As you can see from my last few reviews, there's been quite a few Sheetz stations that I have stopped at. You really can't beat the deal on their hot dogs and french fries. Every 2 hours. I'm pulling into a Sheetz somewhere. I tried the chili on my hot dog this time and it is just the tiniest. Bit sweet but tastes fantastic. Definitely worth the extra. $0.50 to add chili if you are so inclined. Remember to always buy two and get the better price! And if you add the boom boom sauce, make sure you make it heavy. It is so yummy!

Sheetz is a one stop pit stop for anyone on the road. They pride themselves in offering everything that you might need from gas to made to order food along with other essentials they also offer several Tesla charging stations if you need an electric charge. This particular Sheetz is very clean and well-managed. The staff were helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this sheetz location for anyone traveling up highway 17 in Virginia.

Very clean place. The gas prices can't be beat! They have reasonable prices on drinks, whether it be cola, coffee, slushy or freeze.They have the good chewy ice people enjoy.The restroom was very clean.The people were very friendly.

A welcome rest stop break en route to the Northern Neck. Super clean restrooms. Like really clean. Like so clean, they smelled nice. Really friendly employee rang up my impromptu snack choice. Lots of food options here. Great stop!

I mean.....there is a sticker on the bag saying what's supposed to be in the bag and a sticker on the actual items how do you mess that up. Mozzarella and French toast sticks and instead of cheese I get "Myans" curbside chicken?? What's a vegetarian supposed to do with chicken?? Worse, not a drip of any sauce whatsoever. Can't even give the dry *** chicken away with no sauce. My fault for not looking but after 20 minutes I was in a bit of a rush....

This Sheetz is on our frequent route to the River, and has recently gotten quite pathetic in the ability to actually offer any service. We have been told the kitchen closes at midnight, the whole store closes at 1am, that they’re all open 24/7, and just now that they didn’t have a manager on the clock so they’re just trying to catch up and can’t make any food or drinks. Several nights ago it took nearly 20 minutes for them to make a “return” of something they couldn’t make, and they never could figure out how to credit my card, so they ended up giving me cash. I know everyone is short staffed, but if there are 3 employees standing behind the counter, surely you could make coffee.

Busy Fridays stay away from the store. Not clean at all, bathrooms are a mess. Plenty of spaces to pump your gas but that is as good as it gets. Something is wrong with their ac unit water drains from the ceiling all over the parked cars not the most welcoming place when you have to walk cautiously trying to avoid the water falling on you. Just get gas and go or find another gas station.

We've been here numerous times, I was sad when they went through renovations since the whole store was gutted. It was definitely worth it the inside looks very beautiful since it was redone. The food can be really good most times and then other times it is just "eh". I normally get the frozen hot chocolate as one of my favorite drinks (haven't liked swiss miss hot chocolate since). Sometimes the milkshakes are not fully mixed all together and have big clumps in them so I have not bought a milkshake in a while. Makes me feel much safer than ordering at the McDonalds and the Burger King down there. I haven't received a burnt burger from here also the pretzels are yummy as well even though all they do is toss them in the toaster oven. Definitely avoid the whoopie pies however since they're prepackaged and made literally grainy whoopie pies. Also a majority of the time the blue raspberry flavored slushes are all sold out wish they would keep them in stock <3 it is one of my favorite flavors. Other than that everything else is satisfactory and so is the curbside pick-up when they allow it.

Tried to order 2 hot dog special but only had one left when we went to the register mid afternoon. Wife ordered a frozen hot chocolate on the same ticket as the hot dog. So the cashier voided the original order and went to the kiosk to do a reorder with the single hot dog and my wife's drink but instead of the frozen hot chocolate, she mistakenly reordered a hot chocolate. A 5 minute stop turned into 20 minutes.

