Brenda does a great job grooming my maltese, Ellie! Ellie is a rescue that I adopted almost 2 years ago and she can be difficult when it comes to grooming. I've had groomers actually turn her down before because she tries to bite when her front paws are touched. Brenda is able to groom her without any problems and doesn't treat me any different because of my dogs difficulties. She is always friendly and nice to me and my sweet girl. Thank you, Brenda! Fantastic groomer! I’ve used her for 10 years!! Our two dogs always looked fantastic. All I had to say is “we are going to the groomer” and both dogs would run to the door, couldn’t wait to get there!! I’m a former groomer myself and I wouldn’t take my dogs anywhere else...believe me I’ve gone elsewhere and was not happy with the results. This groomer is knowledgeable and friendly and you can rest assure your dogs will be handled and treated in the BEST way.

My dog (Shih Tzu Mix) had his first visit today and he looks great! Brenda was super friendly and was able to fit him in pretty quickly! We'll definitely bring him back!

Our 12 year old female Vizsla, Lacey, made it impossible for me to trim her nails. She would jerk away from me making me afraid of accidentally nipping the quick. I was lucky if I was able to trim one nail each week. Needless to say, her nails grew very long. Our vet was rough with her, further causing her to fear the process. Previous groomers really stressed her out. This was a problem from the time she was a puppy because I DID nip a quick.I was at an event where Brenda overheard me talking about Lacey and suggested I let her try to work with her. I was reluctant because of this LONG unsuccessful history. Finally I decided to try since at this point I was truly frustrated, and her nails were causing her feet to hurt.Brenda's calm demeanor was amazing. I was shocked when Brenda took Lacey's leash and Lacey simply walked next to her...tail high. Since I did not want to be a distraction, I stayed outside, thinking the worst. A few minutes later, out walks Brenda with Lacey "prancing" next to her. Brenda walked her down to the pond and they became besties! After that, I would tell Lacey we were going to visit Brenda and she would go to the door so we could leave. I would and HAVE recommended Brenda to friends and others who I'd overhear were unhappy with their groomers. She is a lovely person, who truly cares about animals. Don't hesitate to use her services.

Took my dogs here to get bathed and nails trimmed. Brenda was unable to clip their nails but still had to pay full price. She stated it being the dogs behavior not her abilities to do the job so payment was still required for her “services”. Dogs came back with flakes in their fur, no nails trimmed and out $60. Definitely do NOT recommend taking dogs here.

Brenda grooms my 3 dogs every 6 weeks (Schnauzer, Lhasa Apso, and a Pug).When I pick them up they are sooo...cute, soft, smell fresh & clean. Brenda let's me know of any issues she notices. She is very conscious of the dogs' well being. I also like the small fenced in area at the door - once the dogs are in there they can't escape.

We love this groomer! Friendly service and my dogs are always cut nicely and clean. They are not locked up in boxes while they wait, but are in play pens. The location could be difficult to find as you have to go down a driveway to a house, veer to the right and then go down this long driveway behind the house. The door is next to the garage doors for the groomer. Once you figure it out, it's easy to get them to.

The groomer was not very friendly. Just like people who get hair cuts not everyone get the same hair cut. What I notice is that my dog and two other dogs got the exact same cut. The two other dogs were the same breed and my dog was a totally different breed.

Very friendly n flexible Excellent work even with atypical cuts on my 2 shi-tzu boys believe me when I say that they are something less than cooperative whenever I leave them with even someone else that they actually know. Fair price and excellent skills. I held back one star just because I think they should invest in better signage n a more professional looking entryway for the shop. I don't care about that type of thing personally but she would probly be booked solid for months with just those few changes. I am in the area several times a year n I will be bringing my boys back to her every time Safe n serene environment
