I stopped here for breakfast. The biscuits are delicious. The staff seem to be very friendly. The men's restroom is clean, but the toilet paper is a little on the rough side. I will continue to have breakfast here from time to time.

I placed my order for a biscuits and gravy and waited 15 minutes and got absolutely nothing. During that period of time cars were lined up all the way around the building and people kept coming in. I heard the man in the back who was preparing food say lock the doors don't bring anybody else into the dining room. I got so fed up I asked for my money back and I left. First they were under staffed for a morning breakfast rush hour at 8 AM. Second the guy behind the counter cooking the food had a bad attitude and kept going out locked the doors which I think could be a violation of fire code with people in the building. And lastly I will never go into this one ever again.

Stopped by here for some food during a road trip. Someone in our group wanted to convert their combo drink into a bottled water, but found out that would cost $3.05 more for some reason, so they declined. Ours was an order for here, but they just handed us a bag at the table without a tray. Then, because there were no napkin dispensers anywhere, we had to ask for them because none were included in the bag.We were the only ones in the place during our Sunday afternoon stay, and I'm not surprised after our experience.

Placed an order, asked for a change in the standard toppings, was told "the food is already made, I don't think I can get it changed I'll ask"When I checked my food the toppings hadn't been changed and 1/3 of the order was missing.

The girl working the drive-thru obviously does not like her job and was very rude. I only ordered 3 large strawberry milkshakes and the girl acted like I was ordering 1 of everything on their menu. I was the only customer at the facility and it took over 10 minutes to get 3 shakes that were a little over half full, and not even blended. Very poor service and even worse milkshakes. Will be calling Corporate to file a complaint.

Despite being dead, this place was FILTHY. No soap in the bathroom, dead roach on the floor. Sweet tea was old, breakfast sandwich was hot but not fresh. Absolutely not worth the money spent. 🤢

I have visited many Hardee's while traveling. This is the worst, by far, ever. Went inside with my special needs son for the bathroom and lunch. Men's room was flooded badly, general condition was horrible. I had my wife take him into woman's bathroom. Another horrible thing. Added bonus, toilet wouldn't flush. Employees didn't care when told. Ordered our food, waited for 25 minutes. Received food, drove away and ate the worst Hardee's food ever. Burgers were over cooked, cold (even after the wait), I would estimate 3 tablespoons of mayo!! Fries were in a strange block? Manager should be made to do push ups in the rain.

Ridiculous. At least five customers told to pull over and wait for orders. Ordered fries and milkshake and had to wait forever. They finally came out and offered this. I told them I was coming in to get my money back and the woman working actually asked me what was wrong. Unbelievable.

Went here for lunch while traveling. The food was decent, but everything else was not good. There were not enough employees working, the girl at the register did not know what she was doing and needed more training. The guy who took over for her had an attitude with customers. The bathroom was a filthy mess. The dining tables were dirty. Whoever owns/manages this place needs to work on his crew. I will say the manager who was working was friendly and trying, and I don’t blame her for the problems.

Food is wonderful, but slow coming out of the kitchen. I know the staff there is trying to get it right, and they are very friendly and also apologetic about the speed of order filling. I understand that everybody is short staffed. No one wants to work nowadays. Thanks to those that are working. Good job. Isn't that what our young people need to hear constantly. Participation ribbons all around.

I’ve never felt so bad for an employee in my life. We came thru the drive thru and we’re waiting 10+ minutes for our food. Biscuits were overcooked, egg was almost non existent. Was very frustrated with the excessive only to find there was literally ONE SINGLE PERSON working. She was trying to run the counter, the drive thru AND prepare all the food. Management should be ashamed for not stepping in to help or closing the store due to staffing issues. The woman was apologetic and incredibly kind, and quite possibly having her worst day at work in her life.
