Initially our interaction with this place was amazing. We were helped by a lovely lady who was very knowledgeable. She sold us a $95 rig with all the accessories. Once we got it home we found that it had a slow leak. When we took it back to the store we were told they had no return policy and that we could try to get some epoxy at Lowe’s to seal it ourselves. No other options were give due to the rig being used. There was no way to know the rig was defective unless we used it but we can’t exchange or return it because it had been used. Doesn’t seem fair. I’m very disappointed.

I talked my wife into buying a glass rig from this place for 100 bucks. She wanted a 20 dollar straw. She used the pipe once and left it on the side table over night. The next day all the water had drained out of it and was inside the side table. The glass was defective, leaks everywhere very slowly and turns out the store has no return policy so if you buy something from them they don’t stand behind what they sell to people. You as the customer assume all risk for your purchase. Can you imagine if we would have spent 300+ on some of those glass rigs they have? Pretty sad that you have to carry a towel with you to use a brand new rig. I was pumped to have this store in Zion and excited to support them... I’ve been to the cho location and purchased quite a few pipes and various grinders over the years. Now Every time I drive anywhere I have to drive by this place in Zion and be reminded we got scammed out of 100 bucks. Will just order from retailers online from now on. No point in having a brick and mortar location.

What an amazing store! Like a candy store for grown ups. The selection is incredible. No other shop I've ever been to comes close. And the customer service was wonderful. I will never go to another head shop for smoking supplies.

Love the kind and friendly staff! The amazing lady ( sorry didn't catch her name) suggested some great pieces and Im always a sucker for businesses with such a gorgeous dog!!!! Im in three area and love the convince!! More than 5 stars of optional!

Business not open when they say they will. Been over here twice now, and they are not open when the hours say they are. 😡 Very disappointed. Was excited to have them in my area. But seems like a bust.
