The staff was extremely friendly and one of the only places we could find that would help us with an injured feral cat. We had yo drive 40+ minutes to get to the location but I would make that drive easily again, they were extremely helpful!

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Murphy and his staff. Our 4-legged family member, Millie, required hip surgery, and throughout the entire process, both Dr. Murphy and the Anderson's Corner staff were extremely supportive, thoughtful and kind. When Millie wasn't recovering as originally expected, they took great care in ensuring she received the utmost care and consideration.Thank you, Dr. Murphy and staff, from Samantha, James and most importantly, Millie. We would give 10 stars, if Google allowed it!

This little guy was hit by a car about a mile from Anderson's Corner Animal Hospital. He willingly allowed me to pick him up but you could tell he probably wouldn't make it. In the pic he is biting my jacket I'm sure due to pain. They were the closet hospital I knew of and thought I'd give it a try. The staff was so friendly and took him right to the back got him warm and watched over him to see if he could be saved. I tell you this because I was so thankful for their kindness of any animal that was brought to their door and regardless of it's "pet" status made sure that even it's last moments were warm, safe, and cared for. Thank you for y'all for helping this little guy. 💓

We have taken our dog Harley to VCA ACAH for nearly all of the 14 years we enjoyed him, and they have always cared for him like their own pet. We drove from Newport News to VCA ACAH because of the expert care and how evident it was that Harley loved them as much as they loved him. When it came time to help him cross the Rainbow Bridge, it had to be with this amazing staff and no one else. They were as compassionate as we have always known them to be, but the day your pet crosses the bridge takes an extra amount of love and care. We couldn't have been more at peace anywhere else throughout our journey with Harley, right up to the end. We would seek treatment from again,if we got another dog. Absolutely wonderful people!

My lab had torn her cranial cruciate ligament very bad. They did the surgery and 8 wks later she is running like nothing happened. The care and communication was totally outstanding. Would recommend them very highly

The staff is very friendly, helpful and communicated extremely well. I felt my fur baby was in very good hands. Dr. Murphy knew right away what was wrong with my pet and what needed to be done. He is top notch! I received regular updates by phone, text, pictures and videos.

They were friendly and truly cared about my dog and her problems. I just wish that someone would open an after hours Emergency clinic in Williamsburg so that we wouldn't have to drive to Yorktown for Emergency care. Though the doctor in Yorktown is part of Anderson Corners doctors (one day a week) and it was great to know the records were there immediately from out Emergency care.. it baffling that there is no true Emergency room care for animals after hours.The doctor (Watson] was gentle and kind with my dog and so was his assistant and I was happy to see that he did not take her out of her dress (shes worn them since 6 weeks old, so it is part of her confort zone and they seem to understand this and not put her under more stress) I thank them for their thoughtfulness and care and kindness in treating my baby (dog) at Anderson corner was nice and through and the young girl at checking was extremely friendly and courteous (the older lady was like why are you interrupting me when I went to pay my rather hefty bill) I almost said since I am interrupting you how about I wait for the other girl to check me out .. after paying over $900 I shouldn't have to put up with an unfriendly person at checkout. That was the only spoiler at Anderson Corner was the don't talk to me or don't expect help from me.. clerk at the front desk. I didn't want to be there either I would of preferred my dog to be well.. but I do like compassion and kindness when bringing in a sick pet. So kudos to most of the team at Anderson corner.One other great thing is that Anderson corner is upfront with the charges .. they do automatically check with you to make sure the customer is aware of the cost of treatment before proceeding.

They were really nice but it seemed more like a hustle when I went to pick up my dog and wasn't told that the stool sample was an extra until I saw the bill. I didn't say anything. If thats how they have to get their money then they must really need it more. Oh well.

Love this place. Today was our first visit for my grandpup Luna. Hoping and praying that she wasn’t going to need surgery after being hit. Dr Murphy came in right away and after X-rays was told no surgery. The whole staff made me feel comfortable and at ease from scheduling the appointment to the end of the appointment.

