All the hating comments on here are hard to believe. I moved to the area about 5 months ago now and I come here for breakfast like 4 times a week because they are the most on point McDonald's I've ever been to. They're always so polite never slow. Never once messed up my order and that's saying a lot because other McDonald's in places I've lived before would do that a lot. This place was definitely an upside of moving here.

Stopped here on our way to NC to grab a bite to eat and to use the restroom. At first this McDonald's seemed very nice, a new version. However, it was unclean. Tables had not been wiped down, trash was over flowing inside and outside. I used the ladies room and each stall had trash crawling up the walls. At first I told myself they probably just came through the dinner rush and not had a chance to clean up but while we were there it was slow and employees were just standing around gathering in the back corner near drive thru area. We were here for about 45 min maybe an hour and never saw anyone clean up. YUCKY

Wow, I do not often get a chance to eat fast food but on a recent trip decided I wanted a fillet of fish and fries. The fish was tasteless, as was the sauce, the bun was too sweet and the fries were not cooked through and tough. Guess I will not have to worry about having a craving ever again. And I must mention some of the young girls working there, I counted 5, all standing around the fryer giggling, running their hands thru their hair and acting like they were at a sleepover.

45 minutes to get 3 cars through the drive through at 9:45pm on a Saturday. Side note - police in parking lot, dealing with trouble (not the fault of the restaurant, but speaks to the environment here). Staff were working hard, but they were in training.

We were traveling and found information online that this particular location opens at 5am. We drove there and arrived at 5:45am, but the doors were closed. We could see the employees inside, and the signs on the door indicated that the opening time was indeed 5am. We knocked on the glass hoping to gain their attention, but one of them simply turned and said "it's closed".

Sadly this place has become a total dump recently… ordered 2 McDoubles with extra pickles.. received 2 regular cheese burgers with ketchup all over the place.. and somehow the buns were hard and stale… all that ketchup in them and they’re still old and hard??? it suck’s.. you work hard… barely have any money to buy food.. and these people can’t get a simple order correct… they also didn’t get my bbq or sweet and sour.. even though they insisted it was in the bag.. so I pulled off because of how long the line was… after waiting nearly 20 minutes to receive my MOBILE ORDER… I can honestly say I won’t be going to this McDonald’s any longer… I’ll stop near my work and reheat my food at home after this latest disappointment

It was super busy when we went but they were really fast. The service was great, the food was hot and they even have a separate seating area with a play area for kids to play. This is a great place to stop if you have small children or are driving a long way and need a break.The play area is perfect for getting the wiggles out of a small child. It is equipped with tunnels and a slide so theres no nasty ball pit to worry about here.

Online order was to dine, the door was closed. Stated they don't open asked to get it by drive through. we asked manager when was the store going to open, replied we haven't decided when. Asked for hot tea with 4 packets of sugar. After everything was given double checked to realize no sugar was given. Poor customer service. I wish I could give no stars.

Absolutely horrible. How do you have hours of operation posted on google and the store and NOT go by them. It’s says that they open at 5am, got here and wasn’t open. Called in was told 530am so I waited. It is now 540am on February 21, 2023 and they still aren’t open. Was told they “might” be open at 6am. There is no sense in having posted hours of operation if you aren’t going to adhere to them at all. The Store manager at this location should definitely get a grip on things. And mind you this is all for dine in, cause not everyone can go through the drive-thru to order. I will be reaching out to the corporate office about this location.

Fast service with a smile. The facility was clean and they were moving people in and out with their orders so not much waiting time. This is a high volume McDs being right off of US95. I recommend this McDonald's.

Everything indicates this should be open but instead it's drive-through only with no notice. Order also was just missing items and ingredients. It's a McDonald's it shouldn't be so tough.

My family travels annually past this McDonalds via I95, so we have been here precisely. The restaurant was clean. Out fries were slightly under cooked and our buns were slightly dry. What really disappointed us were our burgers were sloppily made. The cheese was half off my wife's burger and I had onions and a pickle hanging off my sandwich. My daughter's south west salad was good. The staff was very accommodating when I went back to the counter for extra salt. As I said we have been here previously without incident, but on this trip 3 stars due to poor quality fries and sloppy burgers.
