she had been bathed and was smelling great when we picked her up which was nice.

We had an amazing experience with this place, and both of our pups seemed happy and well-cared for! We had a really bad experience with one of our dogs being boarded elsewhere in the past/being mistreated, so I was worried this would’ve stuck with him. I’ve actually not left him anywhere since. I’m happy to say, this was the total opposite! He was back to his normal, happy self when we picked him up. As a bonus, both of our pups were freshly bathed and smelled amazing. Would recommend this place to ANYONE!

We’ve been having Beacon Hill take care of our pets for so many years. Some of our fur babies are no longer with us, but we still have 1, Miley. They have always been loved and cared for here like their own. We trust them to take the best care of them while we are away and they have always catered to each of their different personalities and needs. We wouldn’t take her anywhere else. My wife and I have had our three dogs stay here for multiple nights at a time. The place is very clean, and the owners couldn't be more friendly and caring. The last time that we came to pick them up, they had all three of our dogs in the fenced in area and were throwing the ball with them. I'm hoping this is our boarder for life.

We absolutely love Beacon Hill! They take great care of our sweet girl each time that she boards with them - I can't imagine sending her anywhere else! It provides us with such assurance that anytime we plan to travel that Beacon Hill is providing quality care for our girl. She even came home with a Valentine's Day toy and treats after her stay over this past weekend! We're so thankful for their loving care!

Tim & Virginia are the kindest people you could ever meet. We are very particular about who we leave our pups with. Tim & Virginia were very accommodating and the facility was clean and well equipped. Our vacation was that much more enjoyable knowing our pups were being well taken care of. Beacon Hill is our new "go to" if we ever need to board our pups again. I'm almost hesitant to give them a good review out of fear they will be booked up next time we need them.

I would give a million stars if that was an option. Beacon Hill Boarding is more than boarding they treated our dog like family! They sent pictures during his stay and was very accommodating. They sent a Christmas card and even mentioned our dog specifically that is how much they care! I would and have recommended them to many! After using them honestly I would not go anywhere else! Their set up is a great and perfect for your dogs home away from home! The love they have for animals and people was top notch! Use them, you and your pets will be glad you did!! ❤️

Very disappointed! Showed up for a scheduled tour and was greeted by nobody. My call was forwarded and texts ignored. Not very good customer service for a potential new boarding client. Such a waste of my time to drive all the way there to be blown off. Guess I’ll look elsewhere.

Beacon Hill is awesome, I boarded my dog with them back in September. It was my first tme using them and it was a little bit of a drive but It was well worth it. The prices are reasonable and I recieved pictures of my dog running out in the large play area. They even gave her a bath and washed her bedding before I picked her up. I would not hesitate to make the drive again.

I'm very pleased with the care Lucy received from Tim and Virginia. Most importantly, Lucy likes them! It's easy to book a reservation, they are flexible with drop off and pick up times, and the price is very reasonable. The facility is very clean, too. We will continue to board with them. Without question, the greatest boarding kennel in Virginia! All of our dogs have been treated like family here and we would never consider anywhere else. Spotless facilities with lots of room for doggos to run. 5 stars are not enough. Thank you Beacon Hill from David, Tammy, and Ollie!

I called the night before the day I needed care for my dog. Tim was wonderfully accommodating and even sounded excited to entertain my Border Collie pup for the day. Their prices are wonderful. Unfortunately, our plans changed at the last minute and we didn’t need doggy daycare after all.