I've been using this vet practice since I moved back to Williamsburg in 2010. LOVE THEM!! Wouldn't take my cat(s) anywhere else! The staff is so friendly & professional, they take the time to remember your name & that of your pet(s) too. They are a full service vet hospital & can even board your pets too! Super for routine care & emergencies as well! Last year my cat ate some string (he was a teenager) & they fit me in right away! They took such good care of him (yes, happy outcome)! I've even converted a family member to this practice. We will continue to be loyal to this practice, as, we've never experienced anyone better!!

I’ve never been inside, but the staff here is absolutely wonderful. I’ve been twice, once for a scheduled appointment and one for an urgent walk in. In both cases, my dog was seen promptly and received excellent care. The doctor even followed up the next day after she was seen. My dog can be a real pain in the butt with other people (she normally needs to be muzzled), especially if I’m not in the same room, and they even brought her out holding her which is a level of comfort I’ve never seen her express towards a stranger.I totally trust everyone there with my furry babies. Thank you for all that you do! ♥️

My first visit was awesome! They took my dog right back for X-rays to figure out what was going on with his leg and I felt like they truly do care about the welfare of my dog. They were very informative and pleasant. Nice front office staff. They took all of my numerous calls and were always pleasant.

I’m new to the state, I set an appointment, they waited until my exact appointment time to call and say my vet in Michigan didn’t send the paperwork for my dogs shots. Banfield sent the records twice. The staff was utterly unprofessional, nasty mean and acted like they could care less. Their mistake was somehow my problem.THEY ARE HORRIFICALLY TERRIBLE!!!There’s 6 other vet clinics within 7 miles. Use the others like I’m doing. This place is the biggest lack of professionalism and utterly disgusting as far as the staff goes.

We take our pets here and love it! Both Dr. Murphy's are friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. Our dogs have stayed over night for surgery and were well taken care of. The receptionists are pleasant and helpful. I have seen the other vets when both Dr. Murphy's were unavailable and I'm happy with their work too. Overall great veterinarian office!

The staff are not only personable and friendly but also very knowledgeable. They take the time to explain all the options available and ensure you understand fully what is involved with each individual option. I trust no one else with the care for my animals, so much that I drive 30 min and pass directly by 2 other vets on the way. Dr. Tuck especially made me feel at ease with all the different and sometimes difficult decisions I have had to make involving my pets. Thank you and keep up the good work.

Worst experience ever!! I went in with my dog for a vaccine and they are trying to charge me $70 for a physical exam when the doctor did not even touched my pet. Not only that she did not give my pet a physical exam but when she was trying to give the vaccine she missed the first time and was not really able to handle my dog. I have tried multiple times to speak with someone from the office and all the people that I spoke with are disrespectful and the manager is plain rude. Now they are sending bills at home with an added interest on it which I believe it’s not really legal since I never agreed to any agreements pertaining to that. I do not recommend to anyone this practice. Worst decision to bring my pet into this office.

Can not say enough great things about this hospital. The staff and doctors are amazing. My dog hates the vet. The staff went out of there way to make me feel comfortable and did great with my dog. I feel very comfortable with them. They are very knowledgeable. Answered any questions or concerns I had. Were upfront about pricing. My dog had surgery and physical therapy there. Every person that worked at Anderson’s did a great job with my dog. I would absolutely recommend Anderson’s to anyone especially if needing surgery or rehab for your pet.

Horrible customer service, booked an appointment for consult for surgery and the appointment finally comes and only once we are there they tell us they don't have anyone on staff that does it. Tech was rude and so was the vet. Tech blamed it on her staff answering phones that they don't know anything. They had two weeks to call back and tell us they didn't do hernia surgery but instead tried to get us to pay for additional services before doing anything regarding the purpose of the actual appointment. Blames the pandemic still for being short staffed. Curious to see what excuse they use in response to this but unless it's an apology, trust a potential customer and not their response.

Anderson’s has a great staff - competent and compassionate. Our golden retriever has boarded there multiple times as well as has had routine vaccinations and treatment for the unexpected issues. The facility is always spotless and the front desk staff is patient, courteous, and helpful. Couldn't ask for a better animal hospital.
