I try to refrain from leaving negative reviews as everyone has a bad day but this was so bad I just had to share. Whoever was responsible for toasting or warming the buns must've fell asleep because every bun was burnt. How is that possible? I mean, if you burn it, then you see it was burnt while you're putting the sandwich together and DON'T USE IT. Grab another bun and start over. There was only one other car in the drive through so it wasn't a matter of being busy. It ruined the taste of the McCrispys and the Filet o Fish's. When you want to "be bad" and get some quick fast food, you don't want to be disappointed for over-priced burnt sandwiches.

I have been to McDonald's in all 50 states and Japan. This is, without questions, the WORST McDonald's I have ever been to. It's so bad, I don't go there unless there is no other option. I'll drive 5 mile to Lightfoot just to avoid it. The service is painfully slow. I just went to buy a simple cup of coffee. I ended up pouring it out a couple of minutes later. There is nothing more disgusting than a luke warm cup of coffee. But I didn't waste too much because they only filled it 3/4s full. Why does McDonald's leave room for additives when the customer declines cream or sugar?

Don’t come here if you’re looking for mostly-edible ‘fast food’. Because it isn’t. Even the general manager is walking around this morning like he could have a care in the world about the stacks of customers in his restaurant and in the drive-thru as he stands behind the counter playing with order receipts.The three other people visibly working for him look like they’ve been given drugs that would prevent them from moving at even a normal person’s pace. Just.. go somewhere else for “food.”I waited over 20 minutes for my two breakfast sandwiches. I could have had a nice sit down breakfast at any nearby restaurant in that time.

The staff in this store generally sucks. They’ll hire anyone without training them I guess. Waited on the drive thru for 5 minutes, no one responded, walked in, one of the employees was about to help me when the manager walked in and was like “Oh you have to go in the drive through you can’t just walk in”, like for real, I was there for 5 minutes. On top of everything she was rude and unprofessional. I worked at McDonald’s for a couple of months and I know how things work inside. You can do better people.

Came in for a quick breakfast.Ordered a McMuffin meal with coffee, an extra McMuffin, and a breakfast platter with bacon.Restroom was in need of a clean. Food came out fast. Coffee was weak and the lid wouldn't stay on. Spilled on his hand as we walked to the car because the lid kept coming off. No butter, nor jelly for the biscuit in my breakfast plate, that had sausage instead of bacon. 😐 Eggs were hard. Not sure if they were microwaved or just really old. Hash browns tasted like they had been fried at least a half hour in advance.All in all, not the best Micky D's meal we've had. Don't think we'll stop here again.

They prioritize the drive thru which is understandable. But my bag stayed at the bagging station and literally I spent 20 minutes inside. The first ten on the food. Then my bag sat there. Then it took them another 10 minutes to tell me that they didn't have no apple pies ready. So they offered cookies instead. Which I was hesitant. I ordered 2 piesthey gave me a bag with 3 little microwaved cookies I had to go and ask for another 3. those 2 bags of cookies didn't even add up to the amount of the 2 apple pies. And of course by the time I got my food everything was cold. The owner of this McDonald's don't reach out to me.

This used to be my favorite McDonald's in the area but now like most they do not pay attention to the people dining inside at all they will have them sitting forever waiting on food even the manager walks around like they don't care the place was absolutely filthy I can tell the bathroom has not been cleaned at all ever because it is in the same condition it was several times ago when I came I actually cleaned it myself just to use the bathroom every single table inside was filthy management and workers were sitting down eating they are always eating sitting at tables or eating in the back making each other food when I arrived workers were standing outside smoking they looked slow and stoned making the food people not wearing gloves the chicken was hot fries cold and over salted after eating got instant painful gas cramps they should be Ashamed giving people food poison every place I've worked regardless of reputation I take pride in being clean and serving the best food as I would eat myself it's a shame nothing has quality or service anymore

I went to this Mc Donald’s they had up a sign saying buy one get one well they said the promotion had ended they could not honor it and when i went to the window to get my food the worker Tae just threw the bag at me the food was not what I ordered they then gave a disconnected number this is the worst mcdonald’s ever the manager never apologized if this is the experience do not go to mcdonald’s toano then the guy who threw the burger his so called brother is eating inside putting his mouth in it he doesn’t even work there. The worst experience ever.

This is the absolute slowest McDonald’s in the history of McDonald’s. Also, check your order at the window, I promise you they got it wrong. They also didn’t give you a receipt so they will not refund you or replace your order.I came back to say this. Pay your employees for the job you require of them and maybe your location wouldn’t be an absolute dumpster fire.Edit to add that they’re still the absolute worst. I don’t even bother complaining to corporate anymore. Also, they really need to clean their grounds.

I don’t have high expectations from McDonald’s because it’s McDonald’s… but when you spend $20 for a couple burgers and this is the result it’s ridiculous as you can sit down and have a nice meal at this price. I was hoping when the old Management got canned the new management would produce a better product. Will not be back