We stop here every time we go to the Northern Neck. It's always busy, but for the most part, they have enough employees to keep the crowds moving.As with any Sheetz, there's everything you need for your road trip or everyday convenience.I'm always impressed by the overall cleanliness, especially the restrooms.The made-to-go items are always on spot, for what they are...fast food, right now!The one thing I HATE, and why only 4 stars, is the new, fandangled, boujie coffee bar. I just want to pour a cup of coffee and pop open the little plastic cup of french vanilla flavored cream and plop it in. But noooooo....you gotta put the cup under the spout, grinds the beans, adds froth. Then you gotta move over to the flavored cream station for hot, foamy flavored liquid, which over flows, getting cup all sticky, so then you have to get new cup, add, from dispenser, an unsuspecting whomping spurt of splenda...Not everything has to be upgraded. Just a cup of coffee please!Even with the painful coffee situation (possibly just cause I'm a senior) Im thankful that this Sheetz is here!

Worse experience ever!!! First time at this location. Waited 15 min for a milkshake just to get flavored milk. No ice cream in it. And the food service workers, are just unbelievable the conversations they have on the line infront of customers is just un professional

Diesel is 30 cents more here than at the 301 sheetz in king George va. Another rip off Corp. Plus the pumps are slow. Can't wait till the wawa is done

okay so apparently they went through a remodel here recently reopening. I can't say how long they were closed or how bad they were before though I have visited here as a returning local for every bit of 10 years. I decided to give them a try today for my morning coffee. Big mistake. Everything is automated now. They are like Keurig machines. So I figured out how to make the dark roast but the one dispenser did not have Splenda. Then the milk creamer dispenser which was confusing because there were so many options it said expired. I complained to the clerk who said to use the other set of machines to the right of the ones that I had used. But when I went to grind my coffee for the Sumatra. It said out of beans so I just gave up on it all. I even skipped getting gas. I am going to figure out how to make my own coffee as #vancamper

Well, I actually just needed to use the restroom which was clean and then I ended up getting coffee. Checkout was a little slow but not bad at all. Better then making us use a computer to check out like some other stores.

I like going here for the delicious specialty coffees and Made To Order Food. Unfortunately, it's typically a 20ish minute wait, so I found out the hard way that I am unable to stop in the mornings on my way to work. They seem to be understaffed each time I go in there, with both the register lines being long and there being a lot of people standing around waiting for their MTO food and drinks.

They have declined the 3cent discount on gas when using the Rewardz card. Guess it's time to I start using the new Wawa down the street.

They are convenient to my location and their fuel prices are good. After the renovations at the Tappahannock location I ordered a burger and was enjoying it until I felt something in my mouth. It was a LONG strand of blond hair. I felt nauseous.

Absolute trash!!! People make $15/hr and can’t even make the food. I watched them make the wrong breakfast sandwich 3 times. It was a bacon egg and cheese!! I wish it was a joke. Waited 15 minutes and just left.

I have to give credit to a guy named Cameron there!! He is fantastic and is the best at making coffee for me! The staff is friendly and the food is amazing as well! Thank you all for being my go to and doing a great job when I order on my app to pick up in store!

Horrible experience. Being from Pennsylvania I was excited that a Sheetz was right next to our hotel. Went once and refused to go back. Not only did we wait an insanely long time for our cold subs to be made, they were made with slimey meat and stale bread. Dirtiest Sheetz I've ever been in.

Was told my Id was fake after standing in line for ten mins . I am 34 and a veteran. Bathrooms are disgusting an the female manger rude as all can be . Don't eat anything from that store , unhealthy as can be . Use be a good place but not anymore

This store has issues everytime I come here. Today there are bags on a lot of pumps as ussaul. Plus all the window washer containers were empty so I was unable to wash my windows. Pump one will not take my card at the pump, this had been like this for months. They know about it but choose not to fix it....👎👎

Not enough staff (nothing new for Sheetz) the ladies restroom was out of toilet paper ,the cooler had many holes.this store is in dire need of a remodel. Travis and Joe you can afford to spend a few bucks on this store it won't make a dent your millions

Absolutely horrid. My 4 year old looked at me and said "this place is yucky". Trash everywhere, looks like absolutely no effert was put into the care of the shelves, floors, parking lot or trash bins. With the 400 pound blob behind the counter and the other portly employees it's no wonder. Avoid Avoid Avoid.
