I thought I had completed a review for this location and just realized I had not when I was checking for hours. (I need to go in). But I have used Neil a few times now and all three times Neil has been pleasant and easy to work with. He's resized a ring twice for me now perfectly. Weight loss necessitated two resizes. But I won't hesitate to keep using him. The store is well stocked and he provides personal service as one would want.
